Reliance Petroleum — fraud in filling of petrol

I have been filling petrol from reliance petrol pump meerut road ghaziabad for the past 2-3 months, generally i used to fill rs 500 of petrol in my bike, but each time their machine either got block or as they say there is a power cut (Which i don’t believe as the display is still working and so the other machines) around rs 100. They divert me by asking to pay money or card in the process even before filling when i refuse they say that other customers will wait after filling because of that i can’t see the meter running before halt which i think that’s when they do their tricks. This is the case with each of their machines which they have installed about a month ago. It happened same today (Dt-15/02/2019). I would like to file a complaint against the above mentioned petrol pump.

The first 2 liters of gasoline was the date on which I fahuled the tank, which put 12 liters of oil in the 8.5 liter tank, whose bill I have got on the Reliance Petrol Pump, how did 14 liters of oil in the 8.5 liter tank?

I visited today reliance petrol station near Anthampally, Bhiknoor and purchased petrol, after I asked for air compressor for my bike. But they answered there is nobody to fill air, please maintain air compressor properly.

Today visited petrol pump at Naubatpur in Uttar Pradesh. Got my car filled up. When asked about card swipe machine, they informed that I have to go to the office and get the same done. When asked why not at the vending machine, I was informed that it is as per direction by the company. Is it true??
