Today I wait in the billing counter line.. I wait about constantly 20 minutes. There are two billing counter.. both are open.. but there is only one person in one counter.. then I will told them that please provide one person in the other billing counter desk.. then they shout and told me that the person will go to toilet.. like there is lot of people working in reliance trends but no one stand in the second billing counter.. and service is to slow.. there behaviour is very Rude..

I bought a kurta from trends ...merchandise offer... changanacherry in Kerala I asked to exchange with the smaller size as the one I have is very large for me. But they told that due to covid, exchange is not possible. I bought the dress during covid then why not able to exchange during covid if they are continually saying that everything is sanitized and safe. Can't they sanitize and make the kurta also safe????

With due request I am Poonam yesterday I pay Rs 3589 for clothes on reliance trend ( Company Name- Reliance Retail Limited Trends Express opposite sherawali matatemple Officer colony, abdullapur Panchkula Dist Haryana 134102 store contact no. CIN NO: U01100MH1999PLC120583) . Today I also visit store for exchange . I am a regular customer generally purchase from Reliance trend but I am not satisfied with today response of store counter person. They will not attend and not resolve customer problem . I just want to exchange 2 article out of 13 but they avoid to talk to their previous and regular customers. I hope positive response from your side. Kindly provide me assurance regarding customer satisfaction and help me to replace 2 articles. I shall be highly obliged to you.

I went trends which is located in total mall madiwala, to look for female skirts, I asked one female employee for a detail.. she doesn’t give a damn about it, she simply nodded in rude behavior that they don’t have...I felt like their hospitality based on the customer looks, these employees needs to be trained to behave well to the customers, so that customers will come forward to buy in your stores!

I bought 6 tops from R T Nagar branch and gave for sleeves stiching
I clearly mentioned how it need to be done. But., the sleeves were stiched tight and I am unable to use it
I am waiting in the show room since 30 min and no tailor no one attending

I made my vishu festival purchase from Reliance stores at Harbour city mall, Thalassery. Total bill amount was Rs-6149 and on promotion I paid 3649. Most of the items were ladies tops. Billing counter was a little busy so one of the items they billed me was of smaller size than what I chose, I noticed it only after reaching my home. In an hour I reached back to your store, but they were not ready to do the size exchange. I need just a size bigger than what I choose and the item is plenty available there.

I need a Large or xlarge size.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for a genuine customer.

I am shopping from reliance trends from last 5 years in gadag on 2nd of April 2021
i had purchased of Rs 6500 My actual size is 32 I bought 2 sin jeans pant one of my sin Jeans pant size 30 came Wrongly So I went to the store to make the replacement of the 32 size instead of Study 30 size
I asked for the replacement...

Yesterday I bought netplay tunks from trends but by mistake I purchased wrong size so I wanted to exchange the product but there is an employee told me that there is no exchange in undergarments. So, is there any possibility to change my underwears.

I purchased coloured slipper two days back. Purchased only because I liked the colour. But after wearing few hours the colour began to fade.

I have purchased a performax shorts 2-3 days ago .. i have just used it once . Its torn on the joint.

Got a top in reliance trend 2 days ago thirunelveli branch and it was for a friend and the fit wasnt correct went to exchange today and really disappointed with the staffs didn't even hear the entire situation and said no exchange please help its a waste of money

I get the message and when i visit there they were not applying my code and telling it to use online

I bought one google from reliance trends Itanagar which is from IDEE company on dated 17th of February 2021 at around 7pm and after reaching home i saw there is defective in the frame knot so i requested for exchange on 20th of February 2021 and they assured me to replaced it on or before 15 days but it has been more than 1(One) month there is no single call from there side.
Therefore, now i need my money back if they cant replace my googles.

I wanted to change my number, to change that I'm not receiving emails for otp please verify and resolve my problem

I have bought 3 jeans from reliance trends on 22 March 2021. Since the size I purchased was 34 but the required size was 38. I went to the Trends on the next day of purchase so that they can replace those jeans with same design but bigger size so they refused to do so and argued so much that we just got out of the store as there was no point for fighting and they didn't replaced or exchanged the clothes they just argued with us. And now we cannot do anything accept for complaint.

I had bought 2 shirt and 1 T-shirt of 42Cm Size on[protected], i/o 44Cm .
When I went to exchange they refused to exchange the clothes stating this is against the policy and No exchange is allowed.
The Store manager and people n charge were very rude and there were requests from our end, which was denied from the Customer Service guys.

After 2 hours of time wastage and lot of arguments they decided to have the size exchanged that too with lot of restrictions.

If there is a exchange policy in place they should adhere to do . No one has to face such insults on spending their own money to buys such Normal clothes from a fine established organization like Reliance Trends.
This is to be considered as harassment.

I've bought a black jeans last month and on its first wash it lost its colour a now looks like so weird and untidy .You says that you are providing good clothes at the same time you are giving worst items .I purchased my jeans from your Adimalin Branch(Idukki -Kerala).I need either replacement or cash in return.

The offer at ongole branch said that a purchase over 3500 could get 2500 free purchase and 3000 coupon but when I went to counter they said purchase should be over 6000 rupees please give me correct info

My name is Aslam kamal, a regular customer of relaince trends, that you can check by using my mobile number [protected].Today 14th March 2021 I visited trends store at quilandi, calicit, Kerala. I took some cloths from there and went to the billing counter.The cashier informed me that my total value of purchase is INR.5880 after all discount. So I gave my debit card to him for the swapping. I just checked reciept he gave me along with the debit card, I realised that he have taken INR 12250 from my account.This act from the cashier totaly disturbed me. While I was talking with the cashier about this issue a person suddenly entered there I introduce himself that he is the manager of this outlet and his name is MR.DHEENA DHAYAAL, his attitude and way of talking was very pathetic. Then I felt I was cheated, so I told them I don't want the material which I take from there and please return my cash, but they are not ready to return my cash and shouted at me. After seeing all this scenes my wife and children they have been with me for entire experience, they were panicked. So I approach the police station and made a complaint against the store . The police men went to the store and realised the fact and gave order to the store manager to return my cash by tomorrow. So my humble questions is, is this the correct way to approch with customer ? Shame on you trends shame on you.
