Hi,
I submitted my laptop to Resq service center on 19th June. Today 28th June but they dont have any clue about the diagnosis done. Forget about fixing the laptop.
Extended warranty is a scam, please dont purchase from Reliance Digital.

I feel that i will have to forget my laptop and all my personal data is lost.

    Resq Spam Service by Penuin Service, Kolkata

    My personal feedback to all my friends that not take any resq service with paying high price; it is better to donate this money to charitable organization rather to pay to Resq, it's a spam, they over charge, so bad attitude.

    The service centre 'Penguin Service, Kolkata', charged me to replace this part with a whooping INR 4800.00 where the same part is easily available in market both in online & offline at not more than 3000...

    Been complaining past three months three times over an issue of defrost option not working. Three times a technician comes and checks and gives a reply that head quarters will get back. But later the complaints are closed without any response. Utter lack of professionalism. When called their customer care, they simply put another complaint and this process repeats without resolving the problem

      I purchased an LG 6.5 kg washing machine from reliance digital showroom - Ambattur on 25.12.2020. along with a 2-year extended warranty Req care plan.

      On 02.01.2023, I booked a complaint for the IE error & water Overflow issue. (Complaint no.[protected] through your customer care no.[protected]. they said the engineer would attend to the problems within 24-72 hours.

      On 05.02.23 one engineer from LG contacted me and told me that I have to pay the service charge and the part cost if any.

      I told him that I have the extended warranty in resq plan, and then he advised me to speak with the reliance team.

      Then again 05.01.23 by 7.20 pm I called RESQ customer care representative she also told me that I have to pay the charges to the LG person and I have to claim the money from the reliance. I asked her what is the procedure for the claim, but she doesn't know and she disconnected my call.

      Then I went to your reliance showroom (Ambattur) and explained all those issues on the same day by 8.30 pm, the reliance representatives assured me that within the next 48 hours, our resq engineers will attend to the issues.

      But till today no one visited my house.

          We should not buy a product in Reliance digital… until we buy a product is too good but once we received defective piece then only we can see the reality….. they will make us to wait 2 to 3 days as if we have done mistake….

          I will give only one star —

            I purchased Panasonic wet grinder and Mitra is not working as expected. I have tried all the ways to raise repair request through online/ customer care. When I called customer care they said request raised but unable to share request number. After waiting for 20 min in the call suddenly call got disconnected.where would I raise a request even customer care also not helpful.

              I have a refrigerator that is covered under Resq. However, even after 14 days of vigorous follow up reliance is not attending. On previous occasions their technical persons demand payment even though it’s covered under the policy. Their service and response is horrible. Now without my information they have canceled the service request.
              I have been cheated.

                I purchased kelvinator refrigerator on 15 march 2022 which has 1 year service warranty by reliance company.
                My refrigerator stopped cooling on[protected] and i filed a service complaint for refrigerator on[protected] but there is no response from the company then i again loged a complaint on[protected] and still there is no response from the company side.
                I just want my refrigerator to be working as soon as possiible.Its already been almost 1 month.

                  Hi, I am from India. I had purchased New Air Conditioner There was abnormal noise from out door and p4 erro in display indoor and I complained in resq app 7 times from 2 april 2022 to 13 april 2022 . The service engineer not came and try to sort it and closed the request numbers with out any visti nor intimated sumsung service and the company warranty expired on 14-april-2022 It is nor more than 34 days passed and in such hot summer still I cant use that AC how SAMSUNG can support in future. I am trying to contact CEO also but nowhere contact details are there. I demand replacement of new AC and it is brand new I appeal to all customer NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG AC in future. they have pathatic service in INDIA. better go for voltas. they have very prompt service

                    This is regarding service by Reliance ResQ...i am under resq plan, i have raised multiple requests for service and raised request for repair..nothing was addressed...but still showing everything thing as completed..This is rediculous. The worst service i have ever seen.

                    For repair one person contacted but didn't come to my home and do nothing..but still the request closed as completed..how it's possible.

                      I wasted my money by taking resq plan of reliance while purchasing an AC from them. I have mailed them for servicing more than 15 days back. After a lot of follow up, a technician came to my place. While servicing he brings a blower. Then he was unable to fix all the parts back resulting in a lot of noise from AC if it is switched on. In this hot summer, it is difficult to live without AC and with it, you surely shall get headache.

                      Actually my headache started after i took resq plan. Extremely bad service. This is not over time experience but always something goes wrong.

