We reedem the 5 coupans of 500 rs.

We asking about gifts.they say no.
They say we don't give gifts if you reedem the coupan.

But at trends shop in surat, they give gifts on coupan redeem or not reedem....

Yesterday (23/09/2022) I purchased some clothes in Reliance Trends Chennai. While purchasing I said to remove a kurta set as it was too costly and I didn't liked it much. But they didn't remove it and billed for the clothes. I want to return to my nearest Reliance Trends store in Tirupati. Is this possible? Please help me in this.

I have purchased footwear from reliance trends store(date[protected]. Footwear got wrinkles within one week without much using.

I shopped in your Trends (Reliance Mall) store in Erode on 10th September 2022, for Rs.4494. I paid via ICICI debit card, the money was debited from my account but not received in the store. I didn't get any refund yet please help me....

I am writing to bring to your notice that I have been wrongly charged for goods. I purchased some clothes from Reliance trends and was charged Rs. 10 for the plain paper bag bring which endorses their brand name on it. This should not be charged for.
