Reliance Resq — Whirlpool automatic washing machine

First complain was given to customer care of reliance digital for the whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on 10.10.2021, since the washing machine was under extended warranty till 04.08.2022. They denied saying it is out of warrant.
Then personally went to reliance digital at Visakhapatnam at maddelipalem with my warranty card then they said there is wrong entry in their computer and they will rectify which will take 24 hrs that is the reason it is showing out of warranty. However finally on 12th October 2021 they agreed that technician will be arranged and they insisted to download their ResQ app from play store for which I will get they update and asked to raise a request. I downloaded, but every time it was showing its out of warranty and technician visit will be on payable basis. Every day the technician visit was postponed from their end in the app. Made several calls no response was received from them and usual response from toll free representative that they will escalate the issue to service team but all in vein.
After several visit and calls finally local service manager sent a person 4th Nov 2021 who is not at all technically sound to diagnose the issue but said spares are not available and they will arrange the spares and on receipt they will take the washing machine to their workshop. On 12.11.2021 they sent a auto rickshaw to took the washing machine saying it will be repaired and return back after 2 days. Again till 3rd Dec 2021 there was no answer and meanwhile I was visiting their digital showroom at every alternate days and I was told many stories like another part is damaged, circuit is damaged. On 4th December evening the same auto rickshaw arrived at my residence delivered the machine and for which I paid the transportation charges. Since delivery was late evening, next day it was installed and checked the washing machine was in the same condition, for which it was complained, so immediately called the local manager who never answered my call but sent a WhatsApp message stating he is transfered, not looking after Vizag and forwarded few numbers which were not answered at all. Then I escalated the issue through mail to CEO, Reliance digital customer care and sent a detailed mail and a automated message and followed by a call by his office stating that they would investigate and all necessary assistance will be provided to get it rectified. After waiting for few days I contacted the company whirlpool customer care on 8th December 2021 and they arranged a technician on 9th December 2021 who checked and found that all parts / spares are not as per the specification and all internal circuites are left loose inside the machine and all alteration to the internal structure has been done with the machine. It was informed by the company technician that no repairing has been done and all are simply trail and error method they have applied. However the whirlpool technician repaired it in just in 1 hour, which Reliance took 2 months.

Finally today repair was carried by the whirlpool technician a bill of Rs.8, 470/- was paid to him
