I recently visited to reliance Trends women Bhoothnath road Patna Bihar and i found the staff behaviour was not good specially (RAJU) and (VIVEK) as mentioned on their I'd cards.
They were rude towards me as well other customers also they were not ready to help me with my shopping and also they talk very badly this is the second time when I am facing the same issue at reliance Trends women Bhoothnath and these two guys Raju and Vivek do the same thing always I request you to solve the issue and make sure to keep good staff behaviour otherwise I will not be able to shop from reliance.

I have done 5000 purchase today and they told to give me 4500 worth of coupons and acted like they are keeping in bag, but didn't keep and done the proud and cheating with me. Due to this type of cheap mentality, Trends reduced its image. I need that 4500 worth coupons or I need that much of amount.

I am Dr. Ippatoori Sreekanth Dental Specialist mobile no-[protected], from Hyderabad, Professionally Working in Mahabubnagar, Town 100 KM near to Hyderabad. Recently I have visited Trends Show Room in Mahabubnagar located Near Place Called Mettugadda, and I have Purchased Items Worth around Rs. 11, 000. But Because o[censored]nexpected Size Problem I Have Gone back to Show room for Exchange. The Sales Managers are very Polite and Accepted for Exchange as per Your Company Exchange Policy. But the Security Guard talking serious Nonsense Language and shouting on me and saying that we will not Exchange the Cloths and you should leave the Show room. His Body Language also very bad and he is not speaking in proper way with me and using which are not supposed to use with Customers in the Show Room. I I am so embarrassed. in front of everybody and i requested the Sales Managers to complete the Exchange Process. They have Completed the Job. But Security mam in Right Person. If he Behave like this who will Visit your Show Room Again. Because professionally i am a doctor so felt Very Bad and I am lodging Complaint and take action against him to not to Repeat again with Customers in the Show Room.
This Incident Happened on[protected] Afternoon at around 3.30 pm. So kindly look into this matter and remove him from his Job. So, it will give Good Impression on your Company for Everybody

RIL Trends gives misleading information just to attract customers and call those to their outlet. Reaching there while shopping real picture comes when after around 2 hours at their outlet customer finds what was told about the discount is not correct. Worst experience at Ramnagar RIL in Roorkee Trends today.
They are not giving good discounts since long as earlier they were giving.

This to inform you that My date of exit is wrongly updated in pf portal because of that iam not able to withdraw my pf amount such issue have been escalated to concern team but still there is no changes to see it is almost near one month

Please take this issue with high authority Team and get this resolved at earliest

As this is pending since long back iam doing enough follow ups for same

I required my pf amount for my financial requirement

We selected two items and there is bord for 40 percent off but they said there is no offer

Hi this is Dr Taherkhan I had been to trends junior for my son clothes I purchased of 2300 INR and after I did the payment I saw the board where it’s mentioned that for 2999 purchase you will get 2999 instant coupon off so I asked the executive who did biling that why he didn’t inform me about the offer ?? I told him since I know there is offer I will do shopping if 700 more so that I can avail 3000 INR coupon but that executive told nothing can be done as biling is done . I am complaining regarding executive who did biling and I have the bill I want to do another 700 shopping to avail the coupon hope so reliance trend can sort my issue

DNMX Jacket worth ₹3000 was purchased from Trends store, Dewas, (MP) on 8/12/2022 got damaged and was shown at the store, on 11/01/2023 to exchange or to repair the damage. First the head at store assured to fix it and later denied because it was just 3 days up in a month. The head also asked us to wait for a day to take an action but no action has been taken yet and neither he has contacted us after the complaint. The jacket is used only for a week after the purchase.

We purchased Woodland shoes at reliance trends on Jan-12-2023 @ 9.00 pm (elements mall, Thanisandra, Nagwara main, Bangalore, reliance trends) store guy billed the product. Before leaving the store we trying to check the shoes and found there was a damage in the product. Hence, we requested to provide other pair of shoes on same woodland model. After checking found all the shoes were damaged. When we requested for refund, the way store manager spoke was rude and no proper response was given. We requested to contact to there senior manager but store guys refused to provide number and asked to come back next day to discuss on this.

My concern is being Reliance as well known brand I don’t understand if they are providing training how to talk to customers and respect them. Very much disappointed with the service given.

This is the worst shoe purchase experience I ever had. I bought a Schumann shoes that costs around 2000/- from Reliance Trends Thrissur outlet. I used it for 3 months and 15 days(I'm a doctor and my daily use includes just sitting around in it). On 16th day, the sole of 1 shoe got damaged. It got broken on the left side close to the heals. I was expecting a positive response from the shop since it was not that cheap. But the response from the staff was pitiful. They said they're in no way accountable for the poor material quality of the shoes. And they even boasted about not taking account of a customer whose 3 months warranty was out by 5 days. I suggest you to never but a shoe from this particular store (not to buy from Trends if possible) because they're having old and poor quality shoes in stock. Make sure to not buy anything from them. Thank you.

I have perchesed 1 shoe ..and it has buy two and get 50% off ...but they given me only single (pair)...I'm very upset due to this ..plz help

We went to the store and availed the INR 3999 on 3999 offer running in the trends, Kolkata. The product of Rs-2799 & Rs-1799 we bought ran size small. So we went to exchange we didn't find the same. So we went for other brands particating in the same offer. We selected the product of Rs-1785 & Rs-1999. The executive on the return desk informed us that rates per product should be exact of the item we want to exchange or you can opt for the credit note of the value priced in the bill that is Rs-1424.78 & Rs-915.73 . He was not ready to take the sum up of 2 products and pay only the exceeding amount if any. It is not practically possible for the customer to see the rate tags and accordingly select the item as it consumes lot of time and infact the look of the product type also matters. Consumer can not choose any random product just to match the rate tags. Further they said the system doesn't allow or accept different amount on price tags, it should be same on the product we bought and that of we wanted to exchange.

I have brought some dresses from reliance trends, medical collage road, near khajanchi chauraha, gorakhpur, which was under discount of 50% at purchased of 4000.he didn't inform us about their return policy before, after billing there was no stamp on receipt.purchased was of wrong size so I went their again for exchange to take the perfect size for me after half an hour. the manager of the shop was misbehaving with us .my bill no is 60838858 date 7/1 2023
All the policies were written in the recipt no where else, so after buying the product we will know the policies

Today i went to reliance trend to buy belts, Its been ridiculous that customer had waited 30min in cash counter line later biller had told that data not updated in the server and you have to wait for next 2days for this ...how does it make sence for this ... without updating how could item would display in the shop ...

Got a whatsapp last day about the discount, then i have visited the store in jalandhar Punjab ( big c near GURU nanak mission chowk) but the store employee and manager denied about the offer, after few minutes he told me this offer is not valid in north india, what the ### is this ?? If its available in particular place, then you should inform the CUSTOMER, plz confirm is co fraud who is sending wrong masg or the employee of your co is not updated enough about the discount

Reliance need to work on the CUSTOMER service things rather than just concerned about the INCOME
When i have i visited last time, the product which i want to buy is not shown on their system
Plz take strict action whosever mistake it is
And give me compensation for the harassment
