Reliance Trends — Does not provide the value of customer time

In trends there is a offer is going on shop for 6999 and pay 3999.
The product which is in this offer they have mentioned that by using a board in each rack. I selected the items from that rack only but when goes for billing from billing they said offer is not working for "netplay" all product.
My question is that if that is not in offer why you misguide your customer .
We customer invest our item to chose the item and trial and after all that when I go for billing they are saying that.
Its waste of time of customers.
Please take a look on that, in future try to respect the time of your customer

I have raised a complain to trends and complain id is 4036529.
Their product they can withdraw the offer from any product at any time,
But there should be any announcement 30 mins prior as the customer who has selected the product can bill the selected product with in the offer
