Reliance Trends — garments.. carry bag

Address:Mookandapalli..near National petrol bank, 635126

I bought two garments from reliance trent's at hosur mookandapalli branch.. Ur shop take cost of carry bag.. But as per rule carry bag was free.. Please take action for this.. And refund my money.. I argued the seller but she don't know rules and take amount of carry bag. All customers give money to plain carry bag. If you don't take action means i surely file consumer complaint

Hello sir, as we shopped on reliance Mart on 30 th December 2019.. nearly we got 6 coupons and we lost it during travelling.. can we redeem it back by using phone number we register over there... Even we got pot for shopping more than 3000.. please reply asap. Thank you
