ProcweHi my name is prabhjot. My contact no is [protected]. I belong to ferozepur city and i visited trilium mall amritsar on 10 nov and did shopng of around 3000 rs nd when i made the payment that person who ws there at payment desk told me that on purchase of rs 2400 we provide u gift coupons of 1000. Which means on purchase of minimum 2000 we will give discount of 1000 rs. But this offer starts from 11 nov so u can get this discount from tmrw. I already selected one handbag and belt of rs 2100 and i specially stayed amritsar to get that offer nd next day i.e on 11 nov in morning i reached trillium mall at sharp 11.00a.m nd then i took both hand bag and belt and before taking again confirm the scheme from sale representative. They again assured me that yes mam u wil gt discount of rs 1000 but whn i reached billng desk person told me that mam there is no discount on dese brands. I talked to manager he said mam we apologise we did nt inform u that this discount is for reliance brands only nd they havent displayed ny board which describe us about this things that this offer is for certain selected brands of reliance however i purchased these things from reliance trends only. I am reLly disappointed from this act of some stupid ppl why sholud i suffer???? I am also working women working as manager in bank. I took specially off from bank. Is dis a way ur ppl behaving with the customers or befooling us by providing incomplete information or trapping us for getting their sales. I really need some strict action on dis and want my things back at the discounted price. I am waiting for ur cal or ur action

    My friend had gifted a shirt on my birthday 2.11.2013, brand john player size 40, i told him, that i need 42 size, he got 42 size on 05.11.2013, again this time it was 42 size slimfit, which again do not go correct to me, this time i went to get it changed . the persons at reliance trends refushed . I had written a complaint and left the shirt with them. Settle it at the earlest possile .Reliance trends . Reliance Retail Limited.     behavior of persons not good.
    I have purchased a Frendz Dungarees bearing product code no.[protected] on 14/6/2014 at 9:16 pm at Gulbarga Outlet for my daughter's birthday & since it was closing time I purchased the same in a hurry after getting assured from the salesman that the same can be exchanged if the size does not fit. But after trying it at home it was a bigger size & I approached the reliance trends outlet on 16/6/2014 for exchange the same. But the customer service desk refused to exchange saying that the product which I had purchased is under offer sale which is illegal and it amounts to deficiency of service. That due to the illegal act of the company I have sustained great mental agony and harrasment besides monetary loss since I had to purchase another dress for my daughter's birthday. Hence I claim Compensation of Rs.10, 000/-alongwith exchange of the product, failing which I shall be constrained to file a complaint before the consumer forum at Gulbarga.

      I had been to Reliance Trends retail outlet on 21/10/2013 and spend couple of hours selecting my choice of merchandise. During the time of billing i wanted to make part payment in cash and part using Reliance Trends Gift Voucher dated Oct 8, 2013 (validity for 6 months). However, the Department Manager refused to honour it since it was not updated in the system, citing reasons that it was issued by Retail Trends Richmond road. Even though i tried making the stores people understand that this is a gift voucher issued and endorsed by Reliance Trends retail with a company seal as well!!! Still it was not honoured. Really disappointing service levels, i urge you not to waste Customers' time and stop issuing Reliance Trends vouchers through the Credit card redemption unless you are really serious of honouring your commitments. Reliance trends has something to learn from other retail stores like Megamart who honoured the gift vouchers issued on the same date and that is customer service for us.

        I have purchased a pair of shoes 'SKECHERS' bearing article no.[protected] from Reliance Foortprint, Elante Mall, Chandigarh vide invoice No. 43 dated 14th July, 2013. I am really disappointed of the quality of shoes of international brand. The said pair of shoes is not in a wearable condition in just two months. Its pasting has uprooted from different places and its nylon cloths has also torn off itself. I have complained about this to your outlet at Elante Mall, Chandigarh either to repair the same or to replace it. Your outlet issued me receipt No. 002 dated 2.10.2013 and assured me that my pair of shoes either will be replaced or repaired by 10.10.2013 positively. On 11.10.2013, I made a call to Mr. Kulbir, Salesman at your outlet and he informed me that I can take back my pair of shoes as it is. I also made a call to Mr.Sarabjit Singh, Store Manager on his mobile No. [protected] and he showed his inability to replace or repair and asked me to take back my shoes. It is really surprised to see that such an international company is behaving like this and unable to replace my shoes which is of international brand. Your international company is dealing with international brands. One who has come to your outlet for purchase of shoes has not spend petty amount for such purchases. A pair of shoes costing above Rs.3000/- means something and one person expect that it should atleast worry-free for one year.But this pair of shoes is not in a wearable condition even after a period of two months even it is used randomly. I request you to kindly replace this pair of shoes immediately.

