I purchased clothes from nearby reliance store in Bamunimoidam, GUWAHATI on 18 February. when I payment my money from Google pay payment method was failed, so that I I was pay my money second time but recipe was not found. At the reception, tell me that I will get my refund within 48hrs working days but it is more than 48 hrs. Please kindly provide me the refund

Yesterday 19/02/2023 at around 2:46 pm I have shopped for rs 4303.00 and paid the amount via UPI Paytm.But the status of payment at the store was not showing and the money was not reverted back too.And the store was not allowing me to take my things with me without the payment slip which they couldn't provide without the status.I am asking for speedy refund for the amount.

Recently I had purchased two shirts as gift from Trends Trillium Mall, Nagpur. When I realized bigger size was required, I went to Dharampeth showroom to exchange as Trillium Mall was far away from my place. I just needed one size bigger but there was nothing available in the same price and brand so I picked up other shirts with similar price range. While doing transaction I was told to go to Trillium Mall because my mobile number mentioned on the bill was wrong ( which was mistake by cashier). I requested to complete the transaction as other store was too far away and I didn’t have time. I was even agreed to keep my Adhar card till technical issue sort out, but in vain!

Head cashier told me that I had only two options:
- Either pick up shirts with exact price tag
- or go to other store.
While browsing entire store I was neigher getting right price tag nor the size together.

Just because of employee’s typing mistake I landed into such situation where no one tried to resolve the issue. I felt like as if I was in typical buerocratic govt bank where you get tangled in the ‘system’ where never get a solution.
(Finally I ended up buying shirt which nobody will use. )

What a frustrating shopping experience it was! 😞

I request Trends management to have system and employees that works for customers, not against them.
I pray that no customer should go through such ordeal.

I have purchased one sweater from reliance jwalapur and whenever i wore it i can't breathe because small particles of sweater come to the nose i thought may be after wash this will resolve but i was too wrong. The product causes impacting my nose and breathe.i will go to the consumer court and sue .

I had visit the trends store locations at sehore Madhya Pradesh. I had purchasing around Rs 4500/- from that store but they charge also for carry bag. It is very disappointing me and my family also. If I had shoping rs 3000/- to 5000/- so why should pay more for carry bag. And there is no use of carry bag after purchasing the clothes. I brought performax green color jacket from Trends Kerala haripad. The quality of the jacket was very poor. Torn and its thread also comes out. I have only worn this jacket less than 5 times since I bought it. It was a very bad experience with trends. I need a replacement or exchange or refund. Consider this complaint. I hope for a response to this complaint

On 4th February, i have done shopping on reliance trends for 5571 and i have paid the amount through Paytm, the amount got deducted from my account but the session expired.
The cashier said that the amount will be refunded again to my account, so I have paid again and done my shopping.
But till now i didn't get any refund from the reliance trends.
Please help me to get my money back.

I shopped at Reliance trends store few weeks ago. Not too long a ago a sales man contacted me saying that he found my number on the receipt and has been trying to contact with new numbers every time i have blocked him. I have his number along with the screenshots of the texts. Kindly, look into as the customer isn’t safe if that is the case.

I bought a pullover on 12th Jan 2022 without trying. Yesterday I wore it and found that there was a hole in it so i went today at the store with the tag and showed them. The staff blamed me that the pullover was washed. But that was not the case since I was wearing perfume and I tried the pullover maybe the smell came into that clothing. But they were very rigid. I left the pullover there only at the store and came back.

Today I went to Reliance for shopping, On going there I was so surprised to see one thing that I had to return disappointed, reliance trend cheated with me.One pant was fifty percent off, I tried it on and loved it.But when I go to bill it says it doesn't have fifty percent off, I went there and asked a sales lady again and she said it is 50% off.But the bill counter didn't accept it so I had to come back disappointed.I felt very humiliated seeing these things, please take strict action against this so that no customer is in such a situation.

I have bought the clothes on 6 aug in trends near to me in daund
Some items are retuned to them but they refused to get it refund due to their policy. So they added the refund value around 1500 rs. against my mobile number and asked to redeem it whenever I come to shopping..
They have sent me system generated masage for same .But unfortunately the masage got delete by me
When I go for shopping and ask to check refund amount or redeemed point but are not aware the things I told to them, as whole staff got changed.
Now they are not ready to help me on that.pls help me

On occasion of republic day reliance announced a offer buy one get one free+additional 25% off on purchase of 4999 above+coupons worth 2500.I visited the trends near me to avail the offer but they said the additional 25% is not available if you purchase above 4999 and it was before the republic day, trends had send the same offer as message.

I recently visited reliance trends kathriguppe banashankri Bangalore..
After my shopping i had my billing done.. the billing person just did kind of weird actions to another sales guy who was standing rite behind me all the time until my billing was done, which looked very weird..and this sales guy gave me some unwanted looks and he escorted me all the way till the exit and dint even let me have another look at any other stuff, he was behaving as though I am a shoplifter and have come here to steal their things, although I had done shopping of more than 5k..
As far as I was observing no other customers were treated in such a way.. is this all bcoz of the way I appear in public, as I am always covered up in my hijab... is this bcoz of the way I am????

It is very unlikely I would ever visit that store again..
