This is an incident of reliance trends in vellore.
First they will sell the product and then they will say the tailor is not there... come next day. Next day when u go they say they are super busy and come next day to collect.
When i said i m ready to throw the shopping back to them as customer can not keep coming 4 times for a simple alteration in the cloth.
The tailor gave the chit to come back at 9:30 pm... when my hubby went to collect at 9:30 ... the guard stopped him to enter.. and told the tailor ### has gone ten mintues.. simply. I feel so bad that i did the mistake of shopping in this ###. I hope any one from the management checked how their staff harrasses the customers in small cities.
I vow to never shop in reliance trends again ... no matter what may as i can not run again again to store to 1day: purchase. 2 Day: to get tailor 3 day: tailor escapes: 4 day to collect...

Am extremely shocked by the sales staff behavior at relience trends kadavantra (Time 7/7/19 at 4.30pm).
I came shopping with my aunt and my fiance. After choosing a dress she went to womens trial room. At that time inside the trial room there were 3 sales girls and two boys sales staff. My aunt asked the boys to stand out because its for women's trial room. The boys went off but the sales girl aggressively replied they don't have to move they are the staff.
I wonder why named womens trial room if sales boys sre inside that.
And we politely ask to go out. The sales girl was such an arrogant behavior to customers like us.

On 21 june, on june 21, when i and my family went to shopping in your reliance trend darbhanga, we saw people there that santosh singh and priyanka stuck with each other on the cash counter, both were misinterpreted there. While i was not alone there was my family with me. My sister-in-law was my two daughters. Tell me how bad it is when they both were doing so wrong in front of everyone. When i tried to explain them, they behaved very badly with me, then after going to the message, i went to speak my complaint, but there was no hearing on that. After this the matter went a long way but there was no one to hear. Why??
Suggestion:- please fire this type of staff, which have love affairs in store.

I am complaining from your hospet Karnataka branch I am your regular customer means I am shopping in your branch every two or three days after today on 23/06/19 at around 11 o clock when I enter your hospet Karnataka branch with my husband and two daughters I asked to one of your employe for Jean's pant he said no we don't have and then I find it my self another one lady sales girl came to me and she said madam there is no discount on it her behavior was like she criticize me I was shocked it was not only I am shopping when there is discount whole year I am shopping at your branch now I am leaving this matter to you I will see what action you will take n how much respect you are giving to your regular customer

We went to reliance store at science city yesterday morning at 11.30.ahmedabad.gujarat.we purchases apparels and my husband had a alteration so went to tailor of the store...their came a boy named AJAY SHARMA.Tailor was on some call so we were waiting.AJAY SHARMA came and asked tailor to come as madam of the store DIMPLE SOLANKI is calling urgent meeting.my husband requested that just take my measurement so we can go as we have to pick kids from school and we r already late.i have never seen the rudest ever guy than this he said "sir wait to karna padega" when we asked who is imp customer or mam he with his very dirty body language said "'mam".
My husband got upset and said take me to ur mam...when we went near her cabin they said only staff allowed so mu husband said ask you mam to come out..now they went in and were having their meeting...seeing this my husband now really upset went inside and said mam "either yoy do my bill or give me cash back as i am really getting late...and this foolish lady without also asking what happened sir said " "i[censored] r geeting late u can take cash back...we will take some time"". and that guy on this my ajay sharma is showing us eyes with anger...you can check the whole incident on cctv...if any changes in this...i would be waiting to hear ur revert and action very promptly

Mr ajay sharma and dimple solanki are one of the rudest people i have ever seen ...after explqining we have to pick our 3 year old kids from school they were like ur time is not imp we need to talk and no one cared for customer

Not attention from staff members, they rather spend their working hours selecting stuff for themselves instead of helping potential customers.

Seen such behavior in many reliance trends stores.
Crude response demanded.
Employees need strict working environment with little time to wander around.
All early offers are used by them as they know the store much better as compared to customers, leaving them pity hand-me-down offers.

There was 50% off on ladies top but while billing the cashier took off the tag and threw in the dust bin and asked to pay full. Your staff was making fun and laughing. Remember one thing u r there to serve your customers not to cheat and fraud with your customers. Requesting you to be in your limits. Or else I will go to consumer court. Kindly learn to respect

I purchased a laptop over ₹40000, I got an issue on laptop after sometime but before warranty period was over. Everytime I go with the same issue they simply used to check it and say it's fine it's been done now no problem will occur. It was more than 5 times and approx. 3 months I was wondering for same issue same help. Then hence my laptop encountered the worst situation, now it was unable to take load/start. Now they bothered about the situation, but wait what! instead of giving their service (under warranty period) they started checking if the material was purchased from the same store same company same place (I was out of my mind, hey y'all I am not that rich to purchase products of over ₹40000 once or twice in a year... Or if I am I wouldn't have been begging and wondering on your's stairs for help).
As a corollary of their search they found the batch no. Or product no. Whatever was not same...they denied for giving any further help. I gone mad at them on the store, then the manager came up to handle the situation or may not to show other customers the problematic situation. They asked me to come another day.. I thought ok why not to try one more day. Next day, They found error from their side. They asked me to leave the laptop to them as they will send it to service centre.
They called me and intimidated about the expenses and charges. It was more than half of the actual expenses of the product.

I got my laptop repaired, fit and fresh from a street electronic shop at just ₹2200. What else to say.
Still, Reliance trend I am never going to purchase any kind of products even in dream from your store neither recommend anyone rather I would stop them buying from this bandit store.

