Reliance Trends — Double payment of Bill

On 11072020, i have purchased a teashirt costing rs 626.50p at reliance trends, enikepadu, vijayawada at around 3.10 pm. The girl in the billiing counter swiped my credit card for that amount. Meanwhile her system has stopped working. It appears that she has logged once again but asked me to make a fresh payment not verifying whether the first payment was already received by reliance trends or not. She was so reckless and forced me to make another payment which i have done using my debit card this time. Thus for one billing from your side, i had to pay two times. Even after 6 days i was not refunded rs 626.50. Since i can't go personally to pursue refund, i request you to verify and return my money due.
