I went Trends store located at Erode District, TamilNadu. I need to get clarification regarding the coupon issued in Trends store so i approached the Manager of that store and his name is Mr. Vivek. I went near him, he was not wearing his mask and i asked him to wear mask... but he didnt. He shouted at me infront of all employee and customer that he is the manager of the shop and he will not follow any rules... his behaviour was too rude and he was not even ready to listen me. He doesn’t know how to handle a customer and worst experience from Trends... really disappointed .

On 3rd Dec, purchased products worth Rs 3461/-. In billing counter it was advised to add anything of Rs 50/- (here in this case a nail color worth Rs75/- as suggested by the billing guy) so as to b eligible to get a la opala cup saucer set at just extra cost of Rs199/- to which i agreed.
While checking the bill, found out full cost of the gift set (Rs 795/-) has been charged and next day when approached customer care desk, they saying one of the item in the list not eiligible for the offer but how come we gonna know what is eligible and what not. The billing guy misguided us with wrong offer plus charged more and help desk people asking us to give the product back to get the refund.this is not expected from a reputed co. like yours.

On 4th December, 2020. When we entered the shopping area of Trends. We saw big big banners of Rs. 3000 worth coupon on shopping of Rs. 2999. But they denied to give us coupons saying that they don't have coupons. If they didn't wanted to give they must have removed banners from everywhere.

Your staff most at clothing section they behave so rudely;that many people/me my family, many times leave shopping due to their behavior, they dosen't let us check clothes as if it's free so many times .its same wether it's at Gangtok or vavra, please tech them(disciplineless staff )some manner, rather than using mobile..
Other wise no long features...

I have purchased a dress from trendz on 08/11/2020 from trendz, diamond plaza, kolkata. I didn’t get any e-bill. My purse was stolen after somedays. Therefore i dont have the physical bill. I wanted to change an item on 2nd December, 2020. But the people from trendz told me that they dont have any database and i Don't get any ebill. In this covid situation everybody sends ebill. They didn’t allow me to talk to the manager. Please look into this matter. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

Reliance Trends Bettiah Store timing is mentioned between 10AM and 10PM.

I visited the store at 9PM and incharge asked me to come tomorrow because I have to ecmxchange the product. He mentioned exchange is not allowed post 9PM. All staff were inside the store and few customers were inside store at billing counter but he did not allow me inside store though store was open and I visited during working hours of Store.

I am very much disappointed with he behaviour of the store incharge. For 5-10 minute work he is making customer revisit the store next day. He does not respect the customer time. Now I am in a situation to rethink to visit and recommend the store next time.

मैंने दिनांक 30 नवंबर 2020 को दो कूपन के आधार पर 55 सो रुपए का सामान लिया जिसमें 3000 रुपए मैंने पेमेंट किया उसमें से दो स्वेटर छोटे हो गए ।परंतु अब वापस करने से मना कर रहे हैं मैंने तुरंत एक्सचेंज करने के लिए अप्रोच किया लेकिन उन्होंने मना कर दिया कृपया मेरा स्वेटर एक्सचेंज करके उससे बड़ा देने की कृपा करें

This is related to the response of a manager at orian east mall at Maruti seva nagar.
I purchased yesterday for about 3210 rupees . So today i went to exchange few product. And i purchased extra too today. So my bill was some 2000 change rupees. So i wanted to redeem my coupon of 500 rupees n he was not agreeing to redeem. And his response was not at all good, he was more interested and busy in his mobile phone. I was talking n he didn't respond anything n just was busy with his phone. Really disappointed.But finally my coupon was redeemed so why shud he say that it cant be redeemed n then agreeing to it.

Sir I anshuman from hapur.i went to trends on 22 November 2020. I buy clothes of 3634 rupees.their is a gift offers that was not asking by me at payment time.than i go to collecty coupon from other desk than i asked by her about gift option.than she ask me sir if you not know by casher than go to casher and ask why you not tell.i went to casher than he said with coupon their is no gift offers.he tell me new rule.i went again staff member of trend she help me to know that they do anything to hide own mistake.tahn she helped me to call manager.he also not help me he said it's your mistake you not tell.the boys staff is too rude behaviour with girls staff.they have no idea how to speak .rude behaviour.no respect of girl staff.

Hi, My name is Sehnaj Akhter. My register mobile no is [protected]. Today 19th November 2020 I visited trends store which is in Guwahati, Christian basti, near Central mall. So at the time of entering the store one of your executive told us that there is some offer going on if we shopped for 7999 or more than we will receive a gift at just for rupees 499 which is safari trolley bag. we said ok. but after paying our bill which was 25000, they simply denied the gift just saying that there is a system issue so they can't provide the gift. it's just like a fraud. If this issue will not resolve as soon as possible than we will go to do complain in consumer forum.

It was a very disheartening experience in the Trends Showroom in Tripunithura, Vadakkekota. I had been to the Trends showroom to buy nail polish because I needed the same brand and colour offered there. Unfortunately when the sales person saw the nail polish and tried to bill it he said I couldn't buy just that. Another lady at the counter asked him to do something else and bill it and he out rightly refused to bill without even explaining. All this happened with other customers watching. I felt insulted. This is my 2nd bad experience. The sales guy owed an explanation to me after atleast waiting for 20 mins to fo the billing. Hope you will look into such instances or else you should write out a clear notice saying that a minimum purchase should be done so that people dont go there.

We were informed by Salesman Kannan that if we buy two pants in the 200 rupees off section which we did and at the time of billing the lady said the offer is not applicable. Store Manager tried his level best could not redeem the promo code. We are buying clothes and dresses from day one from Reliance Trends and Received a hopeless and pathetic service from the cash counter. Later after waiting for 30 minutes that Store Manager Padmanav said it is applicable on for Sweat Shirts not for pants. I want to speak to the owner of the business and need a letter of apology. If not I will stop buying from your company.

I am your regular customer. Roll date very satisfied with your product and store staff service. But today I went for shopping, in between your lady staff came to us and said that there is an offer on purchase of Rs 3499/ in which we will get a hunddy or other utensil, but didn't told about offer after paying Rs 199 extra. We asked about this .then your manager come and it's not possible to return the item. Then he paid RS 199 from his pocket and keep the gift item. But after few minutes we came to store and ask to return the gift to us, but store manager strictly refuse to give us our gift item and said I sold it to other customer. Store is running out of said gift item. He rudely said you can complain about me. How he can sold gift item to other customer once it out of your ledger/ system. Please resolve the issue. When I went to exchange mt purchased garments, They wanted to charge extra for the service which no store does ...This was a wierd and unsatisfactory experience for us. We had to come back without exchanging the product and its of no use for us now. Hope they will get it exchanged ...Thank u
