Rudauli reliance trend staff behaviour very bad staff member name ashok Rohit and manager trend rudauli store

I was asked to show the COVID vaccination certificate for both the doses, due to slow net connection I waited for half and hour and just before entering the person standing there let three to four members without even checking there certificates and when I went it I was asked again to show the certificates, I asked the employees there why this partiality and if those people who entered without showing certificates happen to be covid positive who will be responsible for this lacuna, they are targeting some people and harrassing them and letting others go without checking anything, putting us in health and life risk

Today I visited reliance trend Bahadurgarh, district Jhajjar for shoping from E-voucher which I got online from credit card after deducting money but it's very rude and untrained staff who don't know how to use E-voucher code . Mr. Manoj who was senior of reliance trend said that I haven't seen such voucher before this and said this is fake. Moreover he clearly denied about online payment and said we prefer only cash. So I request head of department to take strict action against Mr. Manoj.

Very Bad Customer Service in Billing.
The lady was so arrogant she threw the Debit Card. There’s a long line for billing and there are only 2 counters! No proper order too followed

I bought 1 shoe worth 1500rs (MRP3000) on 29th dec21 from trends shoba city mall. Within 1 day shoe got damaged, the shoe sole found removed and can't use the shoe now.

I have purchased for Rs 9009.30 from Reliance trends Pattambi, Kerala.
When I done the transaction for first time they told me the transaction was cancelled. Then tried one more time and it got debited. But after sometime it showing that amount is debited 2 times from my account. Please help me for the refund...

Reliance Trends have charged for a carry bag Rupees 7. Totally unacceptable after shopping for 5000/-

I am a frequent customer of reliance stores who visits trends/ other reliance stores very often, but this time the experience was very very bad.
In details if I explain, I went to reliance trends Bhadrak- Odisha on 28Dec'2021 to exchange a jacket, the jacket price was 1999, so I took 2 jackets, one for exchange and another one for a new buy.
The jacket which I selected to exchange was above 1999, as I need to fulfill the exchange policy and was expecting to pay the remaining amount, and another jacket was of 1999 which had 30% discount.

They purpose fully deducted the whole amount 2300/- from my card for the 1st jacket which I purchased to exchange the jacket and argued like a road side street vendor for the exchange on previous product, store manager Soumya Ray made me so harassed where I had no point to have a genuine discussion, he knowingly teased us by saying, " I am not going to give any discount(on store offer product) you do whatever you want, he argued for more than 30mins and said it's my wish to get you discount or not, though there is an offer, I will not let you get that discount."

My big concern here is, no matter whatever the issue is, but it was looking like an individual's shop where there is no authority and a manager can behave or do whatever he wish.

I have only option left to put a consumer case for such kind of behaviour. I request you to reach out to me to know more about the issue and kindly respond if you want to address this request.

I bought jacket in Begusarai 851101 reliance trends store on 19th Dec 21 the cost of jacket is RS2999 I wear only one day the leather is come out at zip side . please help regarding this

Today my purse( blue jeans colour with handmade suti design ) was stolen at Trends, Avani Riverside Mall Howrah West Bengal. There was around 7000/- rs in my purse. At around 4 pm my purse was stolen in front of trial room. I told the staff to immediately look for my bag. The staff did not pay any heed. I asked them to check the CCTV footage . After requesting a number of times for around half hour, they finally showed footage but nothing could be seen properly in that. The staff simply ignored although I requested several times to check properly. It may happen that from their own staff anyone has stolen the purse. It's possible that the purse wasn't stolen by customer. But they didn't even check their own staff . So irresponsible behaviour towards customer. Worst security, worst staff, worst customer treatment & worst experience ever !!

I have bought JOHNPLAYERS JEANS jacket. Last year from reliance trends Raniganj branch, dist-paschim Bardhamma, west bengal . I usually prefer brand value and brand name to judge any product and this is why I bought my jacket from reliance store by spending as much as 5000/-, which is too costly for a piece of jacket.on 25-dec 2021 when I open my wardrobe I literally came into tears when I saw my 5000/- jacket cloth pill off.If a product of such renowned brand not lasting even a year how people kept their faith on such brand.Even a product from road side foothpath last more than this so call brand JOHNPLAYERS JEANS, RELIANCE TRENDS.I feel so Shame that I have believed such brand even hold some stocks of reliance also.
I have attached herewith after and before image of my jacket.

I bought an Adidas shoes(RS-3500) from trends footwear rampur.And the next day I found same shoes on Adidas website(RS-2500).I went back to trends and told them to return the shoes but they denied and said we cannot return it .Now what should I do? Tell me I need my money (RS-1000) back

I've purchased a sweatshirt for my nephew from trends jhabua but it was short on size so I exchanged with the new one. But at the payment counter the supervisior took my original bill and said they will not give the original bill since I exchange the product. I've done exchange in various shopping outlet including trends indore but never the supervisior kept the original bill. When I asked about it the supervisior said its store policy. So how come store policy is different in two cities.

Today I was charged for a lipstick I never picked. It costed 600 rupees. I am certain it was lying in the box in the counter where you are to keep all your items to be billed. And the person billing my items may have picked the lipstick too. I only realised it when I reached home. This is unnecessary expense for me. I feel cheated by Reliance even after being a regular customer.

There was offer on purchase over 8000, my total bill was 6500, he told there is offer for purchase over 5000+. When i went to offer counter they told there is offer on purchase over 8000, so I purchased for 1500, then total bill became 8000+ when i went to offer counter they told there should be only one bill of 8000+, so I can't avail offer.

This kind of miscommunication should will not be allowed.

I am Gowri Pradeep. Yesterday(17.12.2021) i went to a TRENDS shop which is situated at centre square, (center square mall - second floor, mahatma Gandhi Rd, Shenoys, Ernakulam, Kerala 682035). I purchased for rupees 5000 and when i went to bill my product they ask me to buy another product instead of a dress. I deny their request and again one salesman come and said that thewy display that dress before entering it into their system, so that they cant sell it to me. Then why did they display the product? and also he said that they doesn't have enough collection so that they display the product. Also ask me to come tomorrow and then i can buy that. From this bad experience i didn't buy any dress that i selected. Is this a good customer service or a shop rule? You guys please reply me .I am a good customer of trends and from the bad experience i had today i got very much disappointed and never ever buy anything from the shop.
