I had purchased a micromax led tv from reliance digital with resq plan on 15.08.15. When my tv 's panel showed complaint i took my tv to reliance resq shop in ernakulam, kerala in august 2017.
I have not received the tv repaired or its money as per the resq plan so far in spite of several what's app correspondence. When ever i contacted the person in charge of the service centre at ernakulam he assured me that my complaint would be solved soon. More than 1 year has passed. Nothing has been done

Today morning i was in call and talking with my friend, standing infront of my home while talking suddenly one boy came on biycle and hitted me my handset fallen down and got damaged.
