Reliance Trends — Complain about poor store management and lack of staffing

I visited the reliance trends store in Express avenue yesterday (15, july, 2023) with my family. Had a very bad shopping experience. The store had pathetic staffing with only one sales representative and three others including the store manager on the billing counter. Recieved zero help from the store representatives. The ladies trailroom which has 4 rooms, only 2 rooms wer functional, the other two was being used as a store room filled with boxes. I entered the shop around 8pm, there was a big board mentioning buy for 4000 and get 4000 free. Spent around 2 hours to pick the clothes and trailing them after waiting for the trail rooms to get free. When we went to the billing, the representative cooly says that more than half of the clothes picked arent eligible for the offer mentioned as they are newly arrived. There was no mention about the offer being applicable only on selected merchandise. It was not mentioned anywhere we saw and no reps where there to even check about the same. When enquired, the store manager VIKASH gave a pathetic reply saying that he doesnt have manpower to run the store as few of their staffs have been transferred to the newly opened SMART BAZZAR in the basement floor of the same mall. been shopping from trends for years, but pathetic service from them this time. Reliance lost a customer from today. We shopped for 4000 at last, and ended up being fooled without any discounts. Please stop fooling customer with this way.
