Reliance Trends — I did not get copy of my real bill

I had done shopping on 25/8/2022 from reliance trends .I exchanged one of the product on 26/08/2022 and took same product of another size . They took old bill without leaving a copy of it with me and gave me a new bill of that exchanged product.I asked the staff about the reason behind not giving any copy of it but they did not help and also misbehaved.I have paid the amount for 6 products in my old bill and this is the worst experience I had ever had just for bill
