Wrong balance deduction

On 12/Aug/2014 i was recharged my number([protected]) for 156 rs (1 GB 3G Data recharge) for one month throw reliance online Portal.Immediately reliance has deducted 156 rs from my Bank Account and send me a E-receipt on my email id. then i got Recharge message on my mobile.
After 2-3 hour I use Internet service and check my main ac, reliance has deducted (50 Rs) from my main balance.my Internet plan is not working till now.br...

Dear Sir,
I recide at Seoraphuli in hoogly distric(W. Bengal). Iwould like to inform u that last 10 days i can't make or
received any call from my mobile no.[protected] from seoraphuli home. not only me entair Seoraphuli
all of your customer suffering this problem.
Kindly look into the metter very seriously by to solve the tower problem as early as possible....
