I forgot to take my credit card after billing yesterday evening. I was calling to the phone numbers mentioned in the bill but no one is receiving the call.
I am very much worried.

Offer mentioned on display is not passed on and Cashier and its member are not aware and after billing they are asking for Complete Payment as per MRP. On 19.05.2023 i purchased track pant having MRP 799 and offer price Rs 499. After goig home crossed check the price of itema it was come into notice thaf Offer on track pant was not given. On 20.05.2023 went back for discussion with cashier he said that offer is not valid and system is not...

On 19.05.2023 selected Track pant of Rs 799 and offer price Rs 499 .But after billing, next day it came into our notice that offer was not given. On 20.05.2023 went for cross check. Cashier told that they are also not aware of it. Told me to select any other item of eqyivalent amount. So Selceted Casual pant of Rs 1049 and offer price was flat Rs 699.To adjust amount picked up one 8-10.yrs boys socks. Went to Cashier for billing. After billing the cashier said that There is no offer on Pant and you have pay extra Rs 449. On asking for cancellation of bill he argued and said that its possible. All the staff are cheating and they really make fool of customer by just putting offer so that customer get attract. Very poor response and bad treatment. one should visit such shop and take photo of each every area from were they are picking cloth with offer price mentioned.Also coupon what they giving are also sometime not active and you donot get offer. Then you have make one more visit on some another day to redeem coupon. Please be aware of Reliance Trends wadi Branch.

If a customer enters your outlets, kindly provide chairs. What if a pregnant women or old persons come. Have some humanity. Kindly provide chairs for us and even for your employees.

I’m Prathamesh Tare from Mahim wanted to inform you about the unprofessional behaviour at Dadar’s Trends.
I was doing some shopping, at that time one of your volunteers came and told me about today's offer which was written on every clothing stand, that if you do the shopping above Rs. 4000 then you will get some gift hamper by paying some minimum cost.
I did the shopping accordingly for Rs. 5000+ (Bill No. FR3W[protected]). While paying the bill I asked him about the gift. The guy straight away denied it and said we don’t have any kind of offer going on. Then I asked him, why you guys promoting by insisting customers to do a shopping of Rs.4000+ will get a gift hamper.

Please do provide me with a valid reason. Else I’ll register a complaint against this case.

However, that billing counter guy also denied ironing the messy palazzo. Instead of asking it before buying it to one of your volunteers about the iron stuff and that volunteer said yes (We will iron it out once you do the billing) but this billing guy was very unprofessional behaving and denied everything and no one was coordinating with any client properly.

It was a very unprofessional experience I had in Dadar Trends.

There were initially billing counters on both the floors at Trends Wardha. But now there is a billing counter only on the upper floor. This floor belongs to men and kids stuff. Women have to go up for billing and this is since a long time now. It causes inconvenience for people.

Your store staff didn't allowed me to exchange my dresses to higher price than to dresses which i had bought on 13/05/2023 from your store. He told me that you have to exchange your dresses in same price tags. I told him that i will be paid for extra money for that but he didn't allowed. If your company have these kinds of exchange policy i definitely warn to my friends and family not buy from your store.

Customer service provide for exchange procedure is not there. Not informing the customer about exchange process before hand.Made the customer walk arround the store multiple times to get the necessary gate pass and stuff as there is no proper guidnce. The attitude of cashier is rude.

