On 12/Aug/2014 i was recharged my number([protected]) for 156 rs (1 GB 3G Data recharge) for one month throw reliance online Portal.Immediately reliance has deducted 156 rs from my Bank Account and send me a E-receipt on my email id. then i got Recharge message on my mobile.
After 2-3 hour I use Internet service and check my main ac, reliance has deducted (50 Rs) from my main balance.my Internet plan is not working till now.
when i call to reliance customer care on *333 (Complaint time at least 45 Minute)and requesting please return my bal then they told your plan will not activated please wait for 48 Hours.i call them floor supervisor he say "Sir APKE ACCOUNT SE JO PAISE KATE GYE HAIN VO THEEK KATE HAIN ISLIYE APKI COMPLAINT RESOLVED HO GYI, HUM ISKE BARE ME KUSH NI KAR SAKTE RELIANCE ME CALL KARNE KE LIYE DHANYABAD"
This is wrong...Reliance customer care is simply harasing me.he told this is your fault not mine we don't do anything.
please return my 50 rs back in my account or active my internet pack.Please give me the address of any customer care where i can lodge a written complaint.
Now i will give a written application to consumer court also regarding this.So in future other customer will not face such problems.
