Reliance Trends — I m complaining about for not giving the offer

I received a msg on 2/4/2923 thro' whwtsapp tht there is a summer sale offer .I came to the Theni branch shop for shopping.But they didnt avail me the offer.They said offer over today morning itselfmThey also said tht the offer is going on for a week.But i received the msg yesterday only.The offer is buy for RS 6000 and pay 4000.So please help me to get the offer.
