Bought 3 kurtas worth 499 each and availed offer of 300 rs. When we had to exchange 1 kurta why do we need to pay 100 extra.

The sales person has given 1 medium size where other 2 were small size.

When I had to take small visited the store for exchange to take small size the billing representative said it was my fault and had not checked the size

I have purchased 4 items(ankle leggings)of rs.399 each from reliance trends bodhan today dated 5th feb2021 and one coupon (rs.500) used which they provided earlier but my mistake 1 item got chudidar legging but this has come to notice after billing so same thing discussed with biller he told to exchange the same after 24 hrs so today we exchanged the same leggings with same brand and price but with additional exchange price of rs.125 when argued with manager he told the exchange policy.
So it is requested you to kindly clarify the exchange policy.

I am sminy from Thrissur, Kerala.

I had purchased a Vimal trousers ( dark Blue colour ) worth Rs. 1599/- for my son on 13th Sunday from your esteemed outlet which situated in Sobha City Mall Thrissur, Kerala.

Due to the Covid issues he could'nt try the item but we chose the exact size(38).

But unfortunately the size was too tight for my son as his hip size is a little bigger. We approached the same outlet to exchange the item but your staff were not supporting us as the invoice was not there with us.

But earlier we have exchanged some items without invoice and and only with the price tags.

But this time they neglected us due to the lack of the bill. Unfortunately we lost the invoice copy . But the item is with us with all tags without broken and no damages on the material.

So I would like to request you to please arrange an exchange facility of the same item because in today's pandemic situation we cannot lose even a single penny.

So I hope your team can understand the problem.

So please arrange to make an exchange facility for the product or give a call back .

Bought a kurta in Chromepet trend, when I wore and travel it completely spoiled my car seat the entire impression tagged to the car set I want resolution immediately else will file a case with consumer rights

I would like to share that I shopped with Trends for the very 1st time. I am sorry to say that the services and the attitude of the employees are not upto the mark and not expected as well.

I purchased Six articles from the Trends store at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on 23rd of this month. Out of Six, Two articles I bought to gift to my sister and sister in law. Due to the size issue, I need to get the articles exchanged. As I am a resident of Faridabad, I preferred to visit the Trends located in NIT-1 Faridabad as I already asked the same from the employee on duty at Ambience Mall that the article can be replaced from any Trends store in India.

But very shocking and surprising when I visited the Trends store on 28th Jan, in NIT-1 Faridabad, the officials on duty have refused to exchange the product as I was carrying the digital copy of the bill. They sent me back and asked me to get the hard copy of the same. In this digital world, we are talking about hard copy of the bill.

Wow... A company like reliance need hard copy... Very surprising that the reliance has not grown up... Shameful...

Still I managed the hard copy and visited the faridabad store again on 29th Jan. Again very shocking that the discount on the time had changed and the articles couldn't be replaced.

This is a kind of harassment the officials of the reliance Trends are doing with their customer. They don't value the customer and their time. This is against consumer law and strict action should be taken against the manager of store NIT -1, Faridabad.

How trends make the customer for life. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I request the team to look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest.

Today i went to zsqare mall kanpur and visit reliance trend store the female helper came to me and falsely told me i[censored] shop fr 5000 u will get borocil dinner set for free and i trust her and she told me the amount of kurti after discount is 800 which was 600 and add 2095 of borocil dinner set in my bill i was in a rush so i didnt chk it bt after reaching home when i checked the added amount of borocil dinner set in my bill i was shocked because as per our conversation it was free of cost i felt cheated from sch a reputed organisastion salesalman id is 60562432 kindly dismiss taht girl i will take the matter to court otherwise

I am charishma a regular customer with reliance trends and reliance digital store at visakhapatnam and rajahmundry..
Recently on Jan 12th I went to shopping to reliance trends at anakapalle for the first time with family. But to my surprise here some of the employees and particularly store managers were very rude. They are commenting on customers and talking badly with people when they ask questions..my experience here at anakapalle trends is very bad and I felt very offended and insulted here..
I am requesting the higher officials to take care and change employees because it leaves bad opinion on companie's name.
And this try is to help other customers who might experience this situation in here.

