Dear Reliance customer service,
I would like to raise a complaint request regarding a recent problem I have faced. On 11th of November I bought a Junipher dress from trends where bill was not provided because of technical issues said for any trouble I can generate my bill in every trends store giving out my no. and also make an exchange. Neither im aware f any return policy as I don't have bill. Nearby trends store denied exchange and wanted me to select only f same brand and same price. Im left with no option I would like to escalate this issue so that my issue can be resolved.
Or else I will escalate it in future in social media.
