Dear Madam/Sir,

I, Mrs. Debapriya Chatterjee, went to purchase some garments yesterday from your reputed business outlet named Reliance Trends located at Raghavpur more, PO+Dist-Purulia, State: West Bengal, PIN- 723101.

Yesterday, at about 8:00 p.m, I purchased a total of 16 No. garments, the net bill of which was Rs.6455.08 only. After then I returned my home and found one Palazzo, bought from your Reliance Trends, is deffective i.e. torned at 5 different places. As it was 9:40 pm, I could not able to step at your counter to change that damaged article yeaterday.

On dated[protected]next day of purchase) I went to the Reliance Trends again at about 2:00 pm to exchange the said defective Palazzo. At first, one gentleman, at counter, verbally assured me, that It will be exchaned by them and instantly issued me a token vide Sl No.677(photocopy attached herewith). I was then directed to meet at Customer Service at there. The duty person, observing the garment, directly denied and refused me about exchanging the same. His excuse was that, they never sale any torn garment, they check their garments at several points, it is not their fault; the entire fault is mine, I may have torn it while using or it happened due to rat-bite etc as per his logic. He actually wanted to establish that I am telling them a lie.

I then, went to the Manager, posted there, who suddenly agreed to exchang after discussing with the sales boy but unfortunately, within a minute they just turned 360 degree and refused to exchange. Instead they adviced me to meet another Manager who described me about the theoratical part of process of checking of garments. These all were just happened to establish that the fault was not from Company's part; its from my end.

I wondered; the incident, happend yesterday, was very much harassing to me, as well as dishonorable also.

Being frustrated, I launched a complaint today to your Customer Care Centre, desribing the incident happended yesterday. The Complaint ID is 2217310.

Now, I am expecting your kind intervention about this matter to establish the real fact, the truth, the reality.

Please note that, I shall compel to lodge a complain at Department of Consumer Affairs & Fair Business Practices in case of any non co-operation found from your end in this regard.
