I visited the reliance trends store in Express avenue yesterday (15, july, 2023) with my family. Had a very bad shopping experience. The store had pathetic staffing with only one sales representative and three others including the store manager on the billing counter. Recieved zero help from the store representatives. I have purchased from Reliance trends kovilbakkam chennai branch on 25 th sunday June. Double time payment was done from g pay. Store person said bill was not generated for the first payment and made me pay again . Bill amount is 4499. 3 weeks over but I did not get my refund kindly do the needful. I want the refund.

Reliance trends lalitpur is not providing the information related to present offers available to the customers. Currently they are offering 3999/- free shopping, after purchase of Rs.3999/-. But the store manager refused to provide the same.

I, Sanjeev Kumar, Account No [protected] had made payment through PNB One App by scanning at Reliance Trends Ambala city on 08 Apr 2023 at 9.30 pm vide transaction particulars UPI/[protected]/P2V/reliancetrends.[protected]@hdfc for Rs 5083. But the same was not credited to the receiver as their server was timed out.

Therefore, again at 9.41 pm vide transaction particulars UPI/[protected]/P2M/reliancetrends. [protected]@hdfc at Reliance Trends Ambala city on 08 Apr 2023 the another transaction for the same amount was made this time transaction was successful. But the amount of 5083 which was deducted from my account was not refunded as yet. Inspite of my repeated complaint the issue was not resolved as yet. Punjab National bank has provided me with their report that both the transactions have been successful and both the payments had been credited to reliance trends. So you are requested to provide me the address of your head office and regional offices to file suit against the authority for reversion of my hard earned money.

Item purchased on 28th May. Amount deducted twice via card transaction and UPI. Till date no refund. Employee(female) at the store least interested to resolve the issue

On 21/06/2023 by UPI transaction 3521.50 rs. debited from my account but they denied to not recieved the money.After that I made case payment for above bill.
But still today I didnt receive refund from Reliance Trends farrukhabad.

Iwould like to register a grievance regarding a recent purchase I did from a Reliance Trends Footwear shop in Ranchi.
I bought a pair of shoes from the shop, and after wearing them for just 1-2 days, I noticed a manufacturing defect in the shoes. There is improper stitching in both the pairs in the heel area which is causing shoe bite. Just after minimal use, there were cuts and bruises on both of my ankles.
I took the shoes to the shop and demanded a replacement since the item was defective, but they told me to wait for around ten days while they tried to resolve the issue. I notice that the store owner took a few photos of the shoes, but the defect was not visible in those since it's inside the lining of the heel area.
Upon calling them up today, they have informed me that they will not be able to replace the product since the "product team" has denied replacement. He also said that he will not be able to retrun them since he cannot sell them to another customer. I asked him why he wanted to sell defective shoes to another customer?
I am now left with a pair of shoes which I cannot wear due to the defect, and basically they are useless to me.
This kind of after-sales service is abysmal and is not expected from an established brand like Reliance.
I would like you to look into this matter with priority and take some action to either replace the defective product, or issue a refund, or at least issue store credit worth the same amount.

Saturday purchased from thrissur trends lot of dress, due some size issue we have went to shop for exchange . Very bad behavior from manager and they not ready to exchange due to their mistake in tags for same items indifferent price . They asked additional amount for exchange the same material with less price by manger . Kindly review and support

Client - Reliance Trends

I have visited Reliance Trends, Ghoshpara Road, Shyamanagar, North 24 Parganas outlet on the mentioned date at 7:30 P.M. The management of the outlet is extremely non cooperative. They are not at all aware and updated about the offers. A frock for 7-8 years girl, having the price printed as Rs.1049/- and the manually it was written on the tag that it was in an offer at Flat 599/-. But when I came to the cash counter, the system shows its price Rs. 799/-. That means the manager is not aware and updated about the price of a product under his jurisdiction. Does Reliance pay the value of my time I have to waste there for their employee's callousness?

On 18th june, i have done shopping on reliance trends for 4702 and i have paid the amount through debit card, the amount got deducted from my account but the cashier said error in our mission and amount has been reversed.
so I have paid cash again and done my shopping.
But 48 hours over till now i didn't get any reversed amount RS 4702 from the reliance trends.
Please help me to get my money back.

I have done a payment of Rs 1558.25 at Reliance trends store via Paytm Upi method.The payment was successful from my Paytm app.But it wasn't received by the merchant.Due to this I was unable to place my order despite money being deducted for them from my account.Attached screenshots for transaction.

I have bought 3 kurtis from trends madurai showroom few months back. Last Sunday I wore one of them for the first time.
Next day after a single wash my dress became a mess.
There are stains here and there.
Before wash it was good. But after single wash my dress is not looking good. Stains of the print was all over my kurti.

Please exchange this top for me. I want replacement of the same dress on same size (xs).
Kindly do the favour.

I bought 3 kurtis from Anna Nagar show room few months back. I wore one among them last Sunday for the first time.
Next day after a single wash my dress became mess. There was stain all over the dress.
Even though I took due care for the dress, I washed the dress separately by hands, not even machine.
Still stains of printing was there .

Totally disappointed now.
I request you to replace the same in same size (XS)
I always rely on trends for the quality and look. But now after a single wash I was very much disappointed about the poor quality.

I bought products of ₹3999 where there was offer to get extra ₹3999 product from taramandal reliance trends store gorakhpur. I bought clothes for my family. Next day i exchanged few of them for bigger size and change color of same product and same price. Not even changed the brand then also i was forced to pay ₹500 extra to get change of size. They also talked very rude and very uncooperative. I even asked at the time of purchase that can i exchange it and they agreed. But next day they refused to do so

As we get the offer message from Trends, we visited Attur branch, Trends. The offer is that by purchasing ALL PRODUCTS worth of rs.3999, get apparel worth for rs.3999 as mentioned.but, they denied giving all products by keeping only selected products for sale for offer products and cheating customers.

Bought tshirt on 1st may 23 from relaince trends christian basti guwahati... After one wash colour gone and cloth also seen damaged as well. Due to unavoidable situation complaint submitted lately. Hope for necessary action

I had purchased 1 trouser, 2 t-shirt & 1 track pant from reliance trends palladam branch.

After billing i had checked the bill found that there was amount was high from my purchase. Found a problem, they had kept unoffered product in offered place.

After discussion with team & store manager, they told we cannot change the bill you can buy any product for the same amount. Then angrly I had the product with extra amount and went to work.

After reaching room, i checked the fitting, but it was unfit, the. I went to shop i asked for replace the product, but the manager had denied to change the product.
