I have brought the product on 24/3/2019 at kanchipuram reliance trends and as we had faith in your product, i never check for any defects and by today my wife taken it to wear it and at that time only we noticed a small tear in the kurthi, so i took it to the shop for replacement but on my side we lost bill and we have the original labels and transaction date and amount on my mobile, ur sealsman simply denied and we can't change the product as of now as we don't have bill for the same, my question is this the way you reply and then why are asking for our mobile number while billing and one more thing ur manager at the mentioned shop is not available. Today I purchased dresses from Trends Aluva and at last they are charging money for there carry bags it's feel bad such a good brand like Trends can't provide free carry bags for there costumers.
