I purchased a belt from reliance trends kozhikode mavoor road showroom and after a few month usage it detected a technical damage on the buckle part. I went to showroom and asking for the replacement, but they refused to do so.

I was in queue and my items were more and the next customer was having less items, he left and billed the next customer, when I asked him that who is your store manager, he said I will not tell you(nahi bataunga), then I decided to returne without billing.

I have bought tops on 14th May for ₹1290 from Reliance Trendz store Jind (Haryana), and have done payment through Amazon pay. Money got deducted from my bank account, but Reliance Trendz people are saying that they haven't got that amount. I have confirmed from bank and Amazon, both r saying that this amount is with Reliance Trendz only. Please return my money asap. It was my worst experience ever.

This is an incident at Reliance Trends, Cine Mall, Vadodara on May 24, 2022.
All the trial rooms were occupied for a long time. Customers occupying the rooms would never empty the room and continued shopping while their belongings and tried clothes were kept in trial room. This continued for long time. When one customer got out, I requested him to empty the trial room, but he refused and started an altercation stating he'll occupy the room as long as he wishes. He blatantly refused to comply and intimidated me. Upon complaining this to the staff, they did nothing. I left the store because of this harassment by another customer and supported or rather encouraged by the silence of the staff. I believe the store management is equally responsible for this harassment.
Desired resolution is simply, either a) customers should not be allowed to carry more than a certain number of clothes into the trial room and they must vacate the trial rooms once they try out the carried clothes, or b) There must be an unconditional, written statement(in response to this complaint as well as displayed outside the trial rooms of every store) by 'Reliance Trends' stating that at any of their stores, the person entering an unoccupied trial room would not be held accountable for any loss or damage to clothes or belongings already present inside the trial room, and 'Reliance Trends' would be held accountable for any form of harassment that happens to the said person after entering the unoccupied trial room, or while making an attempt to enter such trial room.

The issue that I have experienced was: On 15/05/22 we visit Trends footware in Yamunanagar Haryana where we had a shopping of around Rs.4090 under which we purchased numerous footwears. Amongst them there's one Ladies slippers of Company Frisbee with EAN no:[protected] which my mother purchased which is of very inferior quality

It occurred on: 22/05/2022

To eliminate such articles from the stores which has very inferior quality Further compensate the same.

I bought 1 Kurti from reliance trends, at rs 999 but the color fades away in first wash only and the peach color ofthe kueti spead all over the cloth.I am nit able to wrar that kurti.Why they are charging high price for low quality clothes.

The issue that I have experienced was: I tried to enter the reliance trends store in talegaon @830pm. The security staff didn't allow me to enter the store and argued and embarrassed me for which the store manager Mr. Ravindra supported the staff.

It occurred on: 8/04/2022

I need below:

1. Written apology from reliance trends with the name of security and the store manager Mr. Ravindra

2. Need to understand on what basis you have closed my complaints earlier

We visit reliance showroom and show the give voucher to the staff to reedem the discount voucher/coupans but they refuse after shopping they say that voucher is not valid but voucher is valid till 25 may they misbehave with me and abuse my partner as well they also misbehave with other customer

The staff of trends branch khatauli is very poor and The misbehaviour of the working staaf can not be tolerated. The last times we are reaching to trends the staff is not behaving properly and if we reach trends after 7 pm they don't give us entry and if we get entry they do not allow us for billing as they have to shut trends early till 8 pm. As I am also a business man and not get time before 7 so it is invonvinient for me to go there As it needs your immediate action as I visited trends yesterday on 6:30 pm and and i have decided the clothes till 7:15 then they further said no for the billing and they tell us to come tomorrow that is today date[protected]. And when I go to trends to take my selected item that i had said them to put aside is not there as we don't have enough time to go again. And the staff maded us waited us for 1 hour what they think the customer is sooo free. The person going to trends of khatauli becomes mentally unstable as the staff run behind their back to do the work early. As I am going to trends from last three years and i am tolerating it this time it becomes unstable fo us. If these things kept going we will soon boycott going trends and the more people that are upset from the staff of trends it will be soon closure for your trends showroom at khatauli

