Narketpally store executive very rude behavior not willing ti sale any product worst store never see

Trends's clothes starts getting fade away in 2 or 3 washes, even though they are little expensive than clothes from Myntra, Myntra offers far better quality than trends's clothes.

Reliance trends Pallikarnai- One of the worst experiences ever in such a big retail chain. The system in this shop has not been working for a week now. Their system works very well when there is purchase of products but not when exchanging or refunding. The manager and after escalating to the store manager (kannan[protected], Gokul [protected] resp.), have not even tried to fix the issue but just kept saying the same excuse. We have almost taken couple of trips to the shop n no one even picks up the call when we wanted to check on their system issue. We have hardly seen such a irresponsible response and it is shocking to know that they don't have any sort of back when system goes wrong. As per them we just almost have to run to the other corner of the city. Highly unsatisfied, frustrated and feeling n I am sure I will never go to this branch ever. The floor manager was not even taking issue seriously n had very bad attitude for being at customer service end.

I bought lower on 9 June 2022 from sector-47 Gurgram trend store. I just wore it 2-3 time and it got many holes between centre stitches. It is not even wash now it impossible to wear it. Please replace or return my money

On the date of 22 June 2022 I have done shopping from Reliance Trends, dhoraji - gujrat 360410, of Worth ₹2854 and i paid with Amazon Pay UPI, from my side it was showing that transaction is completed but the person at Trends was telling me that he ain't received the money, he told me to wait for 24 hours and told me that my amount will get refunded in my UPI in 24 hour, after 24 hour no amount got refunded so i revisited Trends they again told me to wait for 3 days. I have confirmed in my bank they told me that amount is successfully transferred to Trends, please refund my money.
They also provided me a letter in writing that my money will be refunded in 24 hours. i am attaching the photo with this complaint.

We wanted to buy 1 TShirt, but at the time of billing, they denied for billing. There was an offer ( 100 off if we buy 2 TShirts) . So they wanted us to buy 2 T.Shirts, otherwise we can't buy anything !! This is not fair. If we want to buy single item without any offer, then what is the problem? Please change this policy.

Today i had visited in reliance trend dalhousie road pathankot. I pick some clothes for purchase and go to the cash counter for billing. I have some coupon the validity of the coupon mention in voucher from 1st May 22 to 30 june 22. I ask to billing counter person for use the coupon. But he denies to accept the voucher. He also confirm from the looby manager he said this coupon is only those store who issued this coupon.

These coupons are giving to me the person who collect the cash of dasuya and mukerian store and deposit in axis bank mukerian branch. I am working there.

My little brother same coupon used in may month in same store(Reliance trends dalhousie road). So how they denies to use to me .

I am giving explanation. I am customer from last 6 year of reliance trends. But today i am feeling very diasappointed.

I have purchased some stuff from reliance trends Niladri road Benglore on 1st June 2022. I have done my payment through Paytm UPI. The amount will debited from my account but store cashier said that he didn't receive the payment.he said the amount will credited in your account within 24 hours.after that he said all the bank details and he said the amount will back to you within 7 days . After 7 days he said you have to wait 7 days more. After 15 days I didnt receive my amount... still

Yesterday, I brought a heels of catwalk from trends footwear. While purchasing, I didn't noticed that the heel of footwear was damaged. When I reached home and tried the footwear once again, I saw that it was damaged. I was very upset.

This is Nishanth on june 1 we purchased some dresses that day i paid through google pay i have paid to the QR code before the bill prints so the person in the billing asked me to pay the same amount again so that it’ll refund within three days it’s been 2 weeks and nothing happened

I have purchased a long kurti on 29th of May...but yesterday I washed this for first time...the color faded and pink colour become blue on waist line area ..so it looks very bad...is there any refund process for this kind of situation or any exchange

With reference to the Reliance trends of GS Rd, Ananda Nagar, Christian Basti, Guwahati, Assam, I would like to raise complaint them about misconduct and rude behaviour of the manager. I did payment of ₹ 5283 through Amazon pay UPI which was successfully processed within seconds, but the manager denied me to take back items saying they didn't receive the payment due to time out. Also when asked for the solution, he repeatedly and foolishly said only one thing that I would receive refund within 48 hours. Also when I asked them to raise complaint they denied it saying they don't know anything about it, what kind of response is this ???? I guess an idiotic one. Now what should I do apart from waiting?

What a shame for your company Seeing this incompetent system .Seeing this behaviour I am pretty sure I'm not gonna do shopping through reliance trends .

Reliance trends, Balaghat (M.P), very hot and suffocating atmosphere on 2nd floor, no cooling and even not any arrangements of simple fan also, when we complaint to store manager mr. Alok singh, he have us very irrelevant and wierd answer that he is also a human being and they are facing same problem, instead of assuring us he out that matter in debate and he was not even ready to hear our compliant also, very sorry to say that this is not graceful for a big brand like reliance trends

Trends is a good brand but there are some employees like Mr. Anand manager of trend Kapoor tower rajpur road dehradun who does not value your brand image instead they Are so rude 👿 as if they don't bother about customers. I m a regular customer of trends kapoor tower dehradun branch but the new manager is so rude that i have even stopped visiting there even other employees are so generous and they are also saying the same thing that he is rude and don't even know how to talk with customers. Company should look in to this matter because due to these types of managers you will lose your brand image and your permanent customers too...

I made a purchase form reliance trends showroom 1st floor heera highlights Keston road Kowdiar Trivandrum Kerala on 5th June 2022..After having spend lot of time choosing, when we came to the billing we were told that digital payments is not possible, SBI card could not be take as their server was down. There was no upi payment either. The staffs especially male staffs behaved very rudely when we questioned them. They did not give any prior verbal information about card not being accepted. In these days where everything is digital we don't carry this much amount as cash.This sort of blatant behaviour must be dealt with by the authorities asap.Please give a resolution to this conundrum these people are creating which ruins the reputation of your business

there was a offer going on purchase of 7000 and above prestige cooker worth 3000 in 399 they doesnt provided to me, i require justice as per the indian contract act general offer is accpeted by all famous case law carlill vs carbolic smoke ball company

I've been a regular customer of trends since 2021 but il very disappointed to say that I got the worst quality. A few clothes shrinked, few got damaged within a month, on few clothes the colour faded in one wash.
It's very disappointing, I've been continuosly shopping from trends stores and till now I've spent around[protected] but now I think that it's not worth it.