          Sir, We purchased two shirts from your stall, the advertisement shows 40%off on that particular products. But on billing we find 100/- off on one shirt and other 40%off. Why that difference , we are misguided by you. That is one type of hidden activites . We cannot expect that type of activities from your end.             If a good company didnt get good employees , respect that company have earned falls like indian rupee . Relaince trends is a company with good variety of cloths but arrogant and staff . i bought 2 jeans of MSD costing 1600 and 1800 from sangli (maharashtra ) . for alteration i relied on their tailor and customer care repres. but hail. . . . they madhe 3/4th :O am just shocked as anyone could be . . just a sign taken on paper gives right to official to treat customer like slaves . . . unexpected by trends . . ma LAST shopping . RIP TRENDS

              I have made purchase in Reliance Trends on August 15 2013.

              Shop address:
              No:313/314, kamaraj Road commerical street, bangalore- 560042.

              Grievence:

              I have purchased of 12 pieces of dress and one piece of JOHN PLAYERS
              SHIRT (size 40) was having size problem. I want size 42 to be exchanged with same brand and same colour.
              I have contacted customer service and they said they cant exchange. So I have contacted
              manager, he was not responding me properly. He said NO EXCHANGE for the purchase I made.
              No where in the shop it was mentioned/displayed about No EXCHANGE. Manager has showed me a terms & condition rules,
              it was also not showing any particulars on Exchange.I asked him for the contact details of senior manager,but he said he is the superior in that shop
              and no one can help me.

              I travelled from Indhira nagar to commerical street to replace/exchange my dress, the responce I got it was disappointing, frustrated and harassing.

              I want fair treatment.Apart from lossing money am totally hurt by the way they reacted.

              Please try to act on this and help me in getting my piece exchanged. Many customers like me will also get disappointed when they reach reliance Trends for exchange.

              Reliance Trends — Very poor Response

              I went to Reliance trends chromepet chennai started recently . The sales person got poor knowledge about the product.They openly complained to me about the lack of training.It is a total disappointment
              Pls have a visit to the traditional stores enjoy shopping.
              Very, Very poor irresponsible of manager - Reliance Trends (Chromepet Branch in Chennai)

              Today we have selected 15 items for my son T-shirt and pants @ 8:55 PM Sunday (3-Nov-2013) in Reliance Trend of Chromepet branch 1st floor once we selected the 15 items then we went to the billing section in 1st floor, sales person told me that go to ground floor for billing and same time we got the announcement from the customer care stating the showroom will be nearing its closing time.

              Suddenly we were going to stand in the queue for billing counter from ground floor @ 9 PM. Billing person suddenly went out @ 9:05 PM without any information. we are waiting around 20 mints for 10 persons in that queue, Nobody response. But again, again they are the announcing by customer care (at 9:25 PM) showroom will be closing soon. after that we went to ask the customer care person saying that your billing person is not available in that counter, he went out around 20 mints no information we were waiting more than 20 mints in that queue.

              He told me that do not ask anything, put the items down then go out. After that I asked the customer care announcing person that who is the manger?, he told me that he is the manger.

              I don't know what is happening in the reliance trends showroom they are not giving response to customer. Very bad so after that we are throw the items in the showroom and we went off.

              Undeniably we are going to share this issues to all my friends in social network what we faced this issues on reliance trend in chromepet Branch, Chennai.