                        I purchased Hitachi Split AC 1.5t (HIT SAC RSNG317HCEA) AC by end of 27th of April 2019 for INR 39, 375 from Reliance Retail Limited with resq plan (AMC till 25th April 2023) for which I paid INR 9239.20 .
                        Since I have purchased AMC, I would request Resq team by calling their customer care number and by lodging a complain on their app that I need service, every year I face delayed service, delayed means waiting time of more than 15days,...

                        We bought ac from reliance store hanmakonda and got delivered .the service Technician was rude and demanding higher prices for insufficient copper pipe for ac and they were saying that we must buy the copper pipe from them aren't they will fit it .they asking more amount than outside so they left off then we went to reliance store and they were saying that you should only compromise with the service from lloyd and reliance services . There is no proper service and response from both ends .reliance and lloyd. Worst Technicians and service ever and they left off with leaving the opended outdoor and indoor units

                            First complain was given to customer care of reliance digital for the whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on 10.10.2021, since the washing machine was under extended warranty till 04.08.2022. They denied saying it is out of warrant.
                            Then personally went to reliance digital at Visakhapatnam at maddelipalem with my warranty card then they said there is wrong entry in their computer and they will rectify which will take 24 hrs that is the reason it is showing out of warranty. However finally on 12th October 2021 they agreed that technician will be arranged and they insisted to download their ResQ app from play store for which I will get they update and asked to raise a request. I downloaded, but every time it was showing its out of warranty and technician visit will be on payable basis. Every day the technician visit was postponed from their end in the app. Made several calls no response was received from them and usual response from toll free representative that they will escalate the issue to service team but all in vein.
                            After several visit and calls finally local service manager sent a person 4th Nov 2021 who is not at all technically sound to diagnose the issue but said spares are not available and they will arrange the spares and on receipt they will take the washing machine to their workshop. On 12.11.2021 they sent a auto rickshaw to took the washing machine saying it will be repaired and return back after 2 days. Again till 3rd Dec 2021 there was no answer and meanwhile I was visiting their digital showroom at every alternate days and I was told many stories like another part is damaged, circuit is damaged. On 4th December evening the same auto rickshaw arrived at my residence delivered the machine and for which I paid the transportation charges. Since delivery was late evening, next day it was installed and checked the washing machine was in the same condition, for which it was complained, so immediately called the local manager who never answered my call but sent a WhatsApp message stating he is transfered, not looking after Vizag and forwarded few numbers which were not answered at all. Then I escalated the issue through mail to CEO, Reliance digital customer care and sent a detailed mail and a automated message and followed by a call by his office stating that they would investigate and all necessary assistance will be provided to get it rectified. After waiting for few days I contacted the company whirlpool customer care on 8th December 2021 and they arranged a technician on 9th December 2021 who checked and found that all parts / spares are not as per the specification and all internal circuites are left loose inside the machine and all alteration to the internal structure has been done with the machine. It was informed by the company technician that no repairing has been done and all are simply trail and error method they have applied. However the whirlpool technician repaired it in just in 1 hour, which Reliance took 2 months.

                              I have given mobile under guaranty for repair, but taken about one month to repair and taking more charges. My mobile is of 18000 Rs but they have demanded about 10, 000 as repair charges even my folder is under free replacement, if i include it in expenditure then it become 10, 000 + 8000= 18, 000 means equal to mobile full cost. It is amazing.

                                I registered mobile repair request one month ago and still I didn't get it back. The dispatch date was changed 5 times till now and now it got changed again. Very pathetic service and I have no other option but to go legal if I don't get back my repaired device in few days.

                                    My name is Rupam Jana, I have purchase a Hitachi 1.5 Ton 3 star AC on March 2021. 2 weeks ago my AC stops working I generated a request for service and the technician came and let me know that the indoor unit's PCB circuit is faulty. Since the product is in Brand warranty it's ResQ 's responsibilty to replace the PCB circuit. I called to ResQ support center and tell them to give this matter a stress since I have a medical issue in home but no action is taken from ResQ team. If no further action is taken I will take a legal step regarding this issue.

                                      I raised a request for screen damage for my samsung mobile that had insurance on display damage. The request was raised on December 2020. After 8 months and they never fixed the damage. They picked up the device after 1 month of request date and then asked for additional amount to fix the cover. No damage to the cover was there when I sent it to them. When I asked for proof for additional payment they sent back the device without repairing. These people are frauds.

