Sir, I have purchased cloths worth Rs.18038/- from reliance trends at Rampur hat, birbuhm district, West Bengal on 11.08.2021 . On 02.09.21 i had gone to the reliance trends store to exchange the one cloth worth Rs.1500/- (aprrox) due size short at 5.30 p.m., but reliance trends manager ( mr. Provakar routh) denied to exchange the cloth and misbehave with me. i informed to manager that i am coming from Nalhati at least 25 kilometer from reliance trends store, but manager not respond to me and say go come again. In store exchange time not mention. On 9th September again my wife with my son gone to reliance trends store and discuss with manager to exchange the cloth, but manager not respond to them at least more than one hr. then exchange the cloth after deducting Rs.500/- from original cloth price.