I am Biplob Deb Barman, I purchased from your trends shopping mall on 13/04/2023 whose address is (117/BB SEN ROAD KHAGRA, BERHAMPORE, MURSHIDABAD, WEST BENGAL -742101) Bill no: S#5823.when I shop your staff tells me that if you shop for 6000/- you will get 2000/- discount offer then I bought above Rs 6000/-and got Rs.2000/- discount and asked at your counter what can I do if I want to exchange these items then your staff assured me that yes you can exchange within a month.
After there or four days I went to your trends shopping mall to exchange an item and they told me that we have a new trends mall open, go to that store there are lots of item and exchange form there I want your new store for exchange as they said, The address of the new trends shopping mall is (TRENDS: Rabindranath Tagore Rd, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal -742101:[protected]and the staff at your new store says we can not do the exchange today it's too crowded come another day.
I visited your new store again after three-four days and then they said we have a server problem and we can not exchange even today. and went the next day and they said the same problem and was turned away that day too.
Again Today 11/05/2023 visited your new (TRENDS: Rabindranath Tagore Rd, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal -742101:[protected] mall and said why you are not doing this and why you are harassing us day after day then two staff (Mr. Samir Mandal and Subrata--- The name were displayed in batches above their pockets)your new store are using misbehaviour with us and when I told him to Mr.Samir Mandal why I can not exchange and why returning day after day Mr Samir Mandal said that you go to the Showroom where you bought it, they will give it, we can not give it then I told him that if you could have told us this first then we would not have come to visit your mall we would have gone to the place where we bought.Then he said who said no I can not say that I am telling you its final I can not change it and treated us very rudely and badly. If he talks to customers like this then we will be afraid to go to the showroom.

I told you all this through mail and also informed that the last date of my exchange is tomorrow 12/05/2023.

Request you to please guide what should I do next.

While billing the concerned person has exchanged my pants with smaller size and I did not notice it while collecting them ad there were many cloths. When I go to exchange today they say it not possible. What do I do with the dress which doesn't fit me. And it was sthe mistake of the concerned staff who wrongly put my pants with other size.

I had Visited the RElaince Trends, Mundra Branch on 5th May 2023, Friday.
I had made payment of Rs. 8376.50 /- for the shopping, using the G pay UPI and scanning the QR code given by them. The amont got deducted from my bank but they said it was not received by them and asked me to wait for 24 hours to get refund of the same.
TIll date, I am still waiting for the same. After following up with the branch maager, he is saying that the amout is not reflecting in their system and has informed their HO for the same.
Still I am waiting for the refund of the amount.

Please resolve it at the earlisest as 8376. 50/- is not a small amount for me .

I purchased clothes worth 1108 on 5th May 2023, at Reliance Trends, Perundurai.. i paid via Google Pay and got the amount debited from my account, but the sales guy told he did not recieve it as their server was down, i had to wait for a long time ...but they still dint recieve the amount in their end, i had to pay twice, i still didn't recieve my money that was debited first time, they assured me it will be refunded in 48 hours but I haven't got any update still!

Today I did shopping at reliance trends situated in Hingoli, Maharashtra . At billing counter, salesperson said that card payment is not available as machine is not working . I got very frustrated because it's very irresponsible, n unprofessional behaviour, dat a reputed store is having a single card reading machine, which is also not functioning. I wanted to make dual use of my debit card- redeem my credit points n add new points to it.
Senior authority please look into this n provide atleast 3-4 atm reading machine at each store

The behavior of the lady staff was very bad and irritating.

She called me:- pata nahi kaha se aa jate hai faaltu log.

Please train this staff lady of Bikramganj Reliance Trends on how to talk to Customer and how to deal.
These type of people spoil the name of such a big brand. My first experience was very bad and this lady staff ruined my whole day.

The staff in reliance trends palamaneru are very reluctant to exchange product which I have brought the previous day.. the mention of reasons being only female staff will exchange the product itseems and they are not available even in working hours .. other reason being there is system failure for exchange bill only itseems but not for regular billing and the staff are advising us to give complaint in return.. we lose trust and interest in buying in trends in future with this type of attitude

Hi today I visited reliance trends showroom at poojappura trivandrum. I parked my car in front of entrance door and while parking my car no staff came to guide me and aftr I came out of the car security staff came and he wants to park the car in the adjacent track. As poojappura is a conjested junction it is very difficult to park in another track. Due to the rude behaviour of security staff I didn't do the shopping and just left the shop. Please give proper training to your staff in customer service. This incident happened today 2/5/2023 at 6 pm

When I checked the price of the same product on Jio mart I was shocked by seeing lot of difference on the same products.
Kindly explain me why there is lot of difference in the price .
