Reliance Trends — I am having a complaint regarding reliance trends workers

Recently I visited reliance trends (dt:30.7.2020) to purchased few cloths which is located in spar hyper market building at nacharam Hyderabad, 500076 and recently a sale was going on which was 3000 off on 6000 bill and also they were giving some coupons for online and at shop purchase, which starts they validity in September so what happened is the first time I visited the store they didn't give me any coupons and when I visited the store for the second time, I visited with my relatives for exchanging few cloths, so that is when I came to know that there was a offer going on which are related to coupons so I asked them and they even gave me coupons but the most frustrating thing is they gave me a coupon which was expired in April it self ...how can the employee can be so careless
