Reliance Trends — Deduction of money from bank account, but reliance trends people are saying that the transaction has failed

I have bought tops on 14th May for ₹1290 from Reliance Trendz store Jind (Haryana), and have done payment through Amazon pay. Money got deducted from my bank account, but Reliance Trendz people are saying that they haven't got that amount. I have confirmed from bank and Amazon, both r saying that this amount is with Reliance Trendz only. Please return my money asap. It was my worst experience ever.
