I lost my original bill, will you provide the duplicate bill.so I want to exchange some of the products...

I made payment to reliance & they are denying the payment. Either dint give my product which i purchased. Called reliance customer care they told me they will revert on 7th day. Today its 12 day of the issue. Even the store person dint help me to get my refund as soon as possible. He is telling me to wait till this month end to get my money back. Almost im waiting for 16 days for the amount. Even its not sure if they will refund me on this month end. No proper response

I have been visited on dated 13th March 2023 at Reliance Trends outlet Address: XP9G+P56, Near Bank Colony, Garh Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh 250001, India

to buy clothes while making payment of INR1890/- through Paytm transaction getting hold due to Paytm transaction status showing pending. but the amount was deducted from my HDFC account immediately. reliance trends staff told me that I have to wait to collect the cloths until the payment status get complete.

I had to wait more than one hour and then left the shop without taking the clothes.

Next day Paytm status updated as paid successfully. Now I am so far from the Meerut, and I need to get back my money INR1890/- as soon as possible.

I have purchase cloth from reliance trend karur I have given voucher of Rs 500 which has to be deducted from total purchase amount but while payment they have not deducted the amount and they have taken full amount from my credit card, I have not notice the amount while putting password after coming to home while cheking my MSG I came to know that they have charged full amount

Recently I visited Trends shop in City centre Mangalore. The salespeople were very friendly but the billing person was very rude. made us wait for a long for silly reasons. Hope the management will take enough efforts to train their staff

I purchased on forml pant in reliance trends in ballari dist karnataka on 16 feb 2023 after thar i wore it just only one time one day with in that day cloth was damaged backside and front side i thought it was just some dust after i just slightly washed with soap with hand only but no use i realised it was purely and completly low quality cloth and with in one month i went on 16- mar 2023 and asked and returned them and they told me we would repair or do something this replacemnt they took my cantact deails but after that 7 days passed but no response received to me . People trust reliance barand as a no 1 in india but these kind of issues not resolving to customers will be great loss of reputation to reliance. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

This is Deepali Patil. I have brought some clothes from Hinjewadi Reliance Trend. At the same time there were 2 bills generated and total amount was approximately Rs.7400.
I was supposed to get the gift hamper from the shop. But they denied to give me. They give me the reason about 2 different bills. But they didn't gave me the idea that I can get the hamper on above Rs.6000. My 1st bill was Rs. 5700. That sales person was not giving us any idea and then we again purchased some cloths Rs.1700.

Bottom line is sales person must have to give the idea about the offers. That offers are basically launched for customer.

I hope 🤞 I will get the hamper.

I bought 3, 400rs product to avail 1000rs coupon.

But you guys made a system that i need to buy 3800rs product first to reflect in your system as 3000rs, and then system allows to apply the coupons of 1000rs from 3, 800rs where i need to pay 2, 800rs as final amount.

Isn't it a pure fraud activity they are doing with the customers in the name of coupons?...

I have gained some points after my shopping in reliance trends .I tried to redeem it in the next shopping but the staff showed us that it was reduced to 6 rs.Why to give points when u can reduce it whenever u want

The colour of the dress is getting changed after a wash .. this is not the 1st time I face this issue ... It had occurred multiple times that too most often recognised in grey coloured dress with gold print in it .. the dress changes its colour to pink after a wash

I have purchased a clothes in reliance trends they are charging for carry bag which they should not

Myself and my wife visited Trends store located in Udumalpet, Tirupur, Tamilnadu - 642126 on 28th of February @07:10 PM. Upon entry into the store the security stopped us and asked us to hand over my wife's handbag at the counter and at first we thought he had mistaken it for a bigger bag or travel bag but it was a standard size bag and they asked us to deposit it and take out whatever valuables we had in the bag. This was a shock to us as an avid shopper and a customer of Trends for years and visiting many branches spread across all over India. We just came in to redeem vouchers as a eve of birthday. When the security said multiple times to do that my said that they can check the bag upon exiting the store once the purchase is done but they denied it too and when we were conversing reasonably another representative came from the billing counter with rude attitude and said you can file a case if you want to but this our rules and its our say. The store is located in a closed community in the Suburbs and having such bizarre made-up rules should be stopped and zero decency towards customer EOD. If Reliance Trends really has such rules why not is it applied across india ? Why deny entry ? If the rule is applicable then have board put up outside the store so everyone can just avoid all-together coming into the shop. If the employee wants us customer to file a case then it is well and fine for denying entry upon then please provide the same in writing.

Hi, I have purchased few 5 leggings and 3 kurthis from trends Ashok nagar branch. I was made to pay bill twice thru UPI for the same things claiming that the amount was not received. When I contacted my bank customer care, they said that the transaction was successful and money will not be credited back. I want my money back - 5504/-

I went to reliance trends in Serampore near Dhobighat on 27th Feb, 2023 where I found a pretty bag & decided to bought it .when I was tring to find out that product is suitable for me or not one among those bags was fell down which is completely unintentiontional, one lady staff of ground floor came to me & said to me that these are very high price as if I couldn't afford it.Just because I was not well dresses she was judging me .I felt very insulting & left the store after giving a feedback .I am a regular customer of trends .The things happend to me is very disapponting.So I have decided to not to shop anything from trends & also discourage my relatives & friends to shop from trends

Recently, i have experienced difficulty with the employee ( in the billing zone) of the shop as she is not able to communicate with the customer with proper attitude and patience. This is not the first time I am experiencing this problem. This problem should be addressed properly if not the customer will leave the shop in regret.

This is to inform that an employee named Mukesh at the reliance trends store hanumangarh junction rajasthan is misbehaving with the customers.he has no sense how to talk with a customer and is very rude .kindly reliance trends team look in this and teach their employees to be more firm to their customers.As a regular customer of reliance trends, we are so disappointed of this behaviour of their staff .