Hi, i have purchase school shoes and others, your company have provided 2 coupon worth of 500, 500. in chennai you have so many out let showroom available to use this coupon, but your coupon not mention to use particular show room only. if coupon can use any outlet of your company that's easy to purchase and use your offer. why should i go particular shop again and use that offer coupon, what;s the logic and how will use next time if anything get.

now i cant use those coupon last week in chennai chrompet show room, only tiruvanmiyur mean, why not mention in offer coupon.

I did shopping worth 7000rupees at reliance trends nizamabad and got a discount of Rs.3500. But however as my family members were not satisfied with 2 products I requested for total return (because most of the products of various brands were out of stock in trendz nizamabad, so I could not replace those two products also with any other products).
But manager of trends nizamabad was not willing to take the products back and return my money back . I have gone through the return policy also where it was mentioned that amount of the returned product can be added back to my bank account(I paid through my debit card) .
The manager is providing wrong information to the customers and not at all listening to my words (I have shown return policy also) .
Please resolve the issue. Im not at all satisfied with the service .
Im not a new customer to reliance . I have shopped for 3000 rupees in reliance mart and 2000rupees in reliance foot print .
Im pretty sure that reliance is not considering customer satisfaction (just only considering profits). I left the store with zero satisfaction .
If this issue is not resolved then I won't recommend reliance trends to anyone. Thank you

Myself Anish R, I work at National Institute of Technology Calicut, Kerala. I have happened to shop at Reliance Trends at RP Mall at Kozhikode, Kerala. Me with my wife and our newborn of age 6 months took some time to shop at RP mall, Kozhikode.
I was busy trying out T-shirt and was unaware how my wife was treated by one of your floor heads I suppose. Expecting my anger she didn't share her experience untill it was too late as we have already reached back home.
I seated my wife with my child at the entrance of the change room so that I could have my wife's opinion too before fixing the dress. During the time I went for changing your floor manager have talked in a very bad manner to her to step out of the floor area of the change room. Is this your way of treating woman or is this the way to behave to a woman in presence of her child.
To be very frank if this would have happened in my presence your floor head would not have behaved so in future with any one else.
Nice shopping with reliance with floor personals like these. So pathetic that you still employs personal with low self esteem and hearts without compassion .
Really bad this happens in reliance too.

It's not complain infact query that how can I get my purchased item which I have forgotten over billing counter only?

I have purchased total 7 items and of them while packing in carry back, out of my vision I forgotten over desk to keep it in the bag and after reaching home while checking the clothes I found only 6 items.
Is there any chance to get my item back. Just a day before I have purchased it and I have bill to show code.

Will I get my item back ?

security person name Dimple behave so rude with us she said behave urself
as my frnd standing thr but she ignore her totally and cater others pls take action & ur billing staff here is just so stupid or what dont know how to behave with customer or someone elder

I handed over my coupons worth rs 1500 to your trends forum mall mysore and selected the item to purchase but coupon redemption date is 30th and I shopped on 28th as I have to leave the city on the same day, for that I asked your store manager to courier them to my current address as there is no trends there and they responded well that they will do the same. But now they are not receiving my call and not responding towards the same. Is this kind of service you people are providing? This is really pathetic that you people are not sticking towards your words.

I ordered two reliance trends card yesterday by using the points I got from my company ( thomson reuters, bangalore)as an appreciation of my work. I got it yesterday from oc tanner private limited (company which delivered the card)

But today I went to reliance trends outlet bangalore they told it is zero balance card.what will I do?

Can I return it ? Will I get my 2000 rs

Pathetic experience at Reliance Trends WARDHA Maharashtra. No AC working and it's so pathetic to concentrate on shopping.
I visited store on 17th March 2019 i was told that AC will be repaired soon. Now in the month of June problem yet not solved.
This might be one of the topmost reason for short footfall at store.
One suggestions- atleast break these glasses and allow air to pass to avoid supocation.

I have been purchased one top at phaltan branch on 02.06.19. At that time tailor not available at store for ulter
Today i went to shop for ulter top we have found no any sleeves available bt same other top having sleeves
Manager not helping to exchange or not accept to ulter the same today
No one told to us that offer cloths will not exchange at the time of shopping. Only stamp affixed on the bill that not exchange

I purchased a dnmx tshirt from trends bijapur. Bought size xl which was perfect for me on trial. I wore it just 2 times. Now the tshirt streched so much downwards til just above knee. What kind of quality is this. How can a company this provide a meterial which wont last. I wore it for 2 times and i cant use it now.. Big loss for me. Unusable product....

I recently visited reliance trends, i bought a t-shirt dnmx branded for 499, but i went to the cash counter i gave 500 rupees note and asked for change of a rupee, in return cashier told me, no change,
I was very anoinyed, and repeatedly told cashier to pay one rupee, but he was reluctantly told me no change to give,

What is happening, u people can't even run a store with proper change, why should i leave my money whether it is one rupee or thousand,
Don't make people to ask for change in return come forward to give what belong to the customer,
I do have proper bill for proof,

A message arrived today i. E. On 3/6/2019 that there is off. Rs.500 on purchase of rs.1349 valid till 2/6/2019. What's the value of that offer? Customer runs towards the nearest stores and selects their favorite clothes and at the counter they says that their is no offer. It's expired yesterday.
There is a request to the company that please improve this.