                                        Reliance RESQ team,
                                        Brand new water purifier purchased from Reliance store stopped working within 2 months
                                        This was fine as it’s a appliance and can have failure but worst part is your technical team has no clue on what part failed.
                                        On top of it every technician visiting informs upfront that any new part installation will take at least 2-3 days as they don’t have spares available.
                                        If reliance have no spares available then why at first point are you selling these purifiers and adding RESQ warranty when your technicians are not fully knowledgeable and at mercy of spares availability from store managers?
                                        I never faced this issues with warranty directly with the company since they have all spares available and their technicians are fully knowledgeable and aware and help customers understand the issue.
                                        First and foremost company should stop lying about false promises of getting warranty from reliance and get their staff trained especially the customer care who doesn’t even care about the customer.
                                        I called up customer care thrice and they purposely dropped my call and during call if I inform them that my previous call dropped off - they say don’t worry sir we will call you back if call gets disconnected. This never happened and like a fool I had to call them 3 times wasting 20 mins in telling them the issue all over again since the I had to get the punishment from getting the product purchased from reliance store.
                                        Pathetic call center staff, unprofessional technician and worst sales staff is what I would sum of my Reliance store experience

                                          Please answer my questions and clear my doubts.
                                          Q1. If I have purchased a New Laptop of Dell, with specification like Core I3, with 4 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, then why it was having operating speed like a P3 computer ?
                                          Q2. Why Laptop Operating speed was worst with the registered version of Windows 10, Office & Antivirus?
                                          Q3. Why my Laptop Camera was not in working condition when I started Laptop camera while having my official Zoom Meeting?
                                          Q4. Why your technical team was unable to repair it perfectly when I visited first time at Reliance ResQ and again I need to visit Reliance ResQ for Multiple times?
                                          Q5. Why Laptop Camera was not repaired in second visit?
                                          Q6. Why your technical team was unable to increase my Laptop speed and technical team was unable to start my Laptop when I faced problem of Laptop not getting started first time?
                                          Q7. If I had paid for extra warranty for 2 years then why I need to communicate with anyone else to increase my Operating speed of my Laptop and need to pay him for his services?
                                          Q8. The technical person whom I paid to start my laptop and increase operating speed was from technical person who use to visit at Reliance ResQ, if same person can do satisfactory work with payment why that person cannot do satisfactory work in warranty?
                                          Q9. Why under warranty your technical team is unable to repair Laptop within 2-3 days it takes almost 10-12-15 days to repair Laptop under warranty?
                                          Q10. Why the same technical person can repair Laptop with same problems within 1-2 days if I pay him for his services?
                                          Q11. If receptionists informed me on 16th July, 2021, Friday that my laptop is repaired and it is under observation for one day, then why ResQ team did not provided me my Laptop on 17th July-2021, Saturday?
                                          Q12. If my Laptop Camera is not working because of some camera related internal device problem, then what was the technical team use to do for my previous 3-4 complains related to Laptop Camera?
                                          Q13. If your technical person who is team leader has knowledge, that no one can communicate better in loud voice, to communicate better the voice must be in low, then how he does not have any knowledge about his team who is not working good?
                                          Q14. If anyone makes mistake then it is the team leader who need to guide him to correct his mistake, what was your team leader doing in this matter?
                                          Q15. If any one in the team has not worked accordingly, at that point of time team leader is one who should face the customer and reply to customer satisfactorily, but here team leader says that its not my mistake its my teams mistake, so why you are complaining me, you should complain to the person who made mistake?
                                          Q16. If a team leader cannot improve his team, without a written complain by customer, then how he is a team leader?
                                          Q17. To improve your services, Is it mandatory that a customer face many problem, and then customer visit to service station, and then customer need to give complain in written to improve your services?
                                          Q18. Is a customer a person who will spend money to purchase your products and it is a customer who will spend his time and money to improve your services, skills & abilities of your technical team or your employees?
                                          Q19. Did you sold me a technically faulty Laptop? Why I should not think about this if I am facing such kind of problem?
                                          Q20. Do you think I should visit Reliance Digital to purchase anything after facing so many problems?
                                          Q21. Do you think that I should suggest anyone to visit Reliance digital to purchase anything?
                                          Q22. Who is mainly responsible for this faulty Item (Laptop)
                                          Q23. Who will pay me for time I have wasted?
                                          Q24. Who will pay me for the money I have occurred to repair this laptop multiple times?
                                          Q25. Who is responsible for my respect which is reduced in my superiors mind while having official Zoom Meeting?
                                          Q26. If this time also I will face any problem of Laptop Camera, Laptop Battery or anything else then who will be responsible for it? Who will pay for it? Who will bear loss of my time for that?
                                          Q27. Today on 25th July, 2021 if Receptionist inform me that actually I should visit to Reliance ResQ service station situated at Sun Pharma Road, Vadodara, then why she did not informed me this at first visit, not even at 2nd, 3rd & 4th Visit ?
                                          Q28. If I am not eligible to get service from Reliance ResQ situated at Akshar Chowk, Vadodara, then how they provided me service before?
                                          Q29. And this is the first time in my life I have heard that service station also have some selected customers?