                Hi, Reg "Coolest summer offer" from Reliance trends from Jayanagar branch (Maruthi Retails). I have purchased for 5000rs and received gift coupon for 2000rs. The coupon can is reedemable between 21st June 2013 and 30th June 2013. I have purchased for 600rs on 22nd June 2013 and 600rs on 30th June 2013. When i was redeeming coupon for 500rs, authorities were telling that the bill should be 1000rs in single transaction. They haven't accept 2 bills, eventhough during the offer period. But "single transaction of 1000rs" is not mentioned in coupon and department manager told that its "terms and condition". So this is a hidden offer. Just to get the coupon, we have to purchase for 2500rs and to redeem that, we have to again purchase for 2000rs. The adverisement should be like "shop for 4500rs and get gift coupon of 1000rs". Please don't cheat the public.

                  Hi, I visited Reliance Trends at Dwarka, New Delhi. I noticed there that they were not refunding the change after cash payment. The person just before me in the billing counter went without taking the change. I purchaed something for Rs 198 and gave them Rs 200 and they kept the amount and gave me the bill. When I asked for the change of Rs 2 the guy told me that they do not have any change and gave me glaring looks as if I have committed a grave mistake. I felt very insulted in that crowded counter. Wow!!!!! Reliance has found a new way of revenue and maintaining their Legacy of looting people (or fools like us who goes to Reliance Trends). Rs 2/- may be very less in today's context, but it is a part of my hard earned money.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have purchased some 7/8 T-shirts(Netplay,Denizen),4 Jeans(denizen) etc on 07/04/2013 from your Reliance Trends Outlet at Kachiguda, Hyderabad, 500027 AP and left for my trip for kashmir, mumbai etc. I wore the garments just once and in the very first wash the T-shirts elastic parts got completely loosened, speaking about the bad quality of material and does not require any quality check department to satisfy.

                    Immediately after reaching Hyderabad, I approached the outlet and one Mr.Subba Rao VSS represented himself as stores manager and compared the garments with the new one and satisfied himself with the bad quality of T-shirts. He issued a credit note No.[protected] on 13/05/2013 for only one T-shirt "Netplay" brand but refused to issue the credit note or exchange the other 2 T-shirts of
                    "NetPlay" Brand Product code:[protected] Dark green and meroon color Tshirt with elastic band on shoulder and waist and
                    "Denizen" Brand Product Code:[protected]Red color Tshirt with Blue color shoulder band)

                    I requested the store manager to keep the material and send it to quality verification dept in your company to which also he refused. Alternately I suggested him to use and wash the similar Tshirt to satisfy himself to which also he didi not agree. I then called up your customer care number[protected] and apprised them about the facts and also made the store manager to speak to them, the phone got disconnected and the manager did not thought it necessary to call back. The Manager started giving reasons that I might have worne it more than once, I might washed it more than once, I might have not ironed it properly etc etc. I am prepared to leave the Tshirts at your outlet and the company can satisfy itself. The manager has forgotten I have purchased other 4/5 tShirts and Jeans for which i am not complaining anything.

                    I repeat that the Tshirts were worne only once and washed only once and the company can satisfy itself thru its quality check department.


                    Its not a matter of 2 Tshirts, its a matter of company policy, customer belief, customer satisfaction, brand reputation. I felt its my duty as well as right to bring this to the notice of the company. I expect the concerned official will consider it positively and do the needful.

                    Reliance Trends/T-Shirt — bad quality

                    i was suffered from bad quality of the cloth which i was buy from reliance trends, the colour was comes out in one wash.At the time of purchasing i was used the G.V of 500 which was given by the store on my previous purchasing. when they agreed to exchange my bad quality cloth they was saying it was return after deducting the value of that G.V which is 500(500*3) not on the MRP of the product (1499).i just want to know where is that 500.
                    i was buy it on Feb 2012 i have original invoice of the store.
                    I have same experience regarding Reliance trends quality, So I can say only that I will never purchases anything from Reliance Trends

                      I had purchased 3shirts from Reliance Trend (phoenix marketcity, kurla) on 09th may2013 for my papa..and also exchanged it on same day because i was not knowing my papa's shirt size.
                      When i exchanged it so bymistakly instead of size 40cm i had taken 2 shirts of 44cm.
                      So again on 12may 2013 when i went to exchange the size into 40cm so they refuse to exchange the size.
                      Now what to do. i had spoken with the staff as...

