Today i went to exchange my cloths bought by my sister few days ago i told staff i want to change staff told me that we will pay u back an amnt of rs 886 then he called his dm and his dm was like that you cant change u have used coupons on this i told him that i dont need a full value refund of my items i just wana change then, then that named as mr om mali called his guard and told him abt the issue then yhat guard started talking in his own language marwadi that ye pagal h kya admi change kara raha hai h itney se paise ke liye then dm told him garib hai ye...Is this the way to talk to coustmer???is this ur service standards??is this a dm for in reliance????
when i insisted him he said dont waste my time come later when sm comes to store after few days...I said i m busy then he said through your colths i cant change and both f them behaved like hell on floor with abusive words in der marwadi language...Is this the culture which trenda follow???is this that htey mean coustmer devo bhava...Were a cstmer is treated like a beggar on floor in front of 5 staff...???is this an educated dm ias supposed to be in trends...????