Recent example, once I faced problem from Airtel, at that point of time I was in surat, so visited service station situated in surat, then also they did not refused me to clear my doubts or to solve my query or to solve my problem. Do Reliance ResQ has some different policies for service station and for customers to visit only those service station for which customer is informed while purchasing any item?
                                          Q31. If I am not eligible to visit Reliance ResQ, situated at Akashar Chowk, Vadodara then how & why Mr. Faizan sales person of Reliance Digital at Nizampura provided me address of Reliance ResQ, at Akshar Chowk, Vadodara?
                                          Q32. Can you please arrange a new Laptop for me? If yes, then thank you for your services, if no then answer my question that If your money is important for you, then why customers is not important for you, who helps you to generate more and more sales which will give you reward in terms of money.
                                          Q33. If your money is important, then why don’t you think that customers money is also important for him?
                                          Q34. As everyone has its own respect, in the same way every ones money is also important for him!

                                            I have made a complaint regarding - Screen problem - TV: LG UHD TV 49UJ652T Complaint no [protected] on 15 Jul 21
                                            I am in RESQ warranty period. . They have not even send a mail stating the expected date of attending the problem even after 6 days, !!!

                                              I had registered service request for My SONY TV on may 26. It is not attended till july 10th. No proper response from Resq team. I have all the mail communication and other documents. Kindly solve this problem.

                                                We purchased Air Conditioner in February and the installation was booked the next day. Team reliance visited our place to fix the new AC. I don't know they were in a hurry or what they fixed it soon and they left. After a week we experienced less cooling effect. We informed the customer care they assigned a person after two days and they didn't send their person they sent Samsung technician whereas the issue was in installation. That guy confirmed the issue is due to gas leakage and he asked to contact reliance as it was not installed properly. It took again 2 days for the reliance technician to come and he fixed it. After another week we got a complaint from our downstairs neighbors that the water is dropping into their premises from our AC. They didn't set the water drawing pipe into the outlet and they just left it unattended. We complain nearly five times and several calls but none has visited yet. We haven't used AC yet and we are sleeping in this hot climate without an AC.

                                                  Pathetic service . Don't bother to give feedback and plan of visit inspite of advance AMC . You have to take update. At time of selling AMC they will make great promise. I had bad experience on Kent RO for which I wrongly purchased 4 year AMC . No app based or sms update

                                                    My name is Mahesh Jagtap (Contact Number [protected]) - It has been 14 days I have raised the complaint (On dated 24 th Feb 2021) to change the filters of AOSmith purifier, as it was showing indication.
                                                    I have called several times to the customer support, but getting various different invalid reason. From last 6 days, customer support team is saying, your request is assigned to technician, he will contact you in next few hours and he will be there to replace today or tomorrow.
                                                    And the service center team is saying we didn't get all the filters (One is remaining). I can not understand why there is so much delay for getting one filter. And why they are giving different reasons.
                                                    Its totally faulty process. There is no senior manager whom customer can contact and he is ready to understand and resolve these queries.
                                                    And its really not worth and not satisfactory service, taking the purifier and AMC and still we need buy the water from outside.

                                                      This is regarding my ticket [protected]. I have raised on 19th Jan 2021, and I have raised the ticket 4th time still my issue not yet resolved. No update from your side. Whenever I call they say part is pending. Every time you have purchased the wrong product and not fixing properly. This time cleverly you have created a ticket in Harier customer care. Hence, Harier Technician visited and asking for charge to resolve the issue. I didn't accept and sent back him
                                                      Why should I pay if I have extended warranty in resq. If you cannot solve the issue. You can tie up with Harier and solve my issue or return my money. Otherwise, exchange product in your Reliance Digital Store.
                                                      Really, not good. I am expecting a clear answer not like "Still Part is pending" Something like that. Waiting for your reply As soon as possible
