On 20/12/2023 Wednesday, my family and I visited the store with the intention of making a purchase. We arrived at 9:10 pm, well within the closing time of 9:30 pm, as indicated by the store hours. However, to our dismay, the staff refused to sell us a dress and, when questioned about the closing...

Due to one employee mistake I can’t take my
40% discount because she had completed bill but then I said plz give me my discount but she refused for new bill and then after she didn’t give me that offer .. it’s totally her mistake.. she is very confused person… I want my profit

Sir, I purchased a cloth from Trends Bandel more pin - 712123 on 02/12/2023. When I went to exchange on 03/12/2023 the cloth at women trends Chandanagar The store Manager said me that the cloth Cannot be exchanged due to JUNIPER BRAND is not available at this store. As per my knowledge the garment can be exchanged all over india within 30 days.
I am very disappointed about your rules and regulations about exchange policy....

I purchased some articles two years back at Reliance Trends, Bhawanipatna Branch, Odisha. For that I registered my mobile number at your store at the time of billing. From that time store employees are calling me like a credit card call center during my work hour from different mobile numbers. I want to stop it now. Otherwise I will file Consumer Complaint at my district. Non of the other stores are doing. So make them stop....

Hello RT Team, I hope you are doing well. I wish to know if there are any chances of getting your "current staff" fired from their job. They are just so unprofessional. When me and my partner entered the shopping mall and we were carefully analyzing the clothes that we wanted to buy, a staff member came over and literally influenced us to buy some irrelevant clothes that had supposedly some major discounts, but it suddenly disappeared when we went for billing. It was a very disappointing moment for us. Why would they do it? And when we went to get an exchange cuz we knew the terms and conditions, they simply ignored us and said that it didn't work like that. You won't be able to get a full credit refund, and you have to buy the items for the exact amount of each item you have purchased.

First of all, are they supposed to cheat the customers like that? Second, is it professional to harass customers and continuously persuade them? Pointless harrassment and egomaniac staff who are running this store.

The quality of paper bags provided at reliance trends stores are of very bad quality.

Today on 17th Nov 2023, I visited reliance trends at Semiliguda and there store manager misbehave me and I asked for help regarding a garments price information but he just misbehave by saying that customer can't ask for price information because they haven't right to ask that. I just ashamed of reliance trends, where they don't have customer values. They argue and Attitude of talking is so rude. Improper behaviour, rude attitude and informal talks to customer is not acceptable.

I would like to raise a complaint request regarding a recent problem I have faced. On 11th of November I bought a Junipher dress from trends where bill was not provided because of technical issues said for any trouble I can generate my bill in every trends store giving out my no. and also make an exchange. Neither im aware f any return policy as I don't have bill. Nearby trends store denied exchange and wanted me to select only f same brand and same price. Im left with no option I would like to escalate this issue so that my issue can be resolved.
Or else I will escalate it in future in social media.
Get my issue resolved as soon as possible

During this festival season I have shopped for 4k and recieved a discount coupons, with that bunch of token I again went for shopping, in that bunch of token it's been noticed that Sl, No - 139835 is showing as already used used discount coupon (confirmed by the billing counter).
Whatever the coupon was given by the trends team during the 1St time visit, I have given the same.
As this coupon worth 1000 discount on 3000 and above products.

P&M mall trend’s representative done over billing with me on 11/11/2023. Good faith with trends I didn’t doubt but I realised he cheated he didn’t less of voucher money. My bill was 9009/- I thought after deducted voucher money bill had been generated but later realised he cheated me. Such type of incident is really painful for me. Kindly resolve the issue at earliest.

Even if 5/6 persons are present in billing counter only one billing machine is open in one counter even if there are multiple counter

Misguided and cheated us during coupon discount on purchase vide bill no TLB[protected]. Dated 31.10.2023

On 6/10/23 I Pooja Bora purchased items of rs 2698 from reliance trends clock tower Dehradun. The money was debited from my account but they did not gave me my items as they said that they did not receive any money . After sone time an online complaint was also filed with SD39322924 and I was told that money will be credited in my account on 26/10/23. But money is not credited yet. Pls do the needy.

I purchased a dress on 1/10/2023 with rs 3896 and paid through google pay and thus it was successful from my end and money god deducted. But the billing person didn’t receive it and they told it will credit within 24 hours. Its been 25 days almost one month and not yet credited. I paid again with my card of another bank and become successful they got the amount. I want my refund back anyhow

I had visited the store for shopping on 20 October 2023.
Firstly they were selling Aditya Birla products and they denied to give any discount for this and the staff behaved so badly.
Secondly we again went on 21 October 2023 ( next day ) to exchange 1 dress and to get another one. The billing staff behaved so badly with us and started telling us Some irrelevant rules, Also he made us jaggle for approx 30 Minutes. Kindly take a look for this branch of Trends as it is simply ruining the brand name.

I purchased a dress on 10th with rs 1799 and paid through google pay and thus it was successful from my end and money god deducted. But the billing person didn’t receive it and they told it will credit within 24 hours. Its been 3 days and not yet credited. I paid again with my card of another bank and become successful they gt the amount. I want my 1799 back anyhow

I went to buy a top from your store of Daltonganj and I am very disappointed to tell you that I wasn't able to buy that top because the system was not updated. So the staff there asked me to come next day to buy it, so I went there again to buy that top but shockingly I wasn't able to buy it again because the system was not updated. So It's my utmost request please don't put such products on sale and make your customers suffer.

Have purchased shorts.. But it was found tight.. I want to replace it but due to not finding the bill can't able to exchange the product. So please help me to get a duplicate bill on this above date.. Thank you🙏
