Reliance Trends — cashback not received-jan purchase

I have made a purchase in reliance trends on 15th jan around 4000, but have not received cashback for that yet. It was told cashback will be credited in by bank account in a month but, have not received any. Please help me with how can i follow up on this issue because its already been a month and i find no update. It will be grateful if cashback is credited to my account at the earliest. Please let me know if anything else is needed from my side
