Reliance Trends — I am complaining about money deducted from my account account but cashier says I did not receive money

It is completed one week, i was visited trends where i purchase a shirt of 1299 . I said to cashier that i paying you 500 cash and 809 by paytm . I wanted a carry bag so the total was 1309 . I pay him by QR code that he shown me. money sent successfully to trends but the cashier said
Here not showing that you paid us. so it will refunded to you in 48 hr but it is completed 1 week . I did not recieved any money
