[Resolved] Reliance Trends — Damaged Product in the name of offer | |||
I purchased a footwear at Reliance Trends Adyar, chennai. Footprint is at the 2nd floor but the billing happens at the 1st floor. I went to the 1st floor and paid the bill, immediately after I paid the bill they handed over the footwear. But I noticed that the footwear was not the same that I tried at the 2nd floor. The one given to me was damaged. When I reported it to the person in the bill counter, he said that I have to go to 3rd floor and report it to customer support. When I reached the customer support they said that I had already paid the bill and they will not refund the money..How come they give the damaged product and say that they cannot refund the money..the customer support person was very rude..no respect for the customers...When i asked for the product that I originally tried he said they have no other piece...This is ridiculous...why must i agree to buy a damaged product when i can clearly see the damages with naked eye...I tried the foot wear walked around for few meters and then agreed to buy it...now they were saying that there is no other piece available...This IS BIG CHEATING IN THE NAME OF OFFER... Never buy any products from RELIANCE TRENDS or atleast have a look at the product before billing whether that is the original product that you intend to purchase...
