I have selected an offer item shows 3 @rs 499/- (FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE ONLY). But at cash counter no offer shows for the same. The staff moving in the store confirm me about the offer. And the situation I faced by carrying my 1year old son. Even after that no one from your staff listened to my complain.

Hi, I bought some tshirts from one of your store which is located in haldwani, nainital on 16 Feb of this year. And those tshirts were new arrivals. First time I went for your brand. But the experience was worst. That t shirt got shrink after one wash..nw tht t shirt is wastage fr me.. If you cn do something fr me I l be thnkfull... But I don't have bill of tht bcz I never think that it will be happen with this brand...

I am Vishal Pathak ([protected]) have bought American Tourister bag from Reliance Trends (Banglore) - Kamannahali Main Road. I am living in Gujarat, Vadoara. I bought Cabin bag in November and in March its one of wheel broken. I approached to service center (Loachan Service Center, Vadodara, India) as it was in warranty period. After keeping a bag for a week they fix new wheel in bag but still alignment was not proper and hence they kept it for more 3 days but still they could not fix it. Technician himself confirmed about complete faulty batch of Americal Tourister bag and received similar multiple complaints as mine. I took my bag back as i have to travel and while coming back my another wheel of bag broken as well. Same issue again with another wheel proves manufacturing defect. Service Center is pushing to have a word with Reliance. I believe replacement is required of product as it proved to have manufacturing defect.

respected sir, i have purchased 4 formal pant from relaince trends haldwani of brand john player . 4 days before i have seen manufacturing defect in 2 pants. today i have gone to haldwani center for complain but their staff has not entertained and said no complain is seen of mine .

Im Ashwin from Hyderabad bought LED 32inches smart TV from Reliance Trend, Shivam road x roads, Hyderabad on 28/3/15 in the name of R Satyanarayana, mobile no: [protected] but till date we didn't get proper service from reliance. On 30/3/15 the product which was delivered is damaged one, after many follow ups with reliance customer care yesterday we received but again problem raises in fitting the TV. Your customer care agent sunitha promised that both delivery and fitting will be done on same day but it's not happen. We are fedup with this service and its very poor service which we didn't like it at all. Take immediate action against this.

After purchase for redeeming the points from card the staff of the above out let said that "you can redeem it next time" this type of answer for 2-3 times. Yesterday I visited your out let in Kottayam, Kerala the staff said that the date of birth entered in the card is with 2001 so you a minor as per our records so you can't redeem it now. But my original date of birth is 14/041980. I think the data entered by the staff at the time of issuing the card at Kannur outlet they make the mistake. I am writing this mail regarding a complaint that I want to lodge against store manager of reliance trends, jayanagar 4th block, bangalore. Today i.e.20thMar, 2015 I bought around 1300 rupees stuff from r.trends in jayanagar 4th block, bangalore around 6pm. When I passes through security gate, suddenly there was beep sound however it was only due to some previous tag in my trouser from westside. But the store manager instead of apologising to me, spoke in a rude manner and stating things like dont come back if you dont wish to, He was pathetic in his behaviour. I am amazed how can a good name like reliance appoint such managers so insane in their behaviour. He has expressed the most horrible customer behaviour. I demand an apology email from him very soon.Otherwise I would have to escalate this to consumer court for trying to humiliate me.I am sure Reliance would try to understand my problem and how humiliated i felt. Recently bought a Netplay T-shirt from Reliance trends and with in 4th wash the T-shirt was not in an actual shape and color got faded. Although the price of the product was 799/-INR. It's not worth for the value of money i spent. Need some action on this!

