      I bought two maxi (frock) type long kurti of Rs 999 each from trends showroom in jind. and after one wash its color came out and loOked very puffy. And its not my first bad experience with trends. I have faced this problem many time before. Now i want my refund or exchange my product

        Your offer was purchaseing after 3499/- customer get rs. 2499/- free. But every store gave after purchaseing 5998/- 2499/- free. Its a one type of cheating. Customer not get any offer after purcase rs. 3499/-

            Today I wait in the billing counter line.. I wait about constantly 20 minutes. There are two billing counter.. both are open.. but there is only one person in one counter.. then I will told them that please provide one person in the other billing counter desk.. then they shout and told me that the person will go to toilet.. like there is lot of people working in reliance trends but no one stand in the second billing counter.. and service is to slow.. there behaviour is very Rude..

              I bought a kurta from trends ...merchandise offer... changanacherry in Kerala I asked to exchange with the smaller size as the one I have is very large for me. But they told that due to covid, exchange is not possible. I bought the dress during covid then why not able to exchange during covid if they are continually saying that everything is sanitized and safe. Can't they sanitize and make the kurta also safe????

CIN NO: U01100MH1999PLC120583) . Today I also visit store for exchange . I am a regular customer generally purchase from Reliance trend but I am not satisfied with today response of store counter person. They will not attend and not resolve customer problem . I just want to exchange 2 article out of 13 but they avoid to talk to their previous and regular customers. I hope positive response from your side. Kindly provide me assurance regarding customer satisfaction and help me to replace 2 articles. I shall be highly obliged to you.

                  I went trends which is located in total mall madiwala, to look for female skirts, I asked one female employee for a detail.. she doesn’t give a damn about it, she simply nodded in rude behavior that they don’t have...I felt like their hospitality based on the customer looks, these employees needs to be trained to behave well to the customers, so that customers will come forward to buy in your stores!

                    I clearly mentioned how it need to be done. But., the sleeves were stiched tight and I am unable to use it

                      Sir,
                      I made my vishu festival purchase from Reliance stores at Harbour city mall, Thalassery. Total bill amount was Rs-6149 and on promotion I paid 3649. Most of the items were ladies tops. Billing counter was a little busy so one of the items they billed me was of smaller size than what I chose, I noticed it only after reaching my home. In an hour I reached back to your store, but they were not ready to do the size exchange. I need just a size bigger than what I choose and the item is plenty available there.

                      I need a Large or xlarge size.

                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for a genuine customer.

                                  I bought one google from reliance trends Itanagar which is from IDEE company on dated 17th of February 2021 at around 7pm and after reaching home i saw there is defective in the frame knot so i requested for exchange on 20th of February 2021 and they assured me to replaced it on or before 15 days but it has been more than 1(One) month there is no single call from there side.
                                  Therefore, now i need my money back if they cant replace my googles.

                                      I have bought 3 jeans from reliance trends on 22 March 2021. Since the size I purchased was 34 but the required size was 38. I went to the Trends on the next day of purchase so that they can replace those jeans with same design but bigger size so they refused to do so and argued so much that we just got out of the store as there was no point for fighting and they didn't replaced or exchanged the clothes they just argued with us. And now we cannot do anything accept for complaint.
