I have ordered 4items (2 Trousers, 2Tshirts)from which me got with one less. One trouser was missing in the final package.. I think, the pack of trousers was looking like tampered little bit..i want my product back..I thought your service is genuine.. But now its seems to be not fine much
Could u please help me to get back my ordered trouser?..
Is there any chance..?

    Sir, on 16.03.2019 i purchased cloths in your reliance trends show room, ananatapur for rs. 5020/- for that your people are given rice cooker but no seal and purchase date is privided on guarantee card, hence i requested them to provide seal and date of purchase, but ur people rejected, then they writtenly submitted that no seal and date of purchase is required on gurantee card, hence my request is to avail gurantee on equipment please privide purchage date, bill number and seal to avoid legal problems in future.

      Myself dr diksha rewal, yesterday i done shopping of 5600rs from reliance trends lake city mall udaipur, i got a message on 9th march (Shop for rs [protected]@trends store & get rs 500 summer special offer coupon instantly redeemable on next purchase of rs 1000 or more till 31 mar. Shop now. T&c) from reliance trends ok as per this message i had done shopping of 5600 rs but they refuse to follow this message i done lots of call to customer care but they just doing timepass, due to lack of time we did the payement what they said but it was very disgusting thing that u guys refuse to obey your own message and i request you to do the needful as i am permanent customer of rt otherwise we lose faith on u, and i also complain this matter to consumer complain online site i hope u do something fast so that i take my complain back from consumer court

        The shirts & t-shirt are of wrong size packed by the staff of your shop. They misunderstood & packed the products of m size instead of l & when going to return the product, they denied. It was their mistake anyway. At least they should've shown some concern & shouldn't have denied directly.

          It's request to you that please provide paper carry bags when a customer shop from your stores which costs u max rs 5/-.
          Because a road side vendor who sells vegetables can afford to give a carry bag without any extra charges, where as his profit margin is too less as compared to your profit margin in clothes.
          When we take clothes from your store, we can not hold them in hand n go out.
          A small shop keeper who sells undergarments is also giving carry bags to carry purchased items.
          But u people charge 10rs for the same.
          Please consider this matter.

            Madam/Dear Sir,

            We are regular customer of your esteem organisation and ever since the shop you have opened at Barrackpore, we frequently visit your shop for purchasing of variety of garments and other assesories.

            During the time of shopping we have received various gift offer by you from time to time besides gift coupon though we have never redeemed any coupon as we normally shopping either before or after the valid time period is over.

            Today also we went to visit your shop at Barrackpore around 7.30 pm and we took 3 nos of online redeem coupon at Rs. 1000/- each. We were told that though these are online coupon but can be redeemed off line also. And before we start shopping, we confirmed the same from payment counter at ground floor that we can get redeem these coupon. Accordingly, after spending almost 1 hr 15 mints, we have purchased around Rs. 8500/- and approached for payment at Ist floor payment counter where we were refused of redeemtion of the coupons. We told him that we were told to redeem these coupon's off line also and today after we got confirmation from ground floor counter, we have purchased accordingly. But he refused acceptance of the coupons.May be he was right. Than your store manager came to us and we explained the same to him. He offered us for online purchase but could not assured us of our choicefull dresses.

            My question is that when these are online coupon, than why we were told to get redeem the same off line also? And why did ground floor counter staff also confirm the same before we start purchasing today? As I told at the beggening that we never plan of purchasing according to the valid date of redeem coupon.Already we have expired many gift coupon already received.
            We were misguided by your staff and lost valuable 75 minutes time in the process. I will never visit your shop again and I know that it is not your loss but it is my lose as the mentioned shop is very near to my residence. I hope your staff could have solved my problem in some way. Being a banker, I have handled many such situation. An organisation like yours, I have expected some more professionalism and maturity from you.

            Trends store staff member stole my money... When I ask check security they refused and misbehaved with me..
            When we visited on 11/03/19. There was one offer running there on fusion kurtas and avaasa kurtas.. Buy 2 get 100rs. Off. However at the time of billing staff told that there is no offer running on the same... And even today also when we visited again the same offer was there.. Pls confirm why we had not received the offer benefit on 11th...

              I had got coupon tickets from ad cinema Gorakhpur @ 250 coupon for 12 coupon. Total value rs3000. Ur store manager had not any information about this redeemable coupon. I had choose 2 trousers of Re 1400 each. At the billing counter staff refuse to redeem all the coupon against two artical. His concern was that one coupon is readme against one article only.
              My concern is that I have 12 coupon, for redeeming 12 coupon I had to purchase 12 articals. Is that fare? Is it a fare salepromotion method? Ur term & condition is clearly mention on back side of coupons. No any such kind Of terms & condition is mentioned that only one coupon will redeam again one articals.