                      I purchased items worth Rs.5399/- from Reliance Trends Ltd. Saraidhela , Dhanbad , Jharkhand on 18th December 2012 at 12:35:43 with bill number C6273 #0002 SO4718 R006. The company had scheme of FREE SHOPPING – RS FIVE HUNDRED.WNTR FS HN purchases. As per the scheme I was given Coupon worth Rs. 1000/-. I visited above mentioned Reliance Trends at Dhanbad on 6th January 2013 for shopping , I consulted customer executive for claim of 1000/-. He said that it was valid upto 26th December 2012.But valid date for avail of free shopping is not written in the bill .
                      Please do the needful .

                        I faced a problem with reliance one card points, I regularly shop @ Reliance Fresh and trends, when i surrendered my temporary old card and they given me new card. Every day they are telling as there is SERVER PROBLEM. they aren't clubbing both cards.I have told them to ignore my old card, and to redeem the points accrued in NEW card bt it had not been done so far. customer service lapse.

                          I had bought a jacket from reliance trends(NAVYUG KAMLA BUSINESS PARK, EAST BORING, CANAL ROAD,PATNA-800014,BIHAR) worth Rs2299 and it was defective. The store has given me a receipt of the same amount which i can use for buying some other thing available in that store. The thing is according to the norms of the store or company i cant buy anything less than that amount and i don't find anything suitable for me in that range and i find myself in a very difficult situation where my money seems to be trapped.
                          whatever the rules are, it should not be a problem for the customer instead it should be for convenience of the customer.
                          kindly return the cash and solve my problem

                          Hi,

                          I too had made some purchases on 4th Jan 2013 worth Rs 3005 from Reliance Trends at Infinity Mall (Link Road Malad West, Mumbai 64 ).
                          After going home I found the Shirt defective after which I returned the shirt. The worst thing is that they did not have the similar shirt nor I found anything else worthwhile.

                          I asked for a refund and they said that they only issue Credit Note for Rs 800/-.
                          I just noticed that the Credit note showed the validity till 2nd May 2013. I just called and checked at the
                          Store at the nbr given i.e[protected]. They said that nothing can be done and I have lost my money.

                          This is RIDICULOUS.

                          Can anyone help me on this

                            I purchased two Oxemberg Pullovers from M/s Reliance Trends, Sri Srinivas Towers, Mossarambagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad - 500036 on[protected] costing Rs. 1299 + Rs. 999 = Rs 2298.

                            The Transaction was made via my credit card (SBI CARD) No. xxxx xxxx xxxx 7508 through HDFC swiping machine which gave printout with following particulars:

                            Date: 01/12/12 Time: 13:29::27 TID 42028586 INVOICE NUM: 001684 Batch Num. 000314
                            Print out shows Card Num: xxxx xxxx xxxx 7508 chip
                            Exp. date: xx / xx
                            Card Type: VISA

                            Person at Billing swiped the card again in Reliance Trends own machine without my consent and read cards details and also reads Exp. date as is shown in the Bill.

                            I objected to this and asked as to what details they have taken and stored. They told that whatever is taken goes to their Mumbai Server and do not get stored locally. I asked them to put that in writing and say nothing will be stored anywhere. Manager at store spoke to Mumbai at least 10 times and once made me to speak to Mumbai but they did not authorise Manager to give the same in writing. While this discussion was going on they were still continuing the same dual swiping with other customers too.

                            They kept me waiting at their stores for one and half hour and in the end did not cooperate. I have lodged this compliant in their Complaint book also. When I informed that I will go to police as the process being followed is unlawful and comes under Cyber Crime the Executive from Mumbai told the local Manager that they will deal with police but will not give anything in writing.

                            Please see that information on Bill is more than what is read on HDFC swiping machine.

                              I recently purchased some clothes for my baby from Reliance Trends Kidswear Brand "PANDA"....No only does the COLOR BLEED, THE FABRIC DYE COLOR GOT ONTO MY CHILD'S SKIN !!! ( This shows that the fabric Dye is of a very INFERIOR QUALITY )...How can a National Brand like Reliance trends be so CARELESS W.R.T THEIR QUALITY STANDARDS !!!

                              Reliance Trends should at least be ETHICAL when it comes to manufacturing KIDSWEAR !!!

