I had purchased a fridge of whirlpool company on 29/5/17 which is under warranty. Model intellifresh292 ltrs. The fridge is not working properly. Earlier it was overcooling in lower case. Presenty it is not at all cooling. Twice your expert visited nothing done. Lastly after my complain i was given a call no on 2/9/17 from your customer care and assured to send me technicians with required parts which required to replace within short time but it is a pity that nobody has arrived yet. A company of your stature is not expected to behave such manner. If you donot able to repair the item it should be replaced. Why after paying whole amt is not at all able to use it. I had talked to your customer care again with my call no [protected] again assured to be served with requisit parts at the earliest but all were in vain. Still it is not solved.