I have purchased mens jogger from trends store approximately 1 month ago, Solan Himachal pradesh.I have only wore it twice but tha waist support stitching got ribbed off and elastic inside it is visible from outside

I bought 3 leggings from reliance trends, 399 per legging, but the color fades away in first wash only. Why they are charging high price for low quality clothes. These low quality type of leggings we can buy it for 200 rs in market.

We are regular customers of Reliance Trends from last eleven years.All these years we availed the coupons.Today I visited Reliance Trends in Vyshnavi Cynosure Gachibowli, they did not accept the coupons.We purchase nearly for Rs. 6000 or more every time we visit.But today, the cashier refused to take the coupons.The manager Mr Arjun said they cannot accept the coupons.He said that he cannot display this information on a board in the store that they will not accept the coupons.This is not allowed.He himself seemed to be upset with the Reliance.When we ask him that he can convey our issue to the higher ups as he is the main authority.He said that he cannot do so as higher ups will never listen to them.Very pathetic condition that the Reliance is not taking care of its employees.He also said that Reliance has stopped cash back.They have stopped the coupon system also.Although he has received many coupons from Reliance but they are waste as they are not applicable on the discounted merchandise.We said that earlier all these eleven years we have been availing the coupons and there was no such condition.He said that now Reliance has taken the decision.After listening to this, we told that atleast mention this information somewhere in the store or you can train the cashier so that she can inform the customers about the reality of coupons.He said that we are not allowed to do so.There are CCTV cameras, so our cashiers cannot be trained for that.After a long discussion, we decided not to buy the stuff worth Rs 7000.We left that merchandise there and went to another shop.Dear Reliance, please take care of your employees. They should have the confidence that the higher management would listen to the woes of the customers through the managers.We were very upset with the sorry figure presented by the him.As customers, we can happily shop from some other brand also as these days we get many offers and discounts.Thanks

My trousers start tearing up even when m not using them just in 2 weeks of purchased. I bought them from KamlaNagar market new delhi.

1 months ago, i had bought a jeans, a costly one @2500 (For me this is huge) but colour faded slowly after two wash only, and i went to the relience trends shop but they don't have any answer regarding this !( They promised me before buying that you will not face any colour fading problem )

Item displayed for sake. After choosing, person responsible for cash counter told that, its a new item and price is not yey uploaded in our system.
Then, question is why it was displayed fir sale.Very bitter experience and waste of a lot of time.

आपके स्टोर डेहरी ऑन सोन में गया तो मुझे गर्मी से चक्कर आने लगा क्योंकि यहां पर कोई AC नहीं चल रहा है और जो चालू है वो भी ठंडी हवा नहीं दे रहा है। जब मैंने एक स्टाफ से पूछा जिसका नाम सुनील ठाकुर है जो कि टीम लीडर है, उन्होंने बताया कि अभी कुछ समस्या हो गई है जिसके कारण नहीं चल रहा है जबकि मैं पहले भी चार से पांच बार आया था उस समय भी नहीं चल रहा था उस समय भी यही वजह बताया गया था। और बहुत सारे ग्राहकों का भी कहना है कि नहीं चलता है उसके बाद जब मैंने मैनेजर से बात की जिसका नाम अजय कुमार है उन्होंने कहा कि यहां ऐसे ही चलेगा ये शहर थोड़ी है और बहुत गुस्से से बात कर रहा था और बोला कि जाओ तुमको जिसे सिकायत करना है कर दो। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि जल्द से जल्द AC ठीक कराएं ताकि ग्राहकों को परेशानी न हो नहीं तो आपकी ग्राहक आपसे दूर होते जाएंगे। ‌