                              This was my first experience shopping at Reliance Trends....and the LAST of course !....
                              I AGREE...PANDA KIDS WEAR IS NOT BABY FRIENDLY..AND THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY HIGH...THEY ARE JUST LOOTING US.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I had purchased today (28/10/2012) one pack of Jockey Bried ( pack of 3 pcs). When I came back home and opened the pack it was having only 2 pcs of brief against 3 pcs as mentioned over the box. I tried calling the Reliance Trends store but once the bell went then it became busy and when I tried again it was saying this number is not reachable. The Number is[protected].

                                I have now no time to go again to store and enquire about this, so I thought of speaking over phone to store manager but the phone is not reachable.                                   I have purchased a shorts on discounted price. Unfortunately I have observed at home that it is under sized. Next day I have requested to change with larger size. Store boy suggested to come after 1pm which is not mentioned on the bill. When I asked for the written documents regarding the exchange time, they fail to produce the same. After that I met with SD manager for the exchange. In reply he refused to replaced the garment even with higher size as the material sold with discounted price. First of all reliance people lies with product exchange timing and secondly refused to change the garments for higher size with criminal like behavior. Never never step into the Reliance trends, Benachity for purchasing any product. Beware, they are group of cheaters.

                                  Jayakumar coimbatore I have purchased two shirts from Reliance trends in Brook fields maal on 2/08/2013. By the time I purchased I did not look for any damage in the shirts believing there wont be any damage. But after wearing I find there was two small visible knife cuts with grease marks. When I went today to replace the shirt with the bill and the tag they refused to replace the shirt telling the damage was not from their side. I wore it and saw the damage and kept it in home immediately to have it replaced; the two persons in the customer care did not want to hear my plea and so I returned home with a hard heart. And that will be my lost visit, please better avoid shopping in reliance treands. they are money minded people they dont care about customers.

                                    I had purchased some shirts and jean based on the ndependence offer from reliance trends Cuttack. One shirt of Puzeria brand was very long as this was 39 size. So i wanted to exchange this shirt with another shirt. I had discussed with customer care and one lady of customer care told me to by any product as offer is going on.....

                                    After collecting one shirt from different brand, another person in customer care executive charged full price of this item. In the mean time they entered in the system and told me not possible and you have to pay that even for same item..

                                    I paid full price with lots of argument, they harrased me like this and waste my lots of time. This is not at all good in customer service....

                                    They are not trend to deal with customer and not interacting each other about the policy of the product sale.


                                    I am requiesting you to, please listen my complain and treat as urgent.

                                    It would not be happened in any other store as happened in this store. I have lost my faith with reliance also. This negative message will go to others................if you will not listen this.........

                                    I am Latha .S, a customer residing at Kochi bearing Card No.[protected].
                                    Myself along with my husband, visited your retail outlet at Imperial Centre, M.G.Road, Ernakulam, Kochi, today, (26/01/2013), at about 5 pm, and spent there about 2 Hours to select some dress materials coasting around Rs.4500/-. The staff at the Bill Counter after removing the security tags attached to the materials and preparing the bill suggested that we would be benefited more out of the Republic day offer, if we could purchase some more materials for around Rs. 3500/-. So we went to select some more materials after keeping the articles selected already with the custody of the counter staff. On our return after selecting further materials, there was a long queue before the bill counter. After standing at that long queue we handed over the materials to the staff for billing along with the articles we had kept there. Then it was informed to us that the materials already kept were missing. The staff members made thorough search there but of no avail. It was quite surprising to us that the things under the custody of the counter staff were missing. Therefore we have to leave the shop without purchasing anything even though we had to spend about three and a half hours at your outlet. There is little chance for issuing the things to another customer as nobody would be ready to pay for the things collected by us suiting to our requirements. Therefore it is suspected that the materials might have been taken out of the showroom with the help and connivance of somebody else, since the security tags of the same have already been removed. We would like to bring this to your attention to improve the system for customer care and also to have a review on the prevailing arrangements for the show room security so as to seal the loopholes if any.
                                    Even though we have not spent a single penny at your outlet, the time that was spoiled there is of immense value for us, for which how are you going to compensate us?

                                      yesterday i bought few dresses from reliancetrends of bandra ,mumbai. i noticed that same shirt having same barcode charged three times. is it possible that three shirts having same barcode. so what shall i do.Can i approach to consumer court . please give me some suggestion.
