I take 4 pants and 2 shirts pants alterations problems

I have purchased a shoes from trends outlet from pimpalner but I have faced very strange response as I have final the shoes but just it was a single product they denied to make bill because they where telling me to add more product to buy then only the bill will be generated but as after the argument they got ready to make bill but they did not given me bill in a copy they told me that we cannot give you any bill due to single product so I don't feel this is the process it's totally wrong and making people full, please look in to this and make some effort for these behavior from trends which is well known big brand

Here on bill counter person while giving me didn't disclose me about changing the article that it is not allowed and lied to me that it will change and I came after two days that it will not change kindly help me

मैंने 19 जुलाई 2022 को एलेंटा माल चंडीगढ़ में रिलायंस ट्रेंड्स आउटलेट से लगभग 7 हजार की कपड़ों शॉपिंग की। इसमे 50 प्रतिशत डिस्काउंट था और मैने 3758 रुपये ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करी।
मुझे बिल काउंटर से अगली खरीदारी के लिये लगभग 500-500 रुपये के 3 हजार के कूपन दिये गये। जिन्हें मैंने सहजता से स्वीकार कर अपने पास रख लिया।
क्योंकि मैं हिमाचल प्रदेश के पालमपुर के नज़दीक बोदा गांव का रहने वाला हूं। मैं आज 10 अगस्त 2022 को शाम को जब साढ़े 6 बजे के करीब पालमपुर स्तिथ ट्रेंड्स स्टोर बच्चों को कपड़े लेने गया और इन कूपन के बारे जानकारी लेनी चाही की इसमे मुझे क्या लाभ मिलेगा। वहां मुझे बताया गया कि आपके अधिकतर कूपन समाप्त हो चुके हैं और 3 हजार के कूपन की वैलिडिटी डेट को मारकर से टेम्पर्ड किया गया है । और 1500 के कूपन 9 सिंतबर से वैलिड होंगे।
श्रीमान जी, मैंने पहली बार रिलायंस ट्रेंड्स से कपड़े खरीदे, प्रोडक्ट भी अच्छा लगा। इतने बड़े ब्रांड के आउटलेट पर किस तरह कूपन्स के नाम पर टेम्पर्ड कूपन दिये गए। यह बाकया शर्मनाक है और मेरा अनुभव बड़ा अच्छा नहीं रहा। मेरा पहली बार ही विश्वास उठ गया है और शायद भविष्य में, मैं और मेरा परिवार आपके किसी भी स्टोर पर समान लेगा।

I purchased from reliance trends, Barpeta Road on 9/08/2022 of Rs4244 after redeeming vouchers of Rs 2000. The total amount of Rs 4244 was paid by cash. As per the offers i was eligible for a gift and vouchers of Rs 3000, but the manager refused to give so by saying that these offers are not given as i redeemed my previously received vouchers .I was also provided manual bill instead of computerized bill which was inconvenient and slow and...

Very bad product purchesd night pant around 699 its stiches gone

I am writing this because I am very very annoyed with what happened with me today.i did my shopping of worth Rs 7000 as it was in offer of 50%discount.When i reached the counter the lady told me that one of the product is not in offer.You can imagine i have done my shopping with all the trials and i am hearing this from the representative that one of the item is not in offer.It was not written anywhere that this item is not in discount.Such a waste of time for me and I left the store without purchasing any thing

On[protected], bought Lifelong Tower Fan along with other items worth ~28K from Reliance Trends-Chakia (Pin-Code 845412). Product stopped working in ~10 days.

Tower fan is not working and so have to avail warranty from maker i.e. Lifelong. On Bill they haven't mentioned product name and so Lifelong is denying to claim warranty.

I need replacement of product i.e. Lifelong Tower Fan. Why do u sell bad product and top of that you do not mention item name in Bill and further deny to resolve issue.

I purchases clothes of amount Rs. 1028.20, and they charged for the paper carry bag Rs. 11.52 each.

Also, Store Manager was very rude and said, they are collecting money as per government rule and they were unable to refer any rule against they were charging for carry bags.

My request is to take action against the store and provide a compensation of Rs. 20000/- for their mental pressure.

I purchased 2 garments on date 31/07/2022
In phoenix Mall pune with having price tag 1299, 499 when I went for replacement becouse of size and colour issue on date 6/08/2022, service desk person saying I have to purchase same number garments which should have same price tag within the store, how could it possible to have garments 1299, 499 tag I searched alot I didn't get any my interested garments having same price tag. Unfortunately I come with useless garments which I can't wear.
It's really ridiculous in return policy, manager also not customer supportive she behave rudely. I told them we can purchase more price tags garments, she says no to Evey my answers

05/08/22 I had purchase shirt in reliance trends near bus stand Barwani but the size is uncomfortable will i be able to exchange the shirt ...