              Although the behaviour o[censored]r staff is unbearable. Ur store manager doesn't have ur customer care no.

              Tomorrow is last day for redemption of coupons. I had totally loss for 3000:

              We are not expecting these cheap kinds of business with reliance. U are a big brand but u are also a thugs.

              Your people are giving the coupons only when the customers ask for it. They don't intendly give the coupons.I've missed my coupons twice. Now I rang him up and I asked for it, they told me to collect it the next day.

                Some sales staff name of one of them is mr. Priyankar saha of reliance trends agartala, tripura have intentionally mislead me and my friend about a offer and they told us that "if you spend ₹3000/- you will get gift coupons worth ₹2000/- which you can avail instently so if you wishes to avail it then select products for ₹5000/- and pay only ₹3000/-". But in reality the offer is "spend ₹3000/- and get ₹1000/- offline coupon and ₹1000/- online coupon which we can avail only if we buy for another ₹2500/- online". Actually we have selected clothes only around ₹2000/-but when we go to cash counter for payment then mr. Priyankar saha on the cash counter mislead us and we decided to go for more to avail the offer and buy for another ₹4000/- and it takes almost an hour to select the clothes. After that when we go for payment mr. Priyankar was not there and an another person was there and he also misguide us and also arrange our clothes of around ₹3000 in one side and rest on other and told me that you first make payment around ₹3200 to get your coupon from first floor and i paid that amount. They provide me two tipes of coupon and send me back. I come back with the coupon and after that i got to know the original offer.

                  Bought clothes from reliance trends ansal mall gurgaon. Clothes left color after first washing. Not only this atual clothes, this runined other clothes washed along with that one.
                  On 24th feb went to store for exchange... Their response was due to server issue they can not generate bills and exchange. They requested me to come in weekdays.
                  On 26th feb, visited again and after waiting a while, they denied again for exchange saying due to delay in reporting issue.

                  They could have said the same thing on 24th when it was not possible. Why did they ask the customer to come back

                    On 14th I have purchased clothes to gifted my wife and confirmed twice that it can be changed within 15 days but while yester day we go for change one dress then suddenly denied and told me that you have used coupon to purchase it but both girl at the time of purchase nothing told me about this policy or rule. Totally unfair and irresponsible behavior by staff. There are 2 more customers are also there with same kind of complaints.

                      Hi,

                      I purchased around 10-15 clothes during december-january from one of your store located at nagashettyhalli, badharappa layout, big bazzar, bengaluru, karnataka 560094. Since, we always buy clothes in advance and more than actual usage, we keep it all in almirah and one by one will use the clothes based on our needs. Recently i took out one of my shirt from my wardrobe, i came to know that the metallic tag (I dont know what is it called as) is still there in the shirt and i was not able to use on particular day. Yesterday i went to your store alongwith my family, to get it unlocked. The billing guy asked me to show the bills. I told him that since it was bought more than a month time, i don't have the bills because usually we keep the bills for a weeks time only if some item has to be returned or exchanged. However the shirt was having price tag to prove that it was purchased from reliance trends only, despite that he refused to unlock it. Then i asked him to talk to store manager for possible help. Then mr. Arul jayaraman, store manager came and told me absurdly that until you show me the bills i will not unlock it. Then i got upset that without my fault why should i suffer. It is the mistake of your security persons who could not check it on particular day and being customer having bought more than 10 items we are not supposed to check it. And also we are not supposd to keep all these shopping bills until some items are required to returned or exchanged. I request him again but he bluntly refused to unlock without bill. Now, you tell me what should i do and where should i go without my mistake to get it unlocked. After wasting 1/2 hour, i came back without any help and it was so frustrating with family that i have decided not to buy anything from such a bad experience. Please tell me how can i use that shirt now, where is my mistake, i am very upset on your store manager and his way of talking, please remove that fellow from there. You can call me at [protected].

                        Lost of coupons while in transit for 2500rs, can you please provide me the new coupons based on the phone number [protected].. I checked in store they have noted the serial number when they provided the coupons but now they are saying... We cannot do anything, stolen person can also redeem the coupons.. Then what steps reliance trends are taking.. Can't you ppl stop those coupons and provide me new one.

