I wasted my money by taking resq plan of reliance while purchasing an AC from them. I have mailed them for servicing more than 15 days back. After a lot of follow up, a technician came to my place. While servicing he brings a blower. Then he was unable to fix all the parts back resulting in a lot of noise from AC if it is switched on. In this hot summer, it is difficult to live without AC and with it, you surely shall get headache.
Actually my headache started after i took resq plan. Extremely bad service. This is not over time experience but always something goes wrong. Was this information helpful? |
