I am to state that u had purchases samsung s8 plus mobile from jio store dated on 17 jan 2018. I paid them cash amount rs 54000. They made an excuse that their computer us not working and requested me to take bill afterwards. When i insisted after few days for bill and got the invoice. I was shocked to see that my payment was shown through card from someone else. When i had proposed to pay from card to get the benefit of cash back. They reused and told me that only credit card will swipe but fraudulently they swooped some one sbi debit card for taking benefit of the scheme. Kindly do needful to punish staffs.
