Reliance Trends — about the toll free helpline number

[protected] number does not reach any of its advisors to help us. They say that they are available from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm all 7 days a week, but even if we call within the specified timings, they don't pickup, the call gets disconnected automatically, fed up calling them. Neither they respond to the email within 48 hrs as they mentioned or above. Very very very worst customer service i have seen till now. I have called 10 times a day from past 4 days. So frustrating. I placed an Order with ID TR05110490 for 6 items, one item got cancelled and i received 3 items only, i didn't receive two items still, i tried calling customer care but no reply and i even sent a mail no response for that too they said they will contact in 48hrs but nobody addressed the issue, such a worst customer service by reliance trends

The staff at the Hassan showroom was very unresponsive.

The billing guy didn't even have any mood to do business. Very impolite.

Recently I purchased about 5000 bill from reliance trends and they have given me a 3000rs wroth of coupon and in that cs01000 coupon is invail .my question is i[censored] r not able to provide such facilities why u make customer fool ..u ppl will loose the market if this continues
