This is hema kumar madana i am a regular customer of reliance trends. Today i have visited reliance trends in eluru with my family members. When i was shopping in 2 floor, at the same time my wife is waiting in ground floor. One of the lady staff with bold person misbehaved with my wife unused vulgar language. This will be not good to maintain that such type of staff. I am requesting u please find out take an immediate action on her.

Reliance Trends (Hsr Layout) the slowest billing experience which i m seeing here. Despite the staff, only 2 counters are opened. This is not acceptable. Standing 30 minutes in the queue of 5 people is no great. Please respond.