Yesterday ( 27.1.2021) I purchased from trends in E.A mall Chennai. But they have taken bill amount from my account twice. I want refund.

I made purchase from Relaince Trends, Binaka Mall, Jagdalpur, Chattisgarh todate after seeing the ad "50% off + shop for 3499 & get additional 25% off. Also get coupon worth 4000 on shopping worth 3499 or more"

I made purchase over 3500 and availed 25% additional discount. However when I asked for coupons, the people at counter said coupons are not available and that they are helpless.

On enquiry if such coupons can be made available on soft copy, they said that the same is not feasible.

Once I reached home and checked bill, I found that 1 coupon alongwith it's No is mentioned in the invoice.

How do I proceed with my complaint?

Yesterday at 2pm I was visit reliance trends to buy some clothes and after buying I went back to my home. But yesterday at 7pm when I was visit to exchange my T shirts as size was not right.Then they said system does not accept same day purchase for exchanging. So today i have gone there at 2pm...then they said your buying offer is not available for this and they are arguing with me..

I have purchased dress from Reliance Trends, MG Road, Poothole, Thrissur on 17th January 2021 by 4.30 for Rs 9769.72

I have tried to pay with my debit card (Rupay - Syndicate Bank) 4 times and it has declined all times. After that I have paid the amount
from other debit card (Rupay - Union Bank) of one of my relative. Later I came to know that I have lost the same from my account too.
Bank has told me that the transaction was successfull.

I need a refund for the same.

Reliance is telling Transaction is not successful

I lost my money. they are aruging each other.

I bought a slipper in reliance trends Katpadi branch in vellore on December 2nd week.within a month, that slipper got damaged.i am really disappointed.i had wore that slipper nearly 10 times.still how can a product get damage within a month?...

I went to shop a pair of shoes to reliance trends in Amravati (Maharashtra) the salesman was giving his best but the person on the biking counter was the worst . The system's were not working they were billing manually and we're not entertaining the one who in a que but others and tooked about 40 mins to clear my bill of only a pair of shoe ... Me and and my friend Dr Pummy Roy visited Reliance trends in Bhagalpur, Bihar today I.e.on12 jan2021.When we went to the billing counter we were told that if we get a single bill for the purchase of more than 5000 rupees we will get tea set at an extra amount of Rs 200 only.
We did that.
But after coming home we saw that they have charged us Rs847 for tea set of 1000.
Is this your idea of gift.
What am I supposed to do next?

I bought a nail polish at champapet branch, Hyderabad only to find out it to be expired in 2018. How can you people still have products that are expired that long back??

On Jan08, 2021 I visited the Adoor Reliance trends outlet. I was at the door by 8:18 PM. Security would not allow to enter stating 8:30 was there closing time. However there were many families making their purchase. He let me in after 4 min. My wife was to join me later on. When she came, he Harassed her by shouting and not letting her in when she informed that her husband is already in the shop. He switched off the lights outside making the place dark and made her stand outside when it was raining. I brought this to the attention of store manager Mithun and asked him what action would he take? He says he would make an enquiry and give advise to security. Which was not satisfactory. I asked for the regional manager e mail and he was hesitant to give. He asked me to file a complaint online which is why I am posting this.

But today the contrary, I faced the worst ever experience and incompetent store manager at trends cmr central maddilapalem visakhapatnam branch.
To quote let me jest out the points...
1.in December month I made a shopping for rs 5900/- appx but as there were trail issues I wanted a exchange got the exchange coupon for rs 3107/- mentioning validity till 1year.
2. Today when enquired the customer service at the store said the validity is for 1month inspite it is written on the slip as 22.12.2021.
3.after shopping for a 30min and waiting in que for 45mins the billing was not processed.
When asked the billing counter person informed that OTP will be sent to registered number. As my my mobile was switched off could not get the OTP.
Here my query arises..
What if my mobile number is lost
What if there is no signal in the store (as always there is no signal in the store)
The store manager was not in any position to help us.
We had wasted 2 hour of our time without any solution.
Store manager says it is a point for checking frauds at the stake of losing customer instead of giving alternative.
Kindly provide me a resolution do I need to waste another 3hours for the resolution or is there anything the management can do.
