@reliancetrends last week I visited Christian Basti Guwahati centre. My total bill amount was around 2500. We went to billing counter to pay my bill. Next counter I have seen one billing executive offered discount to a customer that if we purchase more than 3000 then we will be getting 1000 rupees discount. Same thing I did & purchased one more garment. I went to billing counter to settle my bill. But discount was not offered to me. After lot of argument gave me 1000 rupees discount. I got a WhatsApp msg that next time if we purchase more 1500 then I will be getting 500 rupees discount (valid till 2nd October). Today I purchased around 3800 & billing executive said discount not available now. I showed him msg & he asked for a coupon. But cupon was not provided during my last visit. Even one of the staff in first floor said if you purchase this particular jeans will give you cupon but I didn't like that colour. Regarding discount nothing displayed in entire mall. I had a discussion with manager & he said staff can't tell you something like this. Why such a good brand is doing such nonsense things. Don't send false messages & give us fake commitment. Every offer should be displayed. You they want to hide?? While I was leaving security offered me to take few cupons & said if you purchase now you will be getting discount. Manager also don't care about customer.

I shopped at reliance trends store alambagh. At the time of payment, the very first time when I made the payment, the person at the counter said it has declined and asked to pay again. The second time I made the payment, it was successful. After few minutes, I received two messages showing that the money was deducted two times. I told the person about this, he said money will be returned in 2-3 days and if it doesn't u may contact your bank....

Displaying false offers to attract customers and wrong information shared by salesman and sales staff to attract customers, and at the time of billing or after collecting the bill amount giving excuses of the company policies which leads to the loss of money from customers pocket, customers has to bear the unusual expenses which is very painful at times.
I am the victim of such situations.

They are commenting over customer in presence of the manager

A lady ask about the price of danim and they say buy it from gash Mandi even the stuff was really rude

Liiterly not expecting this.

I was purchased dress in trends payakarao Peta & Payment paid phonepe.It wsa successful transfer in my phonepe but trends team was says not credited the amount.my utr no[protected] please check transaction status & refund my amount.

I have come from abroad last month and I am very regular customer of yours.. since the time your store came in Adajan. And I like smart, digital air trends all at one place .. wow experience hota hai . my bills are too big..Your all staff is very supportive .. but I also had a favorite staff which I liked and never disappointed me .. But I saw that staff at some other place in some other brand.. That lady staff was happy to see me, Then I talked to him, and I made 2-3 visits to that branch. That lady staff who used to work in your trends, why doesn't she do it now?

Mentally and physically pressure was made on that lady… because she did not compromise with herself..
She started crying in front of me and said that managers molest in trends, the manager gives salary, incentives, and brand according to his own.The manager asks to meet outside, approaches in a different way, if you don't agree then pressure builds up and doesn't give leave, They check our personal mobile, ask did you talk to him, what was the matter, why did you talk??
Entering into personal life, if you do not support and please the manager for personal approach, then humiliate in front of everyone in the meeting..
All the girls in the store, some of them are still old girls who are with him.. He has an affair with his cashier head as well.
And she was saying that he is not a manager, he always becomes an owner... She had gone to the last wedding, her friends told her, and the same is true with 2-3 new girls.
In the last 6 months, some girls were fired because of this and then those who agreed were taken back in higher salary..and the staff was crying after saying all this.
All these statements have been uttered by your staff, and after hearing this, I feel like punishing that person very badly, but God is watching. If I feel like such a human, then I am informing you, you cross-check and keep an inquiry and find out.. Otherwise, action will be taken from outside.
You people do not take the feedback of your manager, do not check how he is behaving badly in the store. The respect of that lady staff will go, otherwise I will make you cry.
I have a request to all of you to find out this matter thoroughly and take some action on it as soon as possible.. That's all I request.

I went shopping in your Adajan Trends last week, and it has been my worst experience ever. Worst experience ever, I am standing at the entry counter with my bag and your manager and security are arguing with each other, I have other people around.
Your manager was talking in a rude manner, one is fat and small and told as if he is the owner of the company...While we were shopping, my husband was also watching something in Kids and your manager brother says, This stupid customer has nothing to do with today Bhenchod is crowding like this, in Gujarati language...And my husband heard while shopping in bacho ka and now we will never ever go in relaince adajan Trends
According to your manager, the ... customer is chutiya aur bhenchod.. I also asked a lady staff his name and she said he is the store manager Vinod sir..
There is such a manager, I think you have to work on the thinking of your manager?? I hope you will get positive response ???

This complaint about the staffs working in trends, neyveli, indra nagar (oppsite to Neyveli arch gate) showroom. I came to purchase parx company trousers 👖. Display board was kept over stating 50%discount and I confirmed with the staffs. Hence I got two nos trousers 👖. But after certsin duration one of the staff came to me and told that only 30%discount for this brand. And they took away the 50% discount board and there after no display for discount.
Even on that day there was no proper lightening and AC not working.
My purchase amount on that day was about rs. 6093.60, without any gift.
I am more interested in the products of trends, but this makes me feel so bad.

