This is related to the response of a manager at orian east mall at Maruti seva nagar.
I purchased yesterday for about 3210 rupees . So today i went to exchange few product. And i purchased extra too today. So my bill was some 2000 change rupees. So i wanted to redeem my coupon of 500 rupees n he was not agreeing to redeem. And his response was not at all good, he was more interested and busy in his mobile phone. I was talking n he...

Sir I anshuman from hapur.i went to trends on 22 November 2020. I buy clothes of 3634 rupees.their is a gift offers that was not asking by me at payment time.than i go to collecty coupon from other desk than i asked by her about gift option.than she ask me sir if you not know by casher than go to casher and ask why you not tell.i went to casher than he said with coupon their is no gift offers.he tell me new rule.i went again staff member of trend she help me to know that they do anything to hide own mistake.tahn she helped me to call manager.he also not help me he said it's your mistake you not tell.the boys staff is too rude behaviour with girls staff.they have no idea how to speak .rude behaviour.no respect of girl staff.

I purchased a top from reliance trends mavelikara kerala which costs for 1300.After the first use itself its material got dim..And shrink...very poor customer service also...in the shop.

Hi, My name is Sehnaj Akhter. My register mobile no is [protected]. Today 19th November 2020 I visited trends store which is in Guwahati, Christian basti, near Central mall. So at the time of entering the store one of your executive told us that there is some offer going on if we shopped for 7999 or more than we will receive a gift at just for rupees 499 which is safari trolley bag. we said ok. but after paying our bill which was 25000, they simply denied the gift just saying that there is a system issue so they can't provide the gift. it's just like a fraud. If this issue will not resolve as soon as possible than we will go to do complain in consumer forum.

I saw a product in reliance trends instagram page...I am searching for the details of that product...I have contacted customer service regarding this many times...but still I couldn't get any details about that product..pls help me to buy tht product

there I have purchased one set of dress (night dress) for my daughter it was displayed RS. 499 for set. But when I gave that in billing counter that lady after billing she was telling only for top rs. 499 and you should pay extra for pant. They could have told before billing. Really its cheating and irresponsible people. After fighting they issued one...

It was a very disheartening experience in the Trends Showroom in Tripunithura, Vadakkekota. I had been to the Trends showroom to buy nail polish because I needed the same brand and colour offered there. Unfortunately when the sales person saw the nail polish and tried to bill it he said I couldn't buy just that. Another lady at the counter asked him to do something else and bill it and he out rightly refused to bill without even explaining. All this happened with other customers watching. I felt insulted. This is my 2nd bad experience. The sales guy owed an explanation to me after atleast waiting for 20 mins to fo the billing. Hope you will look into such instances or else you should write out a clear notice saying that a minimum purchase should be done so that people dont go there.

Afte spending an hour or Time in stores, they informed Trials not allowed. Which wasted the time.

We were informed by Salesman Kannan that if we buy two pants in the 200 rupees off section which we did and at the time of billing the lady said the offer is not applicable. Store Manager tried his level best could not redeem the promo code. We are buying clothes and dresses from day one from Reliance Trends and Received a hopeless and pathetic service from the cash counter. Later after waiting for 30 minutes that Store Manager Padmanav said it is applicable on for Sweat Shirts not for pants. I want to speak to the owner of the business and need a letter of apology. If not I will stop buying from your company.

I have purshased cloth on 8 nov2020 but still not received cloth, amount is debited in my ac.

I am your regular customer. Roll date very satisfied with your product and store staff service. But today I went for shopping, in between your lady staff came to us and said that there is an offer on purchase of Rs 3499/ in which we will get a hunddy or other utensil, but didn't told about offer after paying Rs 199 extra. We asked about this .then your manager come and it's not possible to return the item. Then he paid RS 199 from his pocket and keep the gift item. But after few minutes we came to store and ask to return the gift to us, but store manager strictly refuse to give us our gift item and said I sold it to other customer. Store is running out of said gift item. He rudely said you can complain about me. How he can sold gift item to other customer once it out of your ledger/ system. Please resolve the issue. I bought one week back from trends at seliyur shop in chennai. It is very worst materials trousers (Netplay Heritage workwear) in offers price. You are cheating with all customers. I never buy in next time in my future.

When I went to exchange mt purchased garments, They wanted to charge extra for the service which no store does ...This was a wierd and unsatisfactory experience for us. We had to come back without exchanging the product and its of no use for us now. Hope they will get it exchanged ...Thank u

I purchased for around rupees 9000 in reliance trends. I exchanged one leggings that was damaged in one of their branches (shanthi colony chennai). The billing person had taken my original bill and she made a new bill as I purchased more than my exchange price. When I asked that billing person how would I exchange any other product in near future if you take the original bill? She replied that I will get a soft copy of a bill and I can use it. When my sister wanted to exchange another product in OMR branch, they were refusing it to exchange at first saying that exchange is not applicable in their stores. I spoke to their manager and he was asking me the original bill which was taken by the other store person. He was not accepting what was told to me when I exchanged the first product. First of all, they said there is no exchange in that branch, then they asked the original bill. When I asked the customer service in shanthi colony branch, one person was telling one exchange only is valid for one bill, other person was telling you cannot claim exchange second time for the product you exchanged already. There were no proper information were given to the employees, each and every person is telling something different. There was no unanimous information being shared. It was confusing the customers as well. And the manager who spoke to me was very angry and he was not serviceable

Yesterday (11-November-2020). I purchased one Jean pant and shirt in Perambalur, Tamilnadu Reliance Trends.
Jean pant MRP mentioned in Price Tag is 2999 But Sales person Billed it for 2399. I paid Total amount 3304 amount by cash.
I did not get any discount/offer.

This issue sales person charged 100 rupees extra flying machine Brand.
I explained this issue to store Manager, He was not...

Not talking properly with senior citizens, bcz of phone number issues during payment

Yesterday (08.11.2020) mistankly I have purchased pant size W28 instead of W30 for my brother.. The pant size W28 is too tight for him...

Hello sir, I will not disclose my name I'm a reliance trends staff at nalasopara west, sir yesterday in morning 10:30 am store manager Mr tabish Patel spoke abuse words in front all ladies staffs, he doesn't have any sense to talk with the staffs he is using bad words, . please look into this case seriously I'm very disappointed

My name is Jagdish Ghate. I have purchased from Reliance Trend, Chandraput(MH) on date 8/11/2020. As we wel aware that due to covid pandemic, trial rooms of reliance trend are not open. Hence, the customers are facing size/fitting problem of apparel. However, Reliance Trend, Chandrapur (Maharashtra) is not allowing to exchange the apperal in case of any fitting problem. I had confirmed the exchange policy before bying the apperal. That time the it was assured me to exchange the product in case of any size problem or defect. However, Relaince Trend, Chandrapur is not ready to exchange the apperal at this time
