I bought a few things from reliance trends jammu (Ramada) last month and they gave me some vouchers valid till October, but on 19th I went there to shop more clothes for my child's birthday that was on 20th and few more clothes for Raksha jandhan, I bought a one piece dress for my niece and I paid and got discount as well. But a thing is that dress was not fitted property to my niece and I decided to exchange the product to your office but customer care manager did not responded well to me, instantly he said we don't do exchange after 5pm cause of busy hours and said website is not working. Than he said you have got discount on that article we don't do exchange on discounted items. I felt cheated and not happy the way your staff is dealing in jammu trends. Want my dress to be exchanged if possible.