Store managers behaviour was very rude. Not co - operate for things we ask. Talking like they don't have to need of customer.

Today 28-7-22 i visited waltair mainroad trends store vishakapatnam i had selected indian terrain 2 trouser 1 t shirt 1 touser of basics and 2 tops for kids in indian terrain they displayed buy three and get 40%discount after seslction i came to bill desk he billed and told me the bill was 7564/- and i asked him did the offer applied for items he replied that there was no offer those items and kept me waiting for around half an hour later he called a person on that floor where he was appeared on that floor and he replied these are new arrivals i asked him where is new arrival sign board he didnt replied, then i asked him to connect with store manager later a person came towards me and told i was store manager later after some discussion he accepted he was not store manager and told me that store manager is on leave he was looking store such a liar after i asked him for complaint book he hesitated to give me complaint book and he given me a feedback book in that book i had written my experiance and i left selected garments and returned such a worst experiance with waltair reliance trends store vishakapatnam.

I went to the trends shop KUNDARA, Kollam (District) Kerala (state) on 28th July 2022 at 4 pm for purchasing clothes and inner garments. I had selected the dresses I wanted from there. Then I went to select inner garments section. When I requested the salesgirl to show the garment she told it is not allowed for the customers to open the packet. They told customers can buy it only by looking the image shown in front of the pack. And also they remind that it is the "rule of all reliance trends shop not to open the inner garments packet". In the shop they displayed that " PLEASE DONOT OPEN THE INNER GARMENTS PACK". This board was displayed without any offical reliance emblem. How can a customer buy unreplaceable garments simply by looking at the image of the model shown in the pack?
At last we went to Kollam reliance trends to buy it. I am a regular customer of reliance Kollam there the staffs are cooperative and help us to select the best one. And also we can open the inner garments packet. How can the rules be different in two reliance trends shop?
I talk to Kundara shop manager about this but his response was very bad towards a customer. It was a worst experience in shopping in reliance trends Kundara. I was under a lot of stress in shopping at Kundara trends.
I faced worst Customer Service. I request to take action against the reliance trends Kundara shop.

Me and my family planing to purchase some ladies dress. I was waiting near the fitting room my wife was at time trial the dress . This time sangeeta named one lean girl came their and inform cannot wait their talking to much pevensie their have one bord that one disappeared ladies dress fitting room can't wait. That time is not reshing ( people ) time .actually I am choose my wife dress .sangeeta thing husband have not right to see her dress fitting. She said I am blocking customer passage way. So many times I am purchase things but this time I was disappointed nothing to buy form trends pala

I bought two shirt from reliance trends and one of the female staff told us that they are 40% off and sold to us when we came home and saw they haven't discounted and sold us in MRP price. we went on same day i e its today itself (27th July 2022 )to complain about it they didn't refunded me and their behaviour were unprofessional.

I made transaction of Rs. 2307 on 16th July 2022 in Malhar Mall's Trends Footprints. Initially I paid through PhonePe and that time I immediately received msg that payment is done but staff told me that payment is not received. I also shared my PhonePe receipt with store manager. He asked me to pay through card so I paid with from my Mother's card (as my card was not available with me).

They said reliance processes are very good. I'll get refund soon. ( Which clearly is wrong).

It's been 10 days and there is no update. Even store manager is following up with them but still no response from their side.

It's been really bad experience. Please help me through this.

Recently bought a kurti from newly opened reliance trends stores in my hometown Kumbakonam.Did a purchase for 10, 000 before going on a summer trip on March 24, 2022.in exactly 4 months, the kurti looks moth eaten with holes from strained clothing.Iys very distressing to buy Kurtis worth 1500 each and waste money on them like this

Hi, i went today for shopping reliance trend at aria mall, sector -68, gurgaon, with my family, at a time of billing there was some issues regarding the offer running in the store, as the issues was not able to resolve billing staff called manager whose name is gaurav Sharma. He misbehaved, he was arrogant, having attitude, started talking loudly. Even when i said i will complain for him to reliance customer support so he replied by saying “kuch nahi hota, dekh lenge “ this type of attitude is not totally acceptable. I am a regular customer but now I don’t think i can visit that store again . That person surely spoiling the image of the company, its a request to please take strict action against him .
