I went to reliance trends in Tiruvannamalai
I bought 2 T-shirts and paid through debit card
But after paying, money has been debited from my account
The staff told that they had not received the money, the transaction is failed
But I didn’t get refund till now its been 2 days

I have purchased dress for 6000 and I am not given gift nor points. I was insulted and treated worst by a staff names Kavitha in walaja trends

Its just been a month i bought few kurtis from trends. I just wore this kurti once and after its first wash, it got damaged. My trust in trends products was to 100%. Spending any amount dint mattered here, felt this trends company has a good name and buying clothes from here will be good no matter what cost. But i really got disappointed after my first wash of this kurti which i bought from trends store. I am not going to suggest anyone trends shopping anymore. Thanks to reliance trends for breaking my trust.

I have purchased dress on 16-10-22 in Tnagar branch, no AC working on tnagar branch. we are suffered on purchasing.

They kept table fan which is not sufficient, All customer purchasing with full of sweating. Very bad experience i felt. Photos attached for ref.

I have purchased clothes in Reliance Trends at Palakonda on 01-Oct-2022. I have made Rs.3204/- payment through IPPB UPI application vide reference number[protected]. The payment was successful in the app. The trends people checked and saying they have not received amount. So i have made the above said amount through Cash. Waited 2-3 days and raised complaint in IPPB CR776748 on 05-Oct-2022. The IPPB confirmed on 07-Oct-2022 that the amount was credited to Reliance.Then i have contacted store and raised compliant in reliance vide reference number TTN4120452 on 09-Oct-2022. Till now they have not resolved my issue. Attached the following copies for your reference.

Kindly do the needful to resolve my issue and credit my amount.

I have bought a pair of socks. I have paid through UPI. First time when I paid the amount got deducted from my account then the manager says the UPI has timed out and bill has not been generated hence we didn't receive the amount, due to which I had to pay again.
I was assured that the first payment amount will be refunded within 24 hrs. but still I haven't got any.

Kindly look into the matter.

I bought a dress on 8/10/22, in trends, pallikaranai branch worth Rs.2499/..When take that dress to wear it on 12/10/22, it was torn immediately..the quality of the dress is very worst.. such a poor quality dress is selling by trends with a high price..
I want a refund or dress should be exchanged..

On 10.10.2022 i visited Reliance Trends, Behala Thakurpukur Branch around 12 noon with my 2 other friends. We shopped for around 2 hours and selected shirts and trousers worth around Rs. 8000/-. I already had Reliance Trends coupons as per which on purchasing above Rs. 1500/-, Rs. 500/- would be discounted per coupon. I had 10 coupons and 4 coupons could be used.

During billing, the staff at the counter ignored us and said that the coupon can not be used now but the date on the coupon was from 06th October to 25th October, 2022. The staff did not even want to see the coupon or clarify anything.

On the same evening (10.10.2022), I visited Reliance Trends located at Barasat, North 24 Parganas and bought a set of same brand shirt and jeans which i initially selected at Trends, Behala Thakurpukur Branch. At Barasat branch they accepted 02 coupons as applicable on my bill value and gave me a discount of Rs. 1000/-.

I also enquired at Reliance Trends located at Madhyamgram branch and they also confirmed that they will also accept the coupons.

Is this possible that one branch will not accept coupons but other branch will accept the same.

Also the behaviour of staff at Thakurpukur branch was not good they just ignored us.

Kindly look into this matter.

I had purchased a dress from Trends, Burdwan for Dirga Puja. It costs 3499. But after one wear the colour of the dress faded.

Do not adjust my cupon, bill payment is ready, stuff said after 24 you coupon adjust in credit notes, me and my friends think go to trands

Received 1500 online voucher but no use as when with complaint contacted to reliance trends shop at indiranagar nashik shop they were just say that it is technical issue from there side and cant do anything. Fill cheated when online complaint on trends.aajio launch they said its issue of rel trends and give there mail id but no response received

Today 07th October 2022 is my wife birthday so we planned to buy some dress for her and we both visited the Reliance Trends – Madipakkam Showroom (Store Number – 1990). My wife was too busy in selecting her dress, since this is the first time, I’m visiting this store so I was walking around the showroom & having a look. I could notice there was no chair for the sales person to sit for a while when there is less or no customer around.
And while coming down I used the staircase in which the last staircase was too big (near the escalator) & imagine a situation wherein customer come happily to purchase dresses for a happy occasion. While getting down if someone doesn’t notice and if any accident happens it might lead to fracture. (forgot to take a pic)
Then I went to bike parking to take my bike, I could see the building security was a lady aged 50 above. For her also there was no chair to sit. I got very very bad feedback about the Store Manager – Mr. Vignesh Kumar. Many times, the employees and the security brought these above said problems to his notice but he didn’t even take care of those words & he was adamant in not providing any chairs or fulfilling the basic needs of the employees & the building.
You people very well know that, as per the recent TamilNadu Government imposed a law that all the shops should have enough chair for their employees to sit and take rest (when there was no sales or customers around in free time). This store doesn’t abide to government law so I want the board to take necessary action against the Store Manager – Mr. Vignesh Kumar & punish him by transferring or fire him (if needed). You can also personally collect the feedback from the store sales person & security because it should not affect their job.

I would really like to appreciate if we get proper Justice.

Your chavakkad branch staffs misbehave with me..they are rude behaviour
They don't allow me to exchange the product which product i like they comple to me took a product the same price range product ..i told them i never come here again to purchase then they told me this is not my shop i have no problem...i have only one request hire good behaviour staff and provide a option that exchange different products at the same price range.. please it will be helpful for customers like us... thank you 🙏🏻

Pathetic experience with justdial. I am taking all this non sense to social...

This man is totally out of his mind and not knowing how to speak to a customer. he is not really into selling products in store and do not know how to deal with a customer.
totally unhelpful, very bad experience with Reliance trends store because of this man mentioned above.

we have to face so much inconvenience in just an exchange of product.
we did not expect such bad behavior from your brand, it's very disappointing.

My mom purchased 2 kurtas and a legging today around 5pm at Hanmakonda Trends which is close to NIT warangal.

As my mom wanted to surprise me she managed and took what she thought as a right size and before purchasing she asked is there a exchange for this as it's a surprise. they just said YES and nothing more than that.

I along with my mother went to do exchange at 0700 pm. I asked we wanted to do the exchange. Then they raised following points which I am not convinced of and not ok with
1. Asked to complete shopping by 0800 pm - I said ok

2. When was it purchased? I said just before 2 hours.
Sorry it cant be returned today as considering festival season we need 24 hours to generate bill.

3. Also make sure u need to exchange the product only with Same price. (1499 product needs to be exchanged with only 1499 product)
I said I will make sure I will purchase with a more priced one rather than lesser one
They said no.

Listening to these rules, I was un happy and asked to show the rules of exchange so that I will be prepared for tomorrow and come back for exchange.

The one who spoke with me just said COME AFTER 24 HOURS AND I WILL GIVE YOU A PRINT OUT OF EXCHANGE RULES and walked away.

Very bad shopping experience.

Requesting you to share detailed exchange rules as I didn't found any of the 2 rules they shared as a rule in the rules mentioned online.