With reference to the above, I would like to draw your attention to an unfortunate event which happened today evening.
I visited reliance trend at centre square mall, Genda circle, Vadodara. I purchased a dupatta, the payment for which was debited in my account. However due to network issue, the payment was not received by your store.
I asked the store manager, Mr Naresh sumeshara to give ne anything in writing so that if my payment was not reversed, I could come for the resolution. He declined and used mocking words . He was just repeating that I am not understanding. He and his colleague, Ms Puja behaved very rudely. They used very mocking and taunting words.when, I asked for complain book, they mockingly told me that how could I ask this in this digital Era. On the topic of complain, Ms Puja said that I was threatening them.
Is asking for a mode of complaint, a threat? Mr Naresh also said " You need treatment "
I strongly object any such personal comments and that too in public.
If any action is not taken on your part, I will be forced to raise this issue at any other platform.
Reliance is a well known brand and such horrible, rude, irrational and very unexpected behavior by your staff, add a black dot to your reputation
The payment was received back in my account and I do not have any complains about that. I am Complaining against their sad, rude, mocking attitude. This is highly u expected in customer service.
I am writing this mail with a hope that customers visiting your store do not have to suffer such horrible experience.

I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had today, August 4, 2023, during my visit to the Reliance Trends store located at 209/4 & 209/B, TGV Pride Budwarpate, Alluri Sita Rama Raju Nagar, Near Gowri Gopal Hospital Rd, beside IDBI Bank, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh - 518002.

Upon my arrival, I found the products I needed for shopping. However, upon reaching the billing counter, I was dismayed to find that there was no staff member present to assist with billing the products. This lack of proper staff availability resulted in a significant inconvenience for me.

I waited for over 30 minutes, hoping that someone would attend to the billing counter. Unfortunately, despite my patience, no staff member came to address the situation. Such a prolonged waiting time not only caused me frustration but also reflects poorly on the store's service ethics.

As a loyal customer of Reliance Trends, I expected better service and prompt assistance during my shopping experience. Regrettably, this incident has left me dissatisfied and discouraged from considering future visits to your store.

Today 8-30pm in savadatti trends store branch manager pressurize the costumers through sales staff to buy a particular amount of clothes Infront of door entrance. otherwise they don't allow to enter the store this behavior make me and my friend get angry. is is how to treat costumers?! is the store only for rich people?

I went to reliance trends store today I i.e 29 July 2023 store located in Mundargi, Gadag dist, Karnataka - 582118.
The executive denied us to purchase single tshirt saying we have to buy minimum 1000rs worth of products else we can't purchase

I had purchased cloths worth Rs. 7350/-. The store does not have the air conditioner. I called the manager and complained about it, but the way he responded was really irritating. Every time when I ask, they say it is underservice. They are really making false statements as if the problem is temporary. This branch does not have AC at all. But their attitude towards handling the customers is worst. They don't respect the customer difficulties, they don't have courtesy to understand the customers requirement. They just be there for getting their salary.

When I asked with their employees about the bad behavior of their manager, very shocking information also I heard. I understood that reliance does not treat their employees respectably. Worryingly, most of their employees are girls and some illegal misbehaviors are happening to those girls by the bad attitude of their managers.

Sir, i am anuj malik. Today i bought kraus jeans hsn[protected] sac 62046990 with mrp rs 2095.Oo vide inv no 9580 batch no 975 tid 20391842 date 23 jul 23 time 15:02:47 elante mall chandigarh 160002. When i saw kraus jeans showing 50% off, but when i buy & then check bill, no discount there. I query with concern staff, they told 50% discount on other kraus jeans. Then i asked for return this kraus jeans and buy another discounted jeans....

i have liked chappals (Lee Cooper) and went to cash counter for payment, after payment is made via phonepe cashier had conveyed that he cancelled transaction without informing me and said its a technical issue at backend. he didnt allow to take product with me. Instead he took screenshot of successful payment and asked to wait for 1 week for payment refund but until now there is no payment refund to my account.

After a week when visited same branch he treated with a very rude behaviour instead of providing a solution which is not at all acceptable.

When enquired in the outlet and found branch manager connect (Surender) then he also committed one more week is required for payment refund which is in process already but when call him today again he says there is no deadline for payment and no clue when it will be refunded also.

Such a bad service is not at all expected from a retail chain group so called Reliance

I have purchased for 7500₹ from women trends 43/1040 Ground Floor, Kurumpelil Avenue, Pattathanam, Po Polayathode, Kollam, Kerala 691021. One of the staff's behaviour in the billing section towards me not seems good. She behaved like i was buying clothes without paying.

On 4 july 2023, i went to puchase a top from reliance trends mahabubnagar
They show me a scanner for payment
I scanned that but didnt pay for 2 min.
After 2 min.i paid on that scanned image to reliance but they said that as same scanner is not showing on screen now thats why they cant give me my top nor my money back
Then they raised a request from their side for refund
Today 19 July, but still i didnt get my refund of 559
Kindly help me through this and provide my refund

I purchased one jeans from Reliance Trends outlet and received torn piece. In outlet I trial for 5-6 jeans and all were having some defects of different types and I purchased this one as it was normal but, it was torn from inside.
