Dear team,
I was purchased 2 times shirts at your sotre at Mailaduthurai on 2/08/24 for 3027/-& 03/07/24 for rs. 3108/- on mob number [protected].
Both bill copies printed are destroyed, Now required that bill duplicate copies required for claiming purpose at my company.
Request to give the duplicate copy.

Today I have puchased a T-[censored] from trends (Trends - RONAK COMPLEX NEAR AXIS BANK, MANSI MARKET KOTPUTLI, JAIPUR-DISTRICT 303108) which was on discount. When I went for billing the executive refused the refund and exchange of the item because it was on discount. I went ahead with purchase and went for billing then he refused for card payment and then upi payment also. He said that they only accept cash. I didn't have cash so I asked him if I sent it to his personal number and he can bill it for me in cash and he accepted. After I sent the money he refused for the receipt of bill saying the system is showing error. Anyway I took the shrirt and came out. I waited outside the store for 5 min and saw one customer who was standing behind me came out and he had bill for the item he purchased. I asked him about it and there was no problem with him while billing.
We as customers buying from brand like reliance expect some form of responsibility and clarity on such matters, otherwise what's the difference between Reliance and local vendors. Even local shops provide bills and exchange for the item if not of the correct size. I didn't expect such irresponsible and rude behavior from the trends staff. Yesterday I purchased 2 shirts from trends in Gurgaon and one of that was on discount but they accepted return and exchange if not of size.

Today we went trends store at virudhachalam and selected dress above Rs 3400 and we given Rs 1000 worth discount coupon but cashier didn't accept and said that coupon was not activated, even he didn't check with trends store at trichy, karumandabam branch where we got this coupon in our previous purchase. No one support us from the store for this issue Moreover, Today is the last date to the coupon.As a customer how does know whether coupon activated or not and what is the use of coupon for consumer of not able to redeem.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

I had purchased a t-shirt from reliance trend bahadurgarh on 19/04/2024 after wearing one time i have observed lint on tshirt. This is very costly but quality is very cheap. Please suggest what i do?

I have purchased clothes from Reliance trends for Rs 6404/ on 12.04.2024 and after discount of Rs 2000/ I have paid Rs 4404/. There was an offer of dicount of Rs 2000 on purchase of Rs 6000. Now One top with price Rs 799/ I want to exchange due to size issue, but they are not giving me xl or xxl size which I required. when I selected other top of Rs 699, they are demanding Rs150 more. why will I pay more because I have already paid Rs6404 which is Rs404 above from discount price. I have left that top in shop due to this type if service and injustice policy. my phone no is [protected].

Purchased for 1298 rupees on 13-04-24 and got coupons expired in jan 2024

Hardly one month it was last month March 8th I had purchased one jeans and wored for one time for 2nd time I had wored it in office. And I was on the way to office I got to know that it has tored. What kind of quality check is going on with brand ?? It was such a embarassing feeling such a shame on the whole way?

Today Visited Reliance trend 255, Big C Mall, opp. Guru Ram Das Public School, Lajpat Nagar, Jalandhar, Some billing Staff misbehave with my wife and some vip treatement to other customers and issue coupons to other customers and instant redeem that coupons ..

I have buyed cloth from reliance trends sangli .when I buyed cloth there offer buy to 50%off.but due to some issues I went to return one piece...the coustom service guided me wrong they said to bring both piece to return then u can exchange...when I went both piece they said I can't exchange because it's 8:30 and it's time out now...and they said me to come tomorrow ..when I went today they are now saying the offer is no more...and I can't exchange...they not informed about offer validity...the coustomer service is very I request u to please take action on this ... please don't guide people wrong and don't waste there time

I had visited trends in recent days where I wanted to get tshirts and pants . Whereas as all brands carry i had got a small size of shirt. Where due to size issue I had went to exchange my product. They have exchanged it for me a next bigger size. Where the current size is also small due to brand issue. Hence visited trends on 16th March 24 for exchange whereas they have straightly denied for exchange. I did not asked for refund. Whereas exchange should be done. Now due to small size it's not in the benefit of me hence my 1049/- amount shirt is still unexchanged by them and is lying with me. Need exchange or refund my money back. This is injustice towards customer satisfaction and that too being a regular customer of trends.

Due to white colour of the pant they are not allowing to trail for the top also. Hoe can we buy. At the last they are saying this information. If they tell first itself we won't spend our time in that store. They wasted our time and irritated us.

Transaction for a product is successful via pHonepay at store.

But bill not produced so they didn't deliver the product.

Need refund

When I went to Trends at Bhadrawati District Chandrapur, I bought napkins from there.. but the employee there without any entertainment.. sent us back saying that you have to wait and your billing will not be done now.. because I bought only 150 rupees item. .If something from 5 to 10 thousand had been taken, billing would have been done immediately. All common people live in this location and there are people who buy small and big things here. So it is only a wish that your employees behave well.

There was a gift card of reliance trends purchased 4 months back and it says validity of 6 months .when i went to cash it in reliance offline store it says already redeemed..but i haven't used it and it is a very bad behaviour of reliance trends to say a non used gift card as already used

I purchased items worth rs.2298 from Reliance trends 1 week ago, and paid Rs.2298, and also showed the executive the transaction details for which the executive asked to pay the money again assuring that my money will get credited, but till date I have not received any money. Please look into the matter and help me in getting my money back

I have purchased a pant and two shirts from Peter england. The sales boy told me that after you purchase immediately we will alter (cut the pant as per my legs length.

I have purchased before 10 days, till date the tailor is not available.

One day 5 pm he was on lunch break,
Another day at 2 pm he went for breakfast.

These are stories i am listening every time.

When i told that i will give a negative feedback about their behavior. They are simply ignorant.

Neither manager or the staffs are responsible.

This is my official statement, no action taken further, i will go to social media.

1. Staff showing us dress item was rude to billing staff. I didn't choose a black leggings, at billing counter the staff threw the leggings at billing staff. This was uncalled behavior.

2. Paper bags should be free, when we do purchase.

I purchased cloths in Reliance Trends, Yemmiganur, Kurnool Dt., A.P. on[protected]Bill No.TRTJ[protected] I was made the payment through HDFC Debit card EMI option on[protected] but your sells executive told me that the payment was not credited into your account and not generated bill also, so again I was done the payment through ICICI credit card on the same day with bill No.TRTJ[protected]. The HDFC Debit card amount which I was first made the payment credited into Reliance Retail Ltd. on 28.09.2023 vide enclosed HDFC statement. I raised so many complaints in this regard. Hence, I request your goodself to refund the double payment amount to my account.

Hello Trends, I bought few clothing from Reliance trends Vasavi MPM mall, Guda Ameerpet store on 24th January on last day of coupons redemption. Registered number -[protected], At that day there is a huge crowd rush in store. As I am unable to trail some of them in store due to closing time. I want a exchange. One of the customer agent says no exchange in coupon redemption. So it is purely cheat on customers. I love to buy from trends everytime, but this is not fair. Please make changes in this policy. I want to exchange them if it is not happens then I will return them initiate my refund. I'm hoping the positive response from you. Thank you 😊🙏