Hi this is keyur ([protected]) (royalty card no[protected] I had been to your retail trends outlet on 18.03.2015 at Aundh, Pune I have purchased three t-shirts worth of Rs. 597/-. A banner was seen that on minimum bill of Rs. 200, parking charges of Rs 10 will be refunded (parking bill no. 190, two wheeler). I was surprised that I was denied the refund amount. I would like to mention that I have following higher value purchases from reliance group as under: On 27.02.2015 - purchase value of Rs. 9033/- On 18.01.2015- purchase value of Rs. 39896/- The above transactions may be verified from my royalty card number and if required bill the photocopy will be made available. It is observed that how unethical practice does reliance group follow. I am sure you are loosing such customer for retail grocery purchase monthly. Even D'Mart is much nearer to Your Reliance store. I hope satisfactory action is taken.

Dear sir, I purchased a lenovo s850 handset 6months back In your shop but 2months back repaired a moble in your shop but again we suffered a display problem already I handover my phone in your shop on 23rd feb 2015 but there is no responsed from your side properly. Iam a loyal customer of your reknown outlet, but its very dissapointing to see very much unaccepted behavior of staff of reliance trends at billing counter 1st floor in shillong, if this is the way you carry on u with your customers, within no time you will loose them all, abusing a customer is crossing the limitation, better prove the customer handling section please

I have purchased a shirt of john miller from reliance trends store at gomti nagar lucknow on 05.01.2015. i have made cash payment . MRP was 1299. there was discount of 30% so i have paid Rs. 909. But after third wash shirt' color has been changed and looked faded It is 1.5 half month old product. How the color has been changed and if your it is defective why u keep these products in your branded outlets. Please get it replaced or i want my money back. Now my problem is, , Yesterday Night at around 9pm I went to reliance trends at Alpha One mall, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I want to check my points in Reliance One card and want to redeemed it. My 50% cash back points were to added at 30th January 2015. your executive told me Before 10 to 12 days where i was go to ask him that time he told me. Actually I want to know that were my points add in card? but there was not any attending person yesterday night around 9pm, I wait till 30 minutes but no one came to give me information on inquiry(helping desk). Your all executives told me that our sir was go to wash room will come within 5 to 10 minutes, all are given me wrong information and even did not give a concern person contact number and mail id for complain. its a worst experience of my life. Is that a way to behave a customer? please take action on your staff and call me for confirmation, even my cash back points also not added in card which was add on 30th january 2015 and not added on 3rd February 2015. I have purchased trousers from Reliance Trends, Belgaum-02 on[protected] vide CIN No. U01100MH1999PLC120563 Bill Amount Rs. 3249.00, but the sizes printed on the trousers (34) are different when measured (36) actually. When contacted your shop they told these cannot be exchanged or refunded. But the the fault is made by your company Reliance Trends. Purchased date: 16- Nov-2014 Product Details: Brand Name: Net Play (Reliance Home Brand) First time used date: 25 December 14 Trouser color Black Complaint: Actually, It seems that instead of Trouser I bought a dust and thread Magnet. The material used by the company is that pathetic that it is impossible to wear. It looks like wearing dust and pieces of threads as all dust particles and threads pieces gets on it. Hi, I am a regular customer of reliance trend. Once i left my sunglass inside the trial room, around 10 min later when i remind my sunglass, it was not with me immidiately i rushed into the trial room but i didn't find. Then i asked many sales mans, customer services, among them one sales man told me He saw the glass near the trial room, in the basket still i didn't find my glass.Now question is not the 2000 Rs glass. Question is ur salesman, customer service persons didn't show any interest/ give any response to find my sunglass. So I lost My interest to go reliance trends for shopping. I've purchased a pair of clothes on 3rd of January 2015 in Kakinada. One amongst them is a Performax T-Shirt and has a tag saying 50% off. At the the time of billing, Mr M.Suresh informed me that the T-shirt has the tag saying 50% off but it is eligible for only 30% off. My concern is that I don't understand how a reputed company like reliance can fake such kind of discounts. Whatever is the discount it should be pinned to the garment accurately, instead of pinning fake discount tags. I have the snapshots of Billn paid and Dissount tags. Please let me know what can be done on this. And what is the reason for this happening.