                        My name is mohammed jawahir residing in coimbatore. I am regular customer in trends for years. I am satisfied with the collections, price and quality. The customer service provided was good. I has a very good experience with trends till yesterday.
                        My friend gifted me a shirt bought from thudiyalur trends on feb 1st. I faced size issues i went for exchange today (I. E. Feb 10) around 1 pm to trends thudiyalur, coimbatore but i really had very very bad experience with the customer service provided by the manager of the store.
                        He saw the tag attached to the shirt and said it was washed. It was a gifted shirt and even used once or washed it. But he was not even ready to listen what i was trying to say and started talking rudely. He is going on kept on his argument that the shirt has been washed because the tag was shrinked and he smelled the shirt saying that the shirt has smell of a used one. He added that i don't have sixth sense and people having sense will not ask for exchange. Is this the way a manager should be speaking to customer? The manager words was very rude which made me stressed and i was in a shock that how come he speaks like this. I literally had very bad experience and service at trends thudiyalur branch.
                        It is not necessary for me to come for an exchange for used or washed clothes. There should be some technique or testing to find the clothes was washed or not but how he will say by looking the tag. There may be various reasons for the tag shrinked. He should have done that. He also said go and complaint wherever you want or even to the consumer court and you can't do anything. I was fed up by the behavior and unparlimentary words spoken by the manager.
                        I will be a customer to other branches of trends and not once again to thudiyalur. I will refer my friends and neighbors' not to shop over there.
                        I need two things to be done from your end.
                        First, i didn't return a used shirt. I will not use it until i get an exchange for it. You can do whatever testing you can do to find the shirt was washed or not. I need an exchange for my shirt.
                        Second thing i want an apology for that manager who never knew how to behave to a customer.
                        I need a justice for whatever happened today which made me very depressed.
                        Kindly let me know what has to be done from my end. I have attached the bill and tag for reference.

                            I have purchased cloth from reliance trend ashima mall bhopal, due to size issue i went to exchange the same but no size is available in same piece, so asked to get it altered but they are unable to do it. Then i asked for refund, the staff started arguing with me and he told not having any fear of consumer court.

                            The return policies are useless forcefully binding the customer.

                            I hope you will take an action against this.

                              Hi,
                              I purchased a top in the reliance trends, but due to some issues with the top i returned the top on the next day, they credited amount into the reliance card and handed to me and no one informed me the validity of the amount 899 in card, on card it was mentioned like life time validity. After few days i tried to swipe the card in trends but they are saying the amount in the card got expired and non returnable. What is this??? This is not any promotional balance that u added to my card so that u can have rights to takeover the amount, but this is my amount.. Without any reason how company can take that amount..? I hope this reliance trends is the very best marketing company but with this such type of things don't create doubts to do shopping in this. Please provide me the valuable way to get my amount back. I tried contacting people in the shop but no one replied me properly.

                                Hi, i did a shopping in reliance trends in bangalore near hosa road on 8th jan of 4394.03 rs via hdfc cc and i was told i would get cashback of 500 in 2 days but its been 2 weeks i have not got the cashback. Please help me with it. I tried reaching the showroom on call but i couldn't. I have checked with my cc customer desk they have confirm they have not got any communication or cash deposited in account from vendor regarding any cashback

                                  I hv purchased clothes on 26.1.19 from reliance trends, situated at bestech mall, mohali.. They charged me rs. 5/- for paper bags. When i objected the counter boy told me go and contact customer care department of the store.
                                  When i contacted the customer care executive and manager they both told me our company has given us clear instructions to charge for the same. When i told them about recent case of lifestyle store which was published in newspapers on 5.1.19 in which lifestyle had been been fined for same thing, after listening to this they both says we don't care about such cases. If you wish you can also go and file case against us. Our managment says we don't care about such cases.
                                  Daily many people objects for same thing but we don't care for such cases.
                                  This is something against the decisions of the court and such company must be punished who do not care about the decisions of the respected court.

                                    We have purchased 3000 worth items in trends store and received worth 2000 vouchers and now they are saying vouchers are valuable on purchase of footwear only. But at the time of purchase the voucher is available for all the products. We are giving complaint about this issue. So please look into our issuse and get it be resolved. Is this the way you give the trust to the customers.

                                      I have bought a sweater shirt and a sweater of Duke brand from Reliance Trend Dehradun on 20.01.19 . Offer was going on by one and get one free on duke. After coming back home i realised that sweat shirt is small, so i called reliance trend customer store of dehradun on same date that i wanted to return one sweatshirt .. he said that you can come next, i had also informed that my mother will be coming to exchange the sweatshirt they said that you can buy any thing of duke below the price you have paid. But today my mother went to store for exchange the staff denied that they want the another sweater also and they cannot exchange the sweatshirt and so many new stories . Its so embarrassing and annoying i have paid and wanted to return within two days but still they are not responding. I want to return and i can take anything below my bill price its my right i dont know why the staff denied when they have already been informed regarding it.                                       Reliance Trends customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I left my spectacle in the change room in reliance tends manipal. I personally visited the store and informed the concerned authority but as on date no action has been taken. I request you to consider this on priority basis and help me in getting my spectacle back.
