Reliance Trends — Bill not provided

Dear Team,

Today I have puchased a T-[censored] from trends (Trends - RONAK COMPLEX NEAR AXIS BANK, MANSI MARKET KOTPUTLI, JAIPUR-DISTRICT 303108) which was on discount. When I went for billing the executive refused the refund and exchange of the item because it was on discount. I went ahead with purchase and went for billing then he refused for card payment and then upi payment also. He said that they only accept cash. I didn't have cash so I asked him if I sent it to his personal number and he can bill it for me in cash and he accepted. After I sent the money he refused for the receipt of bill saying the system is showing error. Anyway I took the shrirt and came out. I waited outside the store for 5 min and saw one customer who was standing behind me came out and he had bill for the item he purchased. I asked him about it and there was no problem with him while billing.
We as customers buying from brand like reliance expect some form of responsibility and clarity on such matters, otherwise what's the difference between Reliance and local vendors. Even local shops provide bills and exchange for the item if not of the correct size. I didn't expect such irresponsible and rude behavior from the trends staff. Yesterday I purchased 2 shirts from trends in Gurgaon and one of that was on discount but they accepted return and exchange if not of size.
