My fried gifted a shirt which was purchased on feb 1st 2019 since it was big size so today i went to the same branch trends store. The store manager not accepted my product for return even though it has price tag and bill. He strongly belived it was used and washed.
He is not ready what i am trying to speak. I wanted to exchange this product asap...

I have purchased cloth from reliance trend ashima mall bhopal, due to size issue i went to exchange the same but no size is available in same piece, so asked to get it altered but they are unable to do it. Then i asked for refund, the staff started arguing with me and he told not having any fear of consumer court.

The return policies are useless forcefully binding the customer.

I hope you will take an action...

I purchased a top in the reliance trends, but due to some issues with the top i returned the top on the next day, they credited amount into the reliance card and handed to me and no one informed me the validity of the amount 899 in card, on card it was mentioned like life time validity. After few days i tried to swipe the card in trends but they are saying the amount in the card got expired and non returnable. What is this???...

Hi, i did a shopping in reliance trends in bangalore near hosa road on 8th jan of 4394.03 rs via hdfc cc and i was told i would get cashback of 500 in 2 days but its been 2 weeks i have not got the cashback. First time i shopped at s. Kolathur store, chennai bought goods for rs. 12, 000+ they didn’t pack all the items. That time your executive encouraged me with offer saying up too 500 rs if you pay through paytm, but till now I haven't received any single rupee for that, now I am demanding trends to give the same for falls information trough gift card.

I had purchased t shirts worth 3, 400 and was about exchanged them, as i didn’t like the clothes they gave me a reliance trends card with money on the reliance card and said i can use that card to buy clothes round the year whenever i like, after 6 months i went with the card and the receipt now they r saying sir according to the policy return on the back side of the receipt within 3 days you can exchanged the clothes. Tomorrow (13.01.2019), i tried to get credit note at 07.50. P. M.in reliance trend centre, at rohtak (Haryana) to exchange some items earlier purchased, but sorry to say that it could be settled at 09.00 p. M. After more than one hour.
Apart from this, no basic facilities like sitting space to wait my family members (Ladies and 8 years female child), inoformation/regression from staff etc.

The product was showcased was kept as a discounted one but at the time of billing the person said that it wasn't on discount. Before billing i asked the salesman named mahendar also but he told me that it is 50% on discount. They wasted my 1hour in this.. I m really frustrated because of this.
