Myself vignesh just now I came here to exchange the cloth but a person who as a disability of walking he don't treat us well we where waiting for 1hr 15 min so far while typing this text i was been waiting in ur store is this a way to trea a customer pls do the needful my contact number is[protected] pls do call for more info about my worst experiences

    On 1st October I bought this kurta from Trends, Guwhati and Gpayed the amount twice. Hence I claim a refund of the amount that got transacted the second time into their account.

      I have purchased sweat shirt from Reliance trends POLICE BAZAR Shillong 793010 CIN NO U01100MH1999PLC120563 and bill no C60353888 S8093 dated 27/09/2022 txn 36 R#113 . Company is costing 1699₹ but in Reliance trends store price tagging is 1999₹ . The difference between reliance trends company's price on item is higher than the CRIMSOUNE CLUB Brand co.
      Tell me the appropriate reason why you have done it. Otherwise I will take this matter to the consumer forum for necessary action .
      Bill and payment slip is annexed.

          We reedem the 5 coupans of 500 rs.

          We asking about gifts.they say no.
          They say we don't give gifts if you reedem the coupan.
          At : trends Bardoli, dist:surat, state: Gujarat

          But at trends shop in surat, they give gifts on coupan redeem or not reedem.

            Yesterday (23/09/2022) I purchased some clothes in Reliance Trends Chennai. While purchasing I said to remove a kurta set as it was too costly and I didn't liked it much. But they didn't remove it and billed for the clothes. I want to return to my nearest Reliance Trends store in Tirupati. Is this possible? Please help me in this.

                  After exchanging the items, we observed out of 4 leggins 2 items are damaged. We went the trends but they are not accepting the damaged items due to already exchanged one time.Its very very bad experience for me and I feel no trust on reliance trends

                    I have purchased footwear from reliance trends store(date[protected]. Footwear got wrinkles within one week without much using.
                    When i reached back to store(date[protected] for replacement staff denied without giving proper reason for denial.
                    Staff was having incorrect behaviour while conversation with high pitched voice.
                    Not even guiding to resolve this issue.

                      I have bought 2 dress for my sister from Reliance Trends -Nalhati branch pincode -731220.
                      When I went there to exchange the order as the size was small. The sales person was ready to exchange but then the manager came to us and took the dress and went just outside the gate and cutt the tags for the dresses and then said it is not acceptable as the tags are not intact and he rebuked us like we are some fool. Dear trends please look into this issue. I myself is a trends person who always shops under trends no matter where i live .

                          Sunday We had visited Treads Footwear store at Capital Mall Vasai.

                          It was very bad experience, Where we approached three staff(Sale men) and said to show shoes for my kid. But no one attended us...I was so disappointed to us. Where my Son got upset because no one was ready to help us,

                          As there was going a offer buy 2 get one free, , we though to buy according,

                          It a request please don't on the attire of person.

                          Then we left from there and went to MAX outlet where staff was every help full and we took four pairs. Two Shoe, one Sandilands one kitos.

                            I shopped in your Trends (Reliance Mall) store in Erode on 10th September 2022, for Rs.4494. I paid via ICICI debit card, the money was debited from my account but not received in the store. I didn't get any refund yet please help me.

                              I am writing to bring to your notice that I have been wrongly charged for goods. I purchased some clothes from Reliance trends and was charged Rs. 10 for the plain paper bag bring which endorses their brand name on it. This should not be charged for.

                              When I saw the bill Rs.10 was added to the bag. I asked if I don't want paper bags. They told me that it's already added.

                              This is against of rule/law which is defined by the supreme court however, it seems like the retailers have still not taken this into consideration. I also noticed this was for me and all the customers buying from that store. I am attaching the bills, it clearly shows "trends" carrying the bag on them.

                              My consideration is it should be punishable for an organisation that doesn't follow the rule mentioned by SC.

                                I have selected items worth 6200 and given 4 coupons to redeem. Unfortunately one coupon was expired 3 days ago. Staff cut the bill by removing one item. I was available on the counter and no other bill was made. After 5 minutes, When I gave a fresh coupon again, he refused to redeem the coupon and also refused to refund the amount. Manager of the stor was also biased and refused fir the same.

                                  Sir,
                                  With extreme disappointment, I would like to raise an issue regarding the parking space management at Reliance Trends, Maninagar.
                                  There was such a chaos in the limited parking space in front of such a big showroom. What's more distressing was there was not a single person alloted by the such a big showroom who can guide for parking. Our car was stuck in between vehicles such that we had to ourselves put some vehicles at proper place so that we can make way for our car to leave.
                                  This was not expected from such a prestigious showroom.
                                  Kindly look into this matter

                                      On a shopping they didn't give coupon for next season they gave the same coupon which I have redeemed also they don't have any rigid policy for providing gift, earlier they gave me gift in shopping even after redemption of coupon but now they says, no.. either you redeem coupon and get discount or pay full price money to available gifts... Overall full of scamp, never going to visit again in trends.
