Reliance Petroleum — Petrol cheating

Address:Near NH16 , BARUNEI HILL,KHORDHA,ODISHA

I have filled petrol in a reliance petrol pump at khordha near NH16 .tha amount starts from 0 and directly jumped to 15..I doubt there is cheating inthe petrol pump..kindly make an inspection.
